We were 1 week in this hotel and it was perfect excellent. We had actually the Sentido village but had a free upgrade to the palm get. There we could all three resorts use and it was perfect excellent. The people are there super nice and it is everything very tidy and clean. This hotel we can gladly recommend. read more

We all loved it and we can the positive previous reviews only follow. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the meals one always found something, what a personally tasted good, also special requests were fulfilled, as in other reviews already noticed. The room was good furnished and large, one was even ready, us (2 people) to the huge bed was an additional into the room to please, if we are not in a bed to sleep. The beach was always cleaned and you could actually always into the water, only at high tide us very much wind sometimes not. ... The beach boys were was annoying, but not unpleasant. In the neighboring hotel you could to the animations participate, but in the palm your peace, if desired. Wireless internet didn't work everywhere, but always in the lobby, and was free. read more

Really beautiful relaxing vacation to turn off! In the hotel for us nothing to be desired. The staff is always friendly. By the small hotel guests very quiet. One stands never on. There were no chairs arranged. The guests know after a couple of days and one exchanges oneself from for example on safari! Outside so-called beach boys, the you at the beach and with want to go. But a clear message and be left alone! Just a friendly rebuff, it will be accepted. We are with two locals with the boat to the reef snorkeling went. An excellent hotel for relaxing, if other are not happy i understand not. It is a great pleasant hotel. We have and will always feel at home. Here everything is just right. Man must simply adjust. We wanted only in the sun and experienced a wonderful time. The layout of the room is large and the sliding doors to the bath was well thought out. A really big bed with beautiful, clean mosquito net which is really not schlafbehindernd is. As i know other variants. The air conditioning and the tv fully functional -even if no whit. Channels to see. But who wants to watch tv, if he a great balcony with monkeys-entertainment? After consultation of the password-charges free wi-fi. Like on every vacation repeated sometime the food, but it is very tasty and always freshly ... prepared. Even special requests were gladly fulfilled. Next to the great sand beach offers the hotel complex a large pool cleaned daily is, as the lots of trees also here left their marks. A beautifully landscaped gardens and the affige society has me much pleasure. The staff, wether in the lobby, in the restaurant, the gardener or the room boy-even in the other hotel area! -everywhere very nice people with a smiling 'jambo-jambo' on the lips. read more

    Stayed with our 2 children in a junior suite the villagehotels slept and could the palmhotel than inclusive service with. A massive room (almost 80 square meter) with a huge bathroom and a large family shower, large bed with mosquito net, huge balcony, good working air conditioner... Only the way to the beach through the garden needs 5 minutes... For families with children is the room perfect.

The hotel is in a ailing condition. The staff are ready, but it was missing a qualified management. The beach is in visible vicinity, but for tourists not reachable. Organized souvenir sellers prevent a quiet walk. The hygiene for the food, (plastic container for fish and meat tropical temperatures ), leaves much to be desired. We are 'Thomas Cook' traveled and will, because of the poor travel guide, not more. This long-haul journey and this hotel, was the worst we have ever experienced. Only the nature, respectively the monkeys in the hotel complex, given our trip a pleasant. If you ... Mombasa see, should take a taxi. The boys are excellent. Price beforehand. Have fun, who nevertheless bay and greetings to master Klaus. A really nice native gladly at low tide a leadership and independent works. Ask at the beach after him! read more

A wonderful the in Afrika unsuspected. The staff are very friendly, always helpful, and accommodating. The area is wonderful and very neat. The beach is clean and with the beach boys you can manage. Rooms are spacious and comfortable especially the day beds on balcony or terrace. Kitchen excellent. Safaris for the best booked on site, not as expensive and the local benefit. To us again and again a vacation worth. read more

Very nice hotel with about 60 rooms. Belongs to an area with 3 hotels, the Palm Beach the smallest hotel what seemed to be. All furnishings the attached hotel can be used-the reverse this is not so! Although we the impression had, that the hotel almost was fully booked, it was not crowded! There were always enough chairs available and also the food there was no problems. To the guests: at our arrival primary germans - in the course of time came a few indian, french and especially british joined. Thought, that in the hotel no children -that was wrong ..., but not disturbing at all! Every age was represented. read more

    Rooms were quite large and very neat. There was an open bathroom, that two holzschiebetüren from the rest is was. Air conditioning worked well-after you explained to us had ☺ Safe costs extra charge, a fridge and a kettle was in the room available. To brush the teeth got every day a pot of drinking water provided. The bed had a mosquito net and was quite comfortable. Tv reception was rather manageable-a lot of snow, no german programs was for us but absolutely no matter, since we s anyway not have used it anyway... Important was the nice big balcony with a couch and 2 chairs.

    The food was very good and with a lot of variation! There was always freshly grilled meat and fish. In addition to numerous warm dishes available. Also it could always freshly prepared pasta given, which i in 2 weeks didn't get to try, although i passionate pasta-eaters am-the rest was just too good ☺ In the Palm Beach there is just a restaurant - basically you could but also for sure the restaurants the other two hotels use. With the drinks was the all-inclusive offer ok, but not particularly worth mentioning. Cocktails were good and were chilled drinks without ice-which certainly with the 'water' is also very good! Overall seemed the hygiene in the gastronomy area as exemplary!

    Beach and pool were very good - beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available and good. The pool was constantly cleaned - on the beach, there was a bit of seaweed, but for us not a problem at all! Wi-fi was free of charge and with my Iphone somewhat slow and unstable-in the all in all has s but almost in the whole hotel worked-even on the chair. Other guests gave s with other terminals but problems... Animation gave s only in the neighboring hotel - the village. What we have gone through was okay, but not world-shattering. At the disco was at 24:00 o'clock work- but also little dancing, so that hardly demand for longer opening times existed...

    From the airport in Mombasa you need about 2 hours to the hotel. There are although it is only around 40 kilometer, it must but also the ferry to be used. Problematic s, if the ferry strikebound-then 150 kilometer detour through widrigste lehmpisten due. We fortunately around a few hours spared ☺ Shopping and entertainment possibilities were only in the hotel available-to the next town (Diani Beach) you definitely need a taxi (about 5 minutes). For this the hotel lies directly at the beautiful beach with white sand and clear, bright-blue, warm water! There have been some seaweed and at high tide is the beach also way-both but didn't bother us. Really nice holiday, in a small but very nice facilities... Gladly again... Tip. Safari or other excursions at the beach book. With the beach boys... Whole piece reasonably priced... Pool top, room large and clean... Food was also ok. Staff great... Very friendly... And good German knowledge... The only thing which uS annoyed, were the dealers their praise... Beautiful beach hotel on Diani Beach

It is a very nice hotel directly at the beach. The hotel is one of three Sentido hotels, which directly next to each other are built, but it is not typical 'hotel' is, but around lovingly designed free standing apartments with a balcony and terrace. The Neptun Palm Beach is the nicest of the three hotels. As a guest of the Palm Beach you must try the free time- and dining facilities the other two hotels use. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There is a beautiful wellness area, the massages cost about € 15 for 30 minutes and ... €25, -for 60 minutes There is free Wi-Fi on the whole hotel area, which however somewhat slow. Shops and restaurants nearby were not tested by us, as we the possibilities outside of the hotel not mentioned. It is perfect around itself after a safari a couple more days to relax. read more

    The rooms are basically nice large with a balcony included outside -bed. However are just the furniture was already quite ageing. There was the cleanliness, as well as general the structural condition of the room with a european four star hotel comparable. It did not largely disturbed-finally one is in the middle of Afrika, in a country, in which the room as absolute luxury may be regarded.

    The food was very diverse and of a very good quality. Everyone could get their money worth here. Although a à la carte restaurant also included would have been, we never ever visited because that buffet was so good. We especially good like, that breakfast, lunch -, as well as dinner directly at the pool could be taken.

    The hotel lies directly at a wonderful, white sandy beach. Chairs are however only in the hotel garden available, since high and low tide this is probably not possible otherwise make. Outside of the complex is not lots to see, unless you bay daytrips with the travel guide. At the beach there are a lot of sellers, which ' beach boys' are mentioned. These are unfortunately very pushy. Buy, buy nothing, polite 'no' say, the benefits unfortunately all nothing. But as soon as you return to the garden-Areal is, you your peace.

Very friendly staff, that all possible trouble. But unfortunately only the. Who here thinks in a luxury hotel to be, there is nothing better. This was our first and certainly our last trip with Neckermann and in a hotel this company. 4,5 neckermannsonnen may well be, even for Afrika the hotel is at best worth 3 stars. Furniture worn, doors, not close or out fall, the specific 'bathroom', safe not really cheap, 2 bottles of water, then buy or the donor population are just a few features. The food very indian-european, not the, which one in this category expect. ... It in Afrika also differently goes to prove the hostels in the middle of the bush. Fantastically and the only highlight of the 2 days airplane safari in Masai Mara with accommodation in Mara timbo camp. read more

We had originally booked the hotel Paradise booked, however this was closed by too few tourist and renovation. Afterwards we were happy, because the Palm beach was a category better. The room was in a bungalow, from 4 apartments stock with terrace or balcony. The side dishes the food there was in buffet-Form and meat is freshly prepared. Immodium you should definitely take, because of our travel group this almost everyone required. The beach boys were very pushy, but a boat tour, the US undertook is recommendable nonetheless. read more

It was a great stay. The staff stayed for unforgettable days provided. Especially the friendliness it was clear to feel. Sometimes one thinks, the dredgers the own woman at, but you will soon realize that this own woman also about the handling of the staff with me, thinking. Fantastic great food. Safaris over Neckermann. Daily runs for 1.50 Euro bus to the nearby located supermarket, which however very overpriced is. We took a taxi, the taxi driver at us better Posts for shopping shown!
