At the hotel is a bungalow area. You can either a superior or deluxebungalow book. The condition the superiorbungalows varies very strongly: some are clean and well-kept, some are rather smelly and the bathroom dirty. The hotel offers free wi-fi (the good work, amongst others even at the beach), a laundry service, as well as coffee and tea in the bungalow (only deluxe). The guests were mainly german, but also very lots of russians and some scandinavian and french there. There are rather older people (from 50 years) and couples there. read more

    To the rooms there are different aspects, since we 2 times the room changed. We had superior bungalow. The first bungalow was a catastrophe. Especially the bathroom was moldy, small, dirty and old. To a few minutes stood for us: here we have no night. When we the front desk after a upgrade asked, has been established, that our name confuses were. (see service). A deluxe bungalow wasn't until the next day, so we had to put in another superior bungalow to move. This was slightly better. The bathroom was clean and a bit more modern, however also not for 14 nights suitable (for example, no hair dryer!). The bedroom had a very unpleasant smell, this one did it up one night from. No coffee-and tea making facilities, disgusting refrigerator.) We were very happy, the next day when we could move. Strange for us was, that the bungalows the same amenities should, with deluxe only other size. The deluxe bungalow was a large increase! As we had it us presented. Top modern, clean bathroom. Bright, friendly bedroom and even a 3. bett (we used as a shelf). The way to the pool and the beach was much shorter. Conclusion: absolutely deluxe book! When high standards rather a pool villa book.

    The hotel restaurant is for thai standards very expensive, however delicious. Also the atmosphere is great, however the dinner few guests, since the numerous restaurants nearby around some is more favorable. The hotel bar makes tasty cocktails, in the happy hour between 16 and 18 o'clock also very cheap. The staff in the bar area was always friendly and in a good mood.

    The staff was very polite. One was always friendly greeted, that was that however also already... The english of the staff (also at the front desk) are very poor, often one was not understood and therefore received often no concrete answers to questions. In particular the front desk possible some serious error, the a hotel happening (at check in our name confused and we were given a wrong bungalow, from which we therefore two hours later shortcomings had to, the front desk was not 24 hours manned, when checking out even forget; our upgrade to calculate) A source of irritation was the room service. Our bungalow was always only at 16 o'clock cleaned. The towels were also always less. We began with 5, at the end we got still only 2 bath towels. The bed linen during the 14 days not changed.

    The hotel is situated right on the beach. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away with the car. Very many good restaurants, as well as some cocktail bars in the proximity. Nightlife you will find less, you should rather to Chaweng or Lamai drive (approximately 30 minutes by car/scooter). The hotel is situated about 10 minutes' walk from the main street way, on the many collective taxi ( songthäws ), as well as normal taxis run.

The smaller intimate hotel has only bungalows in different quality. The guest structure is rather international. For us felt 40% german, 30% russian, 20% scandinavian and 10% other nationalities. During our stay we have no unpleasant guests noticed. Everybody was quiet, in the holiday mood and took other consideration. The age structure was also very mixed. The hotel -like the whole area mänam -is for guests which constantly want to party not really adequate. read more

    We had a deluxe bungalow in beach proximity. This was simple, but sufficient furnishings. German tv program is limited to the dw. The air conditioning worked, after we clean and with gas refills left perfectly. A room safety deposit box is available free of charge. As well as a kettle, and a hair dryer. The bungalow has a large furnished terrace and a large bathroom. For the money, which we paid, the bungalow was totally okay. Who however only a superior bungalows should take a close and poor equipment set. Paid for it but also then less! Otherwise the hotel has also 4 beachfrontbungalows (nearly same amenities as deluxe) and some pool-bungalows with private small pool.

    The restaurant with as well as neighboring pool bar is right at the beach. Already for breakfast one enjoys a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet is a 3-star hotel. For us this was completely sufficient and also in our 7 week still not monotonous. Whoever complained here should consider, that it is not a luxury resort and on all paid. There were several warm dishes, freshly fried eggs in different variations. Sausage and cheese (no wide choice, but ok), the fruit buffet could have been for a tropical country a bit more. The breakfast coffee was different. Times inedible and again the next day almost good. Mostly ok but not exhilarating. The dinner is tasty and nicely arranged, but of course more expensive than in the surrounding restaurants. From and to you should still here food and the nice atmosphere at the sea enjoy. Of course, tips were-as everywhere-welcome. However you never get the feeling, that these be expected. The restaurants in in the area are all ok. Inexpensive and good. This year we particularly in my place (with bbc) and the sunshine gourmet tasty.

    The staff -no matter in which employment or position-was always really friendly, strove for competence and was on welfare of the guests interested in. The english language skills were enough for the disturbance from. Many languages much better english than we. Lack were eliminated immediately or effort was this easy to resolve. Housekeeping was okay. Smaller-infrequently occurring-flaws were greeted by the friendliness the maid service more than made up for it. There are daily at least 2 small bottles of water and nescafe to the room. Shower and haarlotion are in the dispenser available and refilled (medium quality).

    As in most hotels, also here there were sometimes a problem with the pool chairs. Because we on vacation are early birds, we liked the lack of existing couches themselves never will be charged.     The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport away directly at the beach. Several restaurants and small supermarkets are within walking distance. The ringstraße boulevard can be reached in about 10 minutes' walk. From there you can reach by taxis or collecting taxes almost every place on the island. A travel with the bus after nathong or Chaweng costs until 18 hours 50 Bhat per person. Not after the price questions, but just at the end of the 50 Bhat pay. Short distances costs around 30 to 40 Bhat. After 18 hours doubles the price ( this time start time after the price questions and, where appropriate, action). The hotel lies directly at the ferry, so ideal for visit to the offshore islands. The ferry the optics and the peace and quiet at the beach very minimal in the early morning and late afternoon.

We had a private pool villa, the was great. In the restaurant give the staff trouble, but that was it then unfortunately already. The food was actually good, but in spite of the order 'thai style' not at all spicy. For thai standards are the prices way too expensive. The english-speaking skills of the front desk employee are very bad, the wi-fi connection in our room there was more than bad, although the promised. Huge plus point as dog lovers: the dogs, the on the complex be tolerated, have our vacation enriched \u263a I can also the hotel's own spa ... recommend. The stressless back and neck massage was perfect and its 350 Bhat in any case worth! The small restaurants on the approach road are very recommendable and opposite the cocopalm beach resort, there is a little 'German tour coffee', in the tasty cocktails and you can get cheap rent a scooter can. Tropical bewaschsene, very nice well-kept bungalow location on the quiet end of the mänam beach! The bungalows had different sizes, depends on what you booked. Wireless one has everywhere in the hotel, even at the beach! For breakfast you get a large selection of different dishes like for example toast, jam, juices, coffee, sausage, cheese, freshly prepared omelets, thai food and many other more In this hotel were all nationalities and every age average represented! read more

    At the start we had a superior bungalow, if the superior way is, you have what he is-a bungalow! Please note: there is no hair dryer! Terrace super, bedroom convenient, toilet and shower also okay! I think it is simply the oldest bungalows in the hotel, but still everything was very clean! I would have it two weeks it easily lasted! Nevertheless we got the 4 day a free upgrade to a pool villa! That was brilliant! A private 4 times 4 meters pool in a fenced off Areal with a huge four poster bed, flat screen tv, double-bath tub with view to the jungle! Simply only ingeniously! Thank you very much go to the general managerin! Khop kun mak mak ka! Deluxe bungalow are a little bigger and better equipped-everything new! Great rain shower in the bathroom and more to the beach and for breakfast as the superior bungalows! Beachfront villa i cannot judge, we were not inside! Only, the villa and the beach is a about 7 meters wide lawn! So not really beachfront! Nevertheless great view of of the terrace on the beach, the sea and koh pangan! In every room where we were was very clean, no matter wether old or new furniture in the cleanliness there are nothing to complain about! Every room also has an airco, a fridge, coffee maker and supplies!

    The best bar is directly opposite the hoteleinganges from coco palm: the German tour coffee There was no day where we are not lunch there coffee and cocktail in the evening before going to sleep! There is everything! If you have a question, concerns, or just need a taxi! Simply and Marco or dada questions. (see tips)! Around the hotel are really only super good restaurants, where the value for money fits! Very recommendable are: my favorite is the right at the beach located 'Coco Rico'! Just amazing with your feet in the sand to eat! ' Harrys' -a salad try ' Peace kitchen' -everything was good. ' Khun Anna' - lobster can only be recommended Atmosphere have each and every another! We mostly always 20 Bath per person tip! Depending on the price range the restaurant had!

    All super nice, no matter wether maid, golfwagerlfahrer or waiters at the beach! Rooms were always very clean! Unfortunately, i have a little over the employees in of the lobby say and their foreign language skills! Unfortunately this not available! It was always diligent ' yes' and nodded but understand does you any! But with hands and feet is already! If you know how difficult it for thai english is to learn one forgives the employees in of the lobby! Tip: if the communication didn't work, too Marco and dada in German tour coffee to go, they make the already! (siehte tips)

    Leisure facilities there was in the coco palm no, be but also no promised! The massage would the coconut spa give, but i didn't judge, since i never used it! Beach very clean and the wood couches in good condition. Dogs disturb also not at all! Have never had such a 'well behaved' dog seen! The dogs put under the loungers for shade to search, actually they are already glad about a little society!

    The hotel has it's own beach section, everything very quiet. Once a day there is a woman at the beach maize or spring rolls power, really tasty! I think the beach from mänam is the best the island, since he was a bit more coarse and goldenyellow gleams! Right next to the beach, the pier for the ferry to koh pangan way, but does not disturb at all! Rather convenient if one times to koh pangan wants to drive! Tip: If one goes behind the pier about 10 minutes toward bo phut is, is on the right side a small massage-hut! The old lady, named pon, has magic hands! Who wants not 1 hour massages and directly on pangan and the beautiful sea? Shopping, night life is not really represented! We were from 20-1-2013 until 4-2-2013 in this beautiful resort. Had a deluxe bungalow And were more than satisfied. I have FTI -7 for 5 days booked. Thus was price-performance to some extent okay. Superior Bung. On hotel website 2500 THB low season-as I actually expect more. Doppelbungalow at the end respectively beginning the hotel. Room old fashioned, despite capacity no luggage rack. Cover blanket in sheets knocked out. Bathroom/ shower scary. Much simpler it hardly goes. But there is also very nice Bung. Will probably their price have. Breakfast okay. Beautiful breakfast-terrace with a sea view and KOH phangan. Loungers enough available, few guests. Very calmly up to my last 2 days - 2 family with hour long ... screaming children in the pool. Difficult the entrance into the sea. Sea cloudy. Brilliant the prices the umlieg. Pub and 'mini markets', partly 100% surcharge as central pub/ shops. Very further away the main road., without fahrb. Support one is lost. Terrible dirty and neglected the area. Cocopalm complex super well-kept. Transferpreise a only insolence. Pick-up a kilometer 350 THB. After nathon 7 kilometer 600 THB. Everything was good to very good. Very nice peaceful location with cheaper - restaurants nearby. Annoying waenr only the little English knowledge at the front desk and the almost full occupancy all loungers, in particular at the beach ( in the Hochsaaison in August). The latter should be stopped. Beach very nice with lots of palm trees. Location is off the beaten track of other resorts, nevertheless enough possibilities fü other dining out in 1 to 6 minutes on foot. read more

I was now for the 5 time staying at the Coco Palm beach resort. Generally the hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. Who a problem with dogs, should Kho Samui however generally avoid. We had a house and watchdog, as I always so nice to say. In our last night there was a power outage on the island and at 01:00 o'clock at night came from our terrace loud bark and quite a lumber, as I out am, I quickly feast the a local on our dog knocked out and the security below only watched on. ... 30 minutes later a bit to eat at our door and the dog then poisoned. Because of this incident I see now the hotel now with other eyes. Dog situation or not, but this action was a absolute no-go. read more

If you are looking for a some luxury in a beautiful setting with a clean, calm beach and extrem helpful and pleasant staff, Cocopalm Resort is the deal for you! We stayed in one of the beach front bungalows and felt like we arrived in paradise. You cant get a better view than that! White sand, blue sea, palm trees. Lovely pool overlooking the ocean too and a poolbar for excellent snacks and drinks. The staff is really nice and make you feel home and welcomed. I rented a Motorbike and endet up in the Emergency room and when I ... got back to the Resort, everybody took so good care of me, helped me in every way they could. From management to housekeeping - everybody was so nice, subtle and thoughtful! Even drove me to the hospital each day! You can't expect more!! There are a lot of dogs around there ( since there is a dog rescue station, it's no surprise.) but they are lovely, clean and fed and don't bother anybody. Not much barkind or something. They are just there, most times lying in the shade. Even I had this accident, I enjoyed my vacation so much. Because of Cocoplam Resort and the people who work there! I hope, I can go back some day! And for everybody who complains about the dogs or the food or the rooms: People, this is Thailand and a beach resort, not the Hilton or a Pullmann Hotel in a big german or american city! Maybe you should be fair and not compare what you don't can compare! Sometimes people are not happy when they can't complain about something! read more

    The staff was very helpful, no matter with which you to them came. A few little thai and you will be treated like a king. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Chaweng 2 times a day and you can on the way everywhere and stop off ( mänam, bophut, bigc shopping mall and so on.) As we the lady at the front desk said, we need a taxi to get to the bank to come for the swap of travellers checks, they personally with the hotel-own car there and waited until we were done around us again with back to take, what a service!

    We had the hotel because of its location very good. Direct at the beach and secluded from hustle and bustle the island. In spite of the direct proximity to lomprayah pier, it is very quiet, because it is only very little ferry (1-2 times daily).

A relatively large bungalow area, in a beautiful neat garden. Due to the partially very dense trees, was my bungalow extremely dark and there was no sunbeam inside. Also it was from the inside with dark brown Basketwork mistake, so that everything felt very gloomy. What I personally didn't like it. Everything was already very shabby. in the bathroom there was a large sink, and a shower, as well as the toilet. The whole area was neither in the feeder clean, nor was it during the stay properly cleaned. had bed and breakfast booked, which in the restaurant in buffet ... form had been offered and really very plentiful. Only the many strewing dogs, I found disgusting there. for the most part there were German, but also lots of Scandinavians and increasingly Russians. read more

The stay in cocopalm the time was very nice. The rooms are fairly well laid out and we had luckily no choice animals (lizards, etc.) in the room. The whole hotel area was daily of trash as sheets etc. freed, so everything very tidy to look at. A huge large downside are partly the prices in the hotel's own restaurant(3 euros for small Portion French Fries), therefor but there are in the immediate vicinity great restaurants as for example the, peace kitchen ' (3 of 6 stars) as well as 10 meters the far, my place bar and restaurant' ... (4.5 to 6 board useless Stars) which both more uniform prices than the hotel. The prices beach chairs per dish with dessert and drinks 5-7 euros. To the main street of the island (ring road) required on foot about 10 minutes from there in all directions. the hotel is really quiet location and worth a visit. A recommendation may our opinion not be missed: the, Arun @ Samui ', a nondescript restaurant at the ringroad in maenam. It is located slanted opposite the, twins-restaurant '. Leaves a surprise from Sue, a very good Cook, once a 250-seat restaurant in Sydney, and various Australian Awards cleared, now a smaller business for up to 12 people offers. We were very nicely surprised of this hotel. We had a superior bungalow. The staff the hotel is very attentive and friendly and at any time helpful. We had unfortunately bad weather, therefore I can't comment on the beach, because we were never swim. In the area there are small restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel has a typical Thai atmosphere is a little bit out of the way but also very quiet. We have felt very comfortable and can only recommend it. read more

The whole hotel area was cleaned every day from fallen leaves and so on, as well as the pool, the room was cleaned every day, every day fresh towels, beach towels, etc. if you needed or not. Coffee and tea, as well as white sugar and coffee are available at the beginning, too. We had a standard bungalow but as soon as we arrived to a deluxe bungalow downgraded, since this overall larger and a double bed and a single bed, the bathrooms are the deluxe bungalows are really nice and spacious, on the terrace are two beach chairs and ... a table, however, I would not leave towels on the beach chairs as otherwise charged one of the Strandhunde makes it comfortable. The pool was always okay and clean, they have a small children's pool. In addition I must say that in general the whole crew from the hotel very, very child-friendly, or no matter where we were they were all very friendly to our small son (a 3/4). We had breakfast, which I would probably not more, the breakfast was okay, coffee, tea, juices. Different loaves, croissants, butter, different jam, (sausage and cheese we had not tried since they are already quite started so we arrived for breakfast), bacon, be called small sausage, potatoes spring alternately (Yes at the breakfast) and, of course, made-to-order omelets or scrambled eggs were freshly made with ham, tomatoes, cheese or Chillis. It was enough for us, but since it was low season had not directed the whole breakfast. We have heard that in the main season also Thai breakfast is. On the beach there are beach chairs with cushions and sunshades available. As we already mentioned in the low season was always something vacant. By the pool are equally beach chairs with cushions and umbrellas around the whole pool at the pool bar there were tasty cocktails and from 14 to 18 o'clock is happy hour in other words order a cocktail and is it! The prices in the lantern restaurant (the hotel restaurant called) we found not appropriate for Thai standards as you pay for a coconut milk soup with a 180 THB, the same at the quality and taste for 30-40 Baht, so we had dinner in the restaurant only once, it is generally not a lot in the restaurant, but at the prices no miracle. Early in the morning to eight o'clock goes every day the Lomprayha ferry pier right next to the hotel, that is why many people only one or two days in the hotel as the connection right outside the front door is. What annoyed me the beach dogs are, however, only because our son of almost two years old and of course dogs total great find, but you don't know what is going on in which, were really do total well-behaved, others have the teeth bared. I therefore was somewhat tense as soon as they were there. Great Hotel, absolute recommendation! Clean, nice and in the low season totally worth it! Quiet beach at KOH Samui, no nightly hustle and bustle in the low season. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Great view from the beach with a view to bophut beach KOH Panghan and. Everything was clean! The beach is a bit steep from, is not very flat into the water. There is no restaurant reviewer, the edge is clearly visible. At the beach there were three/four traders, but not pushy. You really get your peace and quiet. In the hotel area there were some strunende ... dogs, a common problem in Thailand. But all were kind, have checked from time to time times and a few forward biscuit. Nice and fast service, good English with the staff. Pool as the catalog pictures, we stayed in a beachfront Villa (section 124) and it was even better than we had hoped. Large veranda with lounge chairs, view of the sea, but still a small lawn between the house and the beach, so no other guests, the right in front of the balcony chairs. The restaurant and bar of great quality, but more expensive than the neighboring restaurants in front of the hotel. Location is away from the main road, therefore a small deduction. Mobile one remains by scooter rentals. Taxi is expensive. The Mini Mart just (right) at the front of the beach is too expensive! Each other but fair prices. Tip: rent rollers directly in front of the hotel, once around the island. The traffic is quieter than on the mainland, you get to see and can buy in a seven-eleven. Only five costs €on the day, soak yourself cost a lot. Eating in a few minutes three restaurants in front of the hotel. All are good and cheap. The owners offer also more: many a mini-mart at the same time, a travel agency, letting and souvenir stores, there is a tailor to the front desk. Although it is not advertised, just ask the chef of restaurants, many arrange private trips. We had booked half marine park for those wrote out a value Hotel. After ten minutes Travel by scooter (no matter which way) on the main road you can choose from hundreds of bars and shops. It is everything, which one needs. read more
