Quality Hotel New Plymouth International^{(3.5 stars)}

Very clean and spacious, very large shower with glass lid, daily changing of towels, small leftover toiletries are complimentary.

There's a restaurant. We only ate breakfast there. You order from a breakfast menu to your personal need. About the food we can't give any advice, as we ate out. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was good to very good.

Good service, helpful staff, can only speak English. Guest laundry facilities on the ground floor, at only 2 NZD for washing or dry cleaning. As we were at the end of our trip, we also used this service.

There is a heated pool, as well as a gym, we, as noted, didn't use it. In the summer there are also in front of the bar chairs and tables with service. But we were at the New Zealand winter, it was too cool to sit outside.

The hotel is very well located, the road didn't bother us as in the evening very little traffic it. Free parking are available around the corner good shopping and dining in the hotel's restaurant, if you don't want to. Pool and gym are available and clean, but we didn't use it.

In about 5 - 7 minutes you are in the city, but only from a long road with shops and restaurants on both sides. In few minutes one reaches the Tasman lake, please you should walk along the coast strolling! The i-site (tourist office) is highly recommended.
