We had a room in the cellar of the house, which at the temperatures in Rome necessarily a disadvantage does not have to be. It has something gemuffelt however for sleeping was good it us enough. The size of the room was sufficient, the bath be however no longer smaller has might. The equipment was also whole correct: Safe, air conditioning system, TV, mini bar (of us however as private refrigerator one used), shower, bidet was present everything. Also cleanliness was satisfying apart from a few südländischen improvisations.

The breakfast area is in the cellar and is very pretty and cosy. The breakfast leaves to be desired something according to German habits. A plate of disgusting press ham, a small plate cheese, muesli small a little pastry and naturally Croissants. For drinking there is not a cup cappuccino second is unfortunately contained no more in the price.

The staff was very friendly (the man at the reception recognizes one even on the road and greets). With foreign languages we had a small problem, we unfortunately speak both little Italian and wanted in the vacation the something to deepen however us to questions to English were nearly always answered. The room cleaning was satisfyingly it gave daily freshness of towels and the usual bath accessories.

Who on city journey is needs really no additional sport more therefore to be able we for this nothing to say.

A small city hotel with about 20 rooms, with a very small roof terrace. The condition of the hotel is on the whole good. It is in this hotel only possible for overnight accomodation with breakfast. The guests in the hotel were very international and it were represented also all age groups.

The hotel lies in an actually calm mansion quarter, if not a large hospital (Policlinico) were there to each daily and is started nighttime me loud Sirenengeheul of the ambulances. A small supermarket can be attained 4 roads further to foot. The problem emerges at night if one wants from the city back to the hotel. The ÖPNV is actually completely good in Rome, but starting from 23:00 clock will arrive it at the pure luck thing with the bus into the proximity from the hotel to. Otherwise the underground can be attained in approximately 5 minutes to foot, the Tram and the bus keeps about 100 meters distant from the hotel.

We had a room in the ground floor. However not directly behind the reception. Nevertheless one heard, if at the reception one spoke or the telephone rang. A room is surely calmer further above. One apparent cannot affect however. The hair dryer and the Stehlampe were defective. Such a thing one doesn't examine? Those covers on the bed was completely spotted on the lower surface, which disturbed me at most. The rooms were quite large and also clean (up to cover). Furniture was in good condition. The air conditioning system was very loud, with to fall asleep disturbed. German television (message) could hardly be received.

Breakfast room in the cellar. The buffet was not o.k. very large selection, but sufficiently and for Italy surely well. Cheese, ham, scrambled egg, fruit and packaged jam. It was filled up again and again. The lady, who was responsible for the breakfast, was very speedy and also friendly. The ordered cappuccino one brought immediately. The deep chairs were habituation needy. Thus that became roll lubricants somewhat with difficulty. Rather something for large humans.

The ladies at the reception spoke English and were friendly. However one could not open on demand a Korkenzieher check-out counters (also after a short search not) for us around a Weinflasche. It perhaps desired was that we avail ourselves in that mini bar? The rooms were well cleaned, renewed those towels daily. Soap, shampoo and showering gel lay ready.

It is a small hotel with 22 rooms. We had asked by the travel agency to get two calm rooms next to each other (two pairs) in one of the upper floors. We got two rooms in the ground floor, not next to each other. Al we inquired, us were said, the upper rooms were written off on days. At it we were very much annoyed. In addition we had hoped for rooms with terrace. We set ourselves then in the evening into the small Vorgarten. Except us that did not want anybody: -) Nevertheless 4 stars a hotel could deal with desires, which are indicated equal with the reservation. We had booked also not at short notice.

The hotel lies in a calm mansion area. Very pleasantly. Nevertheless bus and Metro station can be attained within a short time. To the next supermarket one must run one while. But it is to be created. We always ate in one of the restaurants in the city center, so that we did not test the restaurants in hotel proximity.

The room which we had was rather largely. Only disadvantage was that it was direct behind the reception and thus the noise level was something highly. Which also a disadvantage was, was the small shower, but otherwise one cannot deplore oneself over the rooms really.

The hotel had only breakfast and over it one can not deplore oneself. Who likes it in the morning heartful, that will get a problem, but it is sausage and cheese available. Otherwise there is everything over scrambled egg, roll, jam, yogurt, muesli, fresh fruit and so on.

The staff is very friendly. The lady with the breakfast looks somewhat grimmig, but it meets all desires, as well as the staff at the reception. We were already very early in the hotel and could turn our suit-cases off simply in a side course and make us to investigation route by Rome. We could transact the same also with the departure, since our flight went only late evening back to Germany.

The hotel is in an old mansion. The condition is rather new. Everything is very clean. We had booked that with breakfast and were very good for Italian conditions.

The hotel lies in a mansion area and thus very calmly. Up to the next Metrostation there is about 400m. To the main station terms one can go also to foot or drive with the metro two stations. Directly with the metro station Poloclinco is a very nice bar, where one can super cappuccino drink and naturally also snack to itself take. In the evening one can reach some restaurants also well to foot. In direct proximity is also the bus - and Transplantation.

For Italian conditions very cleanly and optically very substantial rooms - perhaps somewhat small guessed/advised - however is sufficient. However the baths are partly somewhat very small and not usable by 2 persons at the same time. And it was missing at any time hot water was heated (which for a stay in November appears not unimportant). Showering gel/shampoo and various other necessities for a short stay are available and are daily filled up. Otherwise everything is available in the room/bath, which one can expect for a stay in 4 **** a house - including. Hair dryer. Towels are daily changed (in each case 1 towel 1 bath-towel per person). Bathrobes are not available. The towel dryer, which worked in shortest time on full stage and thus was well adjustable, was ingenious. Also mini bar is present - however due to the prices by us one did not use. Also the rooms are somewhat dark in „the lower “floors (not only these in the Souterain) - like that the rooms are not 101 and 102 to recommend in such a way (are behind the stairs and directly at the elevator and are the associated with it due to easily developing noise rather to exclude). 103 was again quite very accessible. One could assume that the rooms in „the upper “floors for a longer stay (beyond a short weekend) are recommended probably rather, because by the brightness probably still friendlier and more responding. In addition one knows the noise window blind of the 1. Stick (inclusive reception stairs and elevator) the room selection is for a well-being feeling stay to that extent a not unimportant point goes around.

We felt the staff as very friendly. We had however due to the short stay few points of contact there also no problems, to clarify would be existed (in principle check in and everything check out in the best way and briskly). We had to change the desire the room initially, because we the 1. Rooms too small and too darkly felt - us another possibility was granted directly and we could select another, somewhat brighter room. Room cleaning - without lack… everything with the breakfast personnel we were somewhat in the best way surprised over the initial (well somewhat schroffe) way of the operation… which however completely fast put, if one comes into the discussion and one learns oneself to know thereby. One is perhaps somewhat roughly in the handling (loud table-ware „geklappere “)… the buffet always briskly filled up… in or other special wish was also fulfilled. Here it would be to be still marked that the premises for the breakfast are in the cellar… perhaps give it in the summer the possibility were breakfast in the small garden to the backyard to take (would otherwise unfortunate be).

A small great hotel in the middle in Rome for a well-being feeling stay without usual Italian “conditions”. Very cleanly, very responding, calmly, nearly familiar… great Frühstücksbüffet, great binding and at short notice at the places worth seeing of Rome.

The hotel does not lie now in the middle in the happening thus not in the heart of the town center… nevertheless very well with the connections of the metro (also Tram and bus) attainable. So one can reach the station terms (main station) with only or two metro stations (preferably Policlinico) of the blue line B. Starting from station terms one also directly into the line A enter and are also here very flexible into all directions. Likewise directly a roadside continues to be the stop for the entrance to the 19er Tram line (direct to the Vatikan/Petersdom) and bus Nr3 (to Colloseum). Despite the good binding it concerns a very calm situation… even if one of the large main streets quite near leads themselves past, gives it here no impairment. It is to be perhaps still mentioned that now and then the sirens of the rescue cars of the hospital in the proximity are not to be heard - however disturbing (also at night not). If one restaurants - bars u.s.w in that approach environment completely search or simply times only times the roads to so beautifully through-saunter would like, then one has here hardly possibilities. If one liked however simply only beautifully a living and not the requirement has to have to be really in the middle in the happening is with this 4 **** hotel very well waived. One lives somewhat outside (one may perhaps say - we found it actually also as central to classify) to a very good price/achievement relationship and is nevertheless in shortest time at the points worth seeing.
