Good location, but smoking rooms

Hotel has a good location nearby the hill Santa Lucia. The center, the market hall and so on are more than reachable on foot. Also a metro station is around the corner. The next restaurants are approximately 10 minutes out. Breakfast buffet was basically okay. However the orange juice unedible (sour, died?). Moreover they had some problems reset tables and the table-ware was from. Despite inquiring came supplies only after circa 10 minutes The room with our 1. stay was ok. At the end our trip we had a smoker's room received. We were not asked. Since it was already ... late at night was, we didn't complained, but afterwards was wrong. All our clothes are on the next day smelled of smoke! Most hotels in Chile was non-smoking. But if a hotel still smokers room, should only smokers will be assigned. read more

Good hotel already a bit outdated, pool bar not so inviting. Staff friendly if you with the language spanish handle can have especially joy. Especially if you tip in dollars earned. Only understand does the chileans demanding bad. But very helpful people. Breakfast well isn't like at home. Good bread there were only in the upstarts districts. read more

The hotel lies case book. The next larger supermarket is however only after about 10 minutes away on foot. But there were lots of small shops, where water is available. In the hotel, as with all quite expensive! To the center one walked comfortably in about 20 minutes and then further to the famous covered 'Mercado central' more 5 to 10 minutes. The cathedral in the center definitely look at. Santiago de Chile seemed in all cities, we in America were touring, quite European. Only Buenos Aires was still European shaped. An interesting city, for some time should take. read more
