We have just returned from our fourth visit to the Costa Canaria and had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We can stroll through the lovely garden down to the sea front and walk for as many hours as we want along the beach or the promenade. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with fantastic view over the sea. There is a wide selection of good food available in the restaurant and all the staff throughout the hotel are cheerful, hardworking and friendly. They always make us feel that we are special. read more

+ +proximity to the beach, not too crowded at the beach. Reserved loungers by the pool super, saves annoyance. -okay food, however after a week it becomes boring. Pool not heated. The room lack details, like a pencil and pad, a bible as world-wide usual missed (i need er not, i wanted to but mention). Unfortunately a not properly expiring shower drain, after three-time complaint not fixed, so you stood in the shower in the water. Should the next guest also now, sorry. read more

A very pleasant hotel for seniors. The rooms are big enough, clean and tidy. Friendly staff in all areas. Cosy bar and the outside terraces tempt to linger we had all-inclusive and were until the departure friendly and accommodating served. The guests are german and english in the majority. To be highlighted is the for the duration of the vacation the personally reserved couches are available. read more

The hotel makes immediately a good impression. The staff at reception is exceedingly friendly and speaks german. The hotel is very clean and tidy and specially developed. The large hall in front of the bar is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs. The hotel is not that huge, but still manageable. We had booked all inclusive and were optimally looked after. Because the hotel only starting from 14 years can be booked, is the average age of the guests accordingly not so low. As guests were while we were there next to german guests also many british people and some ... scandianavians present. read more

We stayed over christmas with the family (40-77 years) there. Overall a beautiful hotel especially the location at the beach was lovely. The booked ocean view was through a large car parking a bit troubled. The wait for the frischgebratenen eggs fraud in the morning up to 20 minutes \u263a. The dinner was in taste and quality within limits. We had for the price a little more benefit expected. Tip: sea view the pool look book. The hotel guests were in the average age of 60 that might have been due to the season. Disabled people preferred booked. read more

Never again, age limit from 14 means 60 upwards, particular, the newcomers do not like to welcome. The mattress on the right side was so bad, that one spring in back had. The room was located directly over the bar, our son 27 years, had a room with a view of the bardach. The staff were except for the men in the counters, both pool bar, as well as evening bar, all very pleasant. On the day of departure around 5 after 12:00 o'clock examined, whether the room has been evacuated. The all inclusive wristband has been removed immediately ..., and through a voucher for eating and drinking replaced. With flights only at night, you had to stop for the rest of the day to pay. The bar, castle at 23:45 o'clock the haupttür, in the first days you got until 24:00 o'clock something to drink, the last week was partly already around 5 to 10 minutes before 24 o'clock the bar closed, at 01:00 o'clock the lights in the outdoor area automatically from. However the crowning was, that on different days in the morning the chain saw concerned and a tree was taken. It was not only noise, but also still smell from the electric saw. Four star?! Iberostar Costa canaria four stars, San Agustin.
With the hotel and its achievements were we happy. The staff are friendly and helpful, should however in mahlzeitenbereich /service a better training are subject. The premises are partly renovated, pools and garden are well maintained.
The large problem of the hotel the smokers! Instruction to, that neither in the rooms, nor on the balcony absolute ban on smoking is, are slowly available. Prohibition signs on the balconies there was only for towels on the railing. So are smokers very frank and without interference of the hotel on the legal rules.
Our neighbor ..., a heavy smoker, the times at night and in the morning already 05.30 on the balcony smoked took no consideration for the adjoining room and woke this nightly through in the rooms drawn clouds of smoke the surrounding guests. Despite complaint and a written invitation the front desk, the smoke to adjust in the following nights weitergeraucht. - without consequences! -
This behavior gives us to think, our sleep was during the whole vacation period disturbed. read more

Size of room and facilities are great, but nevertheless could the room again painting!
It was clean in the entire hotel. Service was also in all areas great!
There was always enough to eat, but unfortunately was the quality for a namenhaftes hotel rather adequate as well. Both the selection and the taste and the heat.
The hotel's location is good, you have peace and nevertheless you have to only 10 minutes until to Playa del Ingles go.
For the price you get definitely a better house Gran Canaria and also in the San Augustin read more
