We were there for 5 days winter holiday with two kids in the harz mountains. The hotel altogether has its best time clearly behind, the furnishing both of our room was quite 'rustic' and seemed haphazard put together. Service - there were daily the beds made, but that was all (bathroom was not cleaned, tables were not wiped, trash took 2 days). The breakfast is very simple and completely without variety. The offer in the restaurant is against plentiful, the portions huge and the price reasonable. A negative connotation left also the spontaneously offered 'cash discount' on departure. read more

We were only there for two days, but even the rich out I would recommend this hotel not book here again. The size of room was so small we never had three capacity, the bathroom was so small that if we sat on toilets the door didn't happened there was no heating and plug, even not in the bathroom. As part of a trip from place to place my girlfriend and I booked two single room for one night. Since we had already read in the reviews, that the single room was very small and not to be recommended, when we asked reservation for large room, which we were promised. When we arrived, we were allocated this single room. Tiny small, bathroom was so small, that the sink was in the room was appropriate. On our complaint and unsympathetic response of the host, gave us a double room but each only for use. These were okay. The breakfast was ... the worst we had on our trip, the coffee didn't really hot, the tea bitter. There was no fresh fruit. We should make another trip in the resin, we would not stay here again. read more

The staff is not very friendly, nor is it could speak German. The breakfast was the last trash, every day the same thing, the rolls were hard as steel or could walk yourself ( SCHIMMEL) and the house-cat work in the kitchen. It will take you from the waitress pointed out, which one served with the drink orders together in a group should do, because they do not want to walk continuously for a drink. The front desk is never occupied and anyone can the keys. see me as there will be no more. read more

We were in for a weekend June here (with about 30 people) and now in August once again a small group. The hotel rehberg is family run and we felt like we were in the 'family' very welcome and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and adopted. All requests were fulfilled immediately, even a birthday cake was even over night. We could store our bikes in the garage. The breakfast is good, the dinner was very tasty. Rooms are clean and tidy. We had nothing to complain about and we will go there again next year. In any ... case! read more

The hotel served our motorcycle group group only as a base and night. The booked half board was not so great in warm meal. Breakfast buffet was good. Breakfast was from offizell 08. 30 hours offered, that was too late. read more

We had us for two nights, for a motorbike trip at this hotel. Rarely have we experienced such an unfriendly staff. No greeting upon arrival, no good morning for breakfast or a good way to say goodbye to them. The coffee at breakfast was a Misc hung Motorröl verharzten chains between old and spray. Ugh. Kurzrum not a hotel to be recommended. read more
