apart from the lack of service and the loud and expensive air conditioning was the apartment even well equipped. Something plush Furniture from the late eighties, but good mattresses, good cleaness, kitchen with coffee machine, large fridge, microwave and sufficiently table-ware, tv with DVD player, telephone. Unfortunately no safety deposit box.

Golden View apartments is a condominium- complex with 4 floors and about 100 self Catgering apartments. The (rather older) owner is partly even in it and/or rent. the complex is well secured, the staff are super friendly. the complex is well maintained and features parking spaces, a large garden to the general use, a pool and a China- restaurant. furthermore there are a's and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. On compliance with the rules is strengestens respected( for example no noise after 22 h). Unfortunately we had a lot of noise from gardenand renovation Work. Behind the complex is a large cemetery. Also here it in the morning at the latest at 8 h with loud equipment around. sleep in did not work.

Golden view is in the area of sunset crest. nearby (no 5 minutes on foot) is the super center with supermarket (expensive, better: Jordan's supermarket in Fitts village) and some shops. opposite on the other Side of the main street there was a bank, police station and the beach bar Surfside. the beach in Surfside is unfortunately quite dirty (cigarette butts, paper, etc.) for swimming is only a small separated Area since, everywhere otherwise you one runs the risk of the JET skis platt to be cleaned (General problem in other Bays.)
