Hotel
We were there at the beginning of November a extended weekend in mattilhof. Especially liked a lot the personal attention of the host family dietl. The highlight was the wine tasting with hrn. dietl in the historic cellar, with really excellent drop.
Location
The hotel lies in the middle of Latsch, surrounded of living and business high-rises. Nevertheless it is very quiet. There is enough parking spaces and an underground car park.
Service
The staff were friendly and courteous.
Dining
Every evening there was three menus to choose from. The food was good, although without large highlights.
Sport, entertainment ..., wellness
In the wellness area are some different saunas available. Unfortunately everything is a little cramped. The finnish sauna offers for example hardly more space than for two people. Also in the relaxation area was not always a liege available. In the hotel is free wi-fi available.
Room
We had a suite. This was big enough and tastefully furnished. Everything was very clean.
In short
Basically everything was right. But in the light of the high price level you expect nevertheless a little more than the usual. Therefore, for us it is not for a excellent or very good.
Note
It was our third stay at the third hotel in Latsch. In comparison to other südtiroler regions we find, for the price level generally too high. Perhaps it is in the immediate vicinity of the Switzerland. read more

The best of famillärer hand led hotel of italy. I am since 2003 guest in this house and (except 2011 krankheitshalber ) every year at least 1 week vacation there and was never disappointed. I will so long it will be possible at least one time a year 1 week vacation there. read more

We were every year again in the autumn holidays with our grandchild and a friend of
Family in the beautiful Matillhof. Because we this year the 10. year here there was for us

Our grandchild the days was very good, its meal preferences were daily takes-

We were allowed wonderful, sunny day in autumn in the very easy going guided Matillhof enjoy, great hikes with Rudi, very good food, fruity wines, very relaxing wellness area, great back -, as well as Foot Reflex Zone massage!
The hospitable and kind boss and great staff contributed to a wonderful atmosphere and let us enjoy the days. read more

We had a very comfortable stay in this cosy hotel. We booked the Juval Suite. This was a great desicion. Plenty of room in a nice atmosphere. It's called "Schlössl", that means little castle. The stuff is very friendly and makes a good job. We had every day a dinner menu with traditional food on a high level. read more

We are before the rain in Switzerland fled and by pure coincidence to the hotel Matillhof side. The reception by the boss and the staff were so nice, that we decided to stay. The guided hikes and bike tours provided us a super impression from the South Tirol, we will surely again come back again. We were this year ( already the 2 time this year) from 9a 22. October 2012 again in Matillhof. Originally we had wanted to only a week stay. But we have so far in all the years since we Matillhof holidays had never managed without several times extend to go. These speaks for itself. We would no more than satisfied we would rather cut than extend. For us there is only one: again and as soon as possible. Matillhof we will be back and we will, if the folgetermine permit, re-extend! For us it was more than worth it for ... a ferienmesse the Matillhof even exploring to do. We are demanding and our expectations more than fulfilled found.
