My room was warm, light, large and very comfortable double with the usual - huge tv, coffee machine to make fresh coffee if i wanted and a large bathroom, all well equipped. A large sofa and chairs for guests with plenty of room to relax in and even the single rooms are bigger than most doubles in other hotels.

THe food at the Beau Site is one of the major attractions - very high quality food all prepared in their kitchens and served with a smile. The restaurants are of course immaculate and here they really do look after you, whether a single traveller, large group or family. They spoil everyone. A good and varied menu each day with several specials - Gala night and the famous grill evening !

From arrival at the station where you are collected by Emilio with a beaming smile and warm welcome, luggage is taken to your room whilst you are checked in. Rooms are kept faultlessly and there is a bed turning down service too.

THe wellness area is a wonderful place to relax at the end of each day. Saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis and a pool to unwind in and enjoy the views of the Matterhorn before the daylight disappears or watch the snow fall. As with everything else, it is spotlessly clean

I was in the chalet in a very large room which was immaculate in every way. Always spotlessly clean and like the rest of the hotel - impeccably tidy and well presented. Huge breakfast buffet which is just like the evening meals and seriously good wines in their cellar. Guests from all over the world.

In such a perfect elevated location - The best Matterhorn views and so convenient for the shops, bars and most important - the lifts. Only a short walk to the bus stop that takes you to all the lifts - and the skiing with the very best mountain restaurants anywhere.

The size of the rooms and their facilities are 4 * status and not to criticize. The bathrooms should be bigger and some updating. The facilities (tv and stereo are on the latest technology and the wireless internet worked without a problem). The hygiene is alright and the 2 times service on the same day limited in accordance with the customer always guaranteed.

The interior design was there were there were different restaurantstypen to choose from. A beautiful hotel-lounge is available and the old-style bar is romantic. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene there was nothing to complain about. The food is good and there are excellent wines at very reasonable prices available. The hotel atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.

It is a very friendly and personally led enterprise. (the directorate on the front desk, the concierge desk, the service to the chambermaid ) the waiters in the restaurant a higher expertise (experience) and more language skills have. Complaints were taken serious and immediately dealt with.

The pool is large and very nice. The newly created spa is nice, and the service the 4 star status in accordance with. The sauna area should also be replaced. It lacks the gym!

The hotel is large enough to all the amenities of a 4 star hotel to offer but not too big as point at home. The hotel is a very nice and excellent entertainment and constantly aufgebessertes building. Room types are several to choose from. (size and view ) breakfast is 'unschlagbar' in terms of quality, selection and duration (of 07:00 until 11:00 o'clock) the night with half board is performance ratio the best thing we who travel a lot in Europa have ever seen. The guest structure (age and nationality) is relatively well mixed. The hotel in general and the rooms in particular are very clean kept.

Best location, on a slight slope with an excellent view of Matterhorn and village Zermatt. A few walk minutes to the shopping malls, and to the train station and to two of the three places to the ski resorts. Bus really nearby from the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and the furniture very well-kept. She are equipped with a balcony/terrace. There were different room categories. Recommendable is a room with matterhornblich. If you wanted evening in your room, is reaching its bed turned down and with closed curtains it was again.

The hotel has 2 dining rooms. In the larger there is breakfast. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. There are even sparkling wine, coffees of tea to various juices. Eggs one knows according to desire to be arranged. Sausage and cheese there is many types, as well as fruits and cereals. The bircher-muesli you should not miss, a dream! Also late risers must not do without, breakfast there was until 11 o'clock. Evening in the other restaurant. On fridays there is everything from the grill, prepared in the large fireplace. Exotic fish and different meat is offered. Not to be missed. The menus are always delicious. The wine list offers for any taste from many countries something, also exclusive wines are represented. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is very nice and homey. Then we in the hotel bar by dimitris warm welcome. One experiences a service, which you dont forget.

Mr schwegler and staff is very friendly and willing to help. The ladies at the reception are competent and-as far as we can tell more languages powerfully. Wishes are fulfilled immediately.

In the bar area live music shows in the evenings. Those who wish to dance, must play.

We are as a group in the Parkhotel for the 3. time and are already looking forward to a 4 time. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The furnishing precious and cozy. The lobby has an open fireplace with comfortable seating and invites to stay a while and relax. If you don't the slope wants, is here in the spa his great pleasure. Particularly the massage in is very recommendable, absolutely professional!

On foot the hotel is from the train station from about minutes within easy reach. If you have a free shuttle service wishes, can these at the train station about the hotel telephone order. The hotel is located in a quiet area and nevertheless central. Lots of bars, restaurants and small shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The food there is nothing left to be desired and the wine list is wonderful. Especially the cheese or barbecue evenings, where the director even on the barbecue area.

Sypmathisch, flexible, helpful, the staff is great.

Pool, jacuzzi of the finest quality. For a massage ask for sheila. She has magic hands.

Four star pay, 5 stars, and to be cared for. Big room, clean, everything your heart desires. A hotel for holidays and geschäftsausflüge.

Right next to the main courses, 5 minutes from the train station, ideal for skiing. Through the elevated location is a great view over the village on the Matterhorn. The own bar with fumoir by Dimitri cared for, the always there is before you even can call.

The selected room with a balcony we really liked. We felt really comfortable. The interior was comfortable. A mini bar, and a safe were also available. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped.

Excellent dining. The breakfast is very plentiful and very nice presented. For the short stay we had no booked half board. I could however already with other stays excellent cuisine let yourself be pampered. It was always very tasty for me and i can the kitchen absolutely recommend. The service is attentive and very pleasant. At the bar you can end the day in a cosy atmosphere at the end.

Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Starting with the arrival at reception, where we very pleasant greeted, even though we a absolute last-minute-deal had. We instantly felt comfortable in this house and also the room met our needs. The cleaning of the rooms worked excellent and it was very clean.

We really enjoyed the spa. Indoor pool is very beautifully designed and spacious. In addition there are two nice hot tubs. The sauna area might for me a little bit bigger. If it is very lots of people has, is the place in the two finnish saunas, and a steam room a bit tight. And for saunagänger for example dried fruit or similar was missing. The loungers with panoramic views on the mountains with Matterhorn inviting for dreaming. All in all the spa area very beautiful though and is inviting to stay a while.

Very comfortable hotel offers rooms in different sizes and equipments. Very clean and hospitable. The hotel combines very slick an old tradition with modern. The breakfast buffet for me left nothing to the imagination. The types of people are very well mixed. Of young people over families with children to retirees all ages represented. The nationalities are also very mixed.

Very good and central location. Short fußwegdistanz to the Zermatt bahnhofstrasse with many shopping possibilities. Very many restaurants and bars are also in a few minutes easy to reach on foot. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, what in the winter for the snow sports absolutely ideal. Transfer from the train station to the hotel with a hotel-electric car.

I had a large and very comfortable suite on the top floor of the chalet with a balcony and Matterhorn view. Large bathroom, with a shower area, and bath, huge basin and plenty of room. Not at all cramped unlike some other hotel bathrooms. The room has a coffee machine to make coffee just the way you want, fridge, mini bar, Huge TV, telephone , BOSE mobile charging and stereo system - the list goes on... Immaculate and spotlessly clean at all times - it does not get any better !

There are two restaurant areas at the Beau SIte, one primarily for breakfast and the other, which has three different areas is for the evening dinner. They also offer a huge afternoon tea with various different teas to choose form and fruit juices, along with their cakes - YUM YUM ! Breakfast is a stunning display of fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts, mueslis, breads, cheeses, cold meats, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, jams, and a choice of freshly cooked eggs and hot bacon, sausages, ham all served with fresh coffee, tea of champagne ! The evening meals are a feast to behold. Food to match any of the best restaurants anywhere and all have flavour bursting out of them ! The menus are continuously upgraded and their wine list also to match their fine food. The food is different each day and in particular the Gala night and the Grill night, both of which are legendary in Zermatt. Once again, nothing is too much trouble here and both Francesco and Milto have the same approach - NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE - with their typical answer to a request is "Certainly" or "Of Course" ! The bar is as good as ever and the new bar Manageress makes the most amazing Mojitos - try these - you will not be disappointed !

This hotel has managed the very difficult task of maintaining standards. THis is due to the full time management and their ability to select the best staff for their winter and summer seasons, train them in the Beau Site way and they always have a very friendly disposition and are most helpful. The reception staff are multi lingual as are nearly all the other staff - and all with one mission - to make sure you have the best holiday at their hotel ! My room was kept spotless and immaculate as always. The wellness area was also spotlessly clean and still looking as good as the day it opened. Complimentary soaps etc are always topped up and you want for nothing in respect of room cleanliness and service. Never had a reason to complain - in the Beau Site - NOTHING is too much trouble !

The pool area is as good as it gets, perfect to sit in a jacuzzi for an hour or more after a hard day's skiing. The perfect way to end the day and re;ax before dinner. Clean, and as good as the day it opened but more important, it is very well used by the guests. Children make good use of the pool with their parents teaching young children to swim or just watching them burn of energy, whilst relaxing on the loungers or in the pool with them. I suspect nearly every guest at the hotel uses these facilities, which also have a wonderful view of the Matterhorn and over the town too.

THis hotel has continuously set high standards and more importantly, they have maintained them. In what can only be described as the BEST location in Zermatt, with large rooms, wonderful lounge areas and dining areas. The service is as good as ever, food is better than ever and due to their efforts to maintain these high standards, attract visitors from all over the world families large and small and singles keep returning year after year along with many new faces.

THe Beau Site is perfectly situated for walking to the town, Sunnegga and Gornergrate stations and the bus stop is only just a few yards from the entrance of the hotel. This makes all the ski areas very accessible with very little effort, especially after enjoying one of their gastronomic buffet breakfasts ! The rooms and lounge have wonderful views of the Matterhorn and enjoy long sunny days with the sun shining on the hotel and chalet until the evening, when the sun sets over the mountains - PERFECT !

Excellent! The food fulfilles all wishes and has a great quality. The restaurant is very clean, well maintained and in several parlours divided. (thus a comfortable atmosphere)

The service is perfect! Friendly and accommodating staff. No request was ignored!

The spa is newly decorated and with a view of the Matterhorn. Sauna/cosmetic/massage/2 times jacuzzi/pool! Simply a great opportunity to relax after a day on the slopes.

Five star luxury. The location is great and the service excellent! The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast more than enough and it has an excellent cuisine! You feel good straight away like at home!

The location is magnificent! The ski lift is fast easy to reach on foot and the center Zermatt's is also not far away and on foot good to reach. The view from the hotel is unique! (view of the Matterhorn and on the historic part)

All the rooms are very well maintained and are equipped with a 4-star superior comfort. The materialisation is very good and furnished to a high standard. Offer a hygiene the beds and the bettenkomfort is also great.

Especially worth mentioning is the invariable excellent performance of the kitchen, combined with a service, not to beat is.

I am regularly on business in Zermatt and logiere mostly in the hotel beau-site. This hotel is distinguished by high professionalism, combined with a excellent hospitality. The value for money is excellent. All areas of the operation are very good maintained and it is constantly being invested. Especially worth mentioning is the invariable excellent performance of the kitchen, combined with a service, not to beat is. Particularly beautiful is the wellness area, which the operation much charm lends, exactly like the again and again loving decoration on the whole operation. You can tell quickly: this place is great good. Big compliment!

Excellent location with a view of the Matterhorn and over the village.

We had a suite with matterhornblich. This is located in the chalet new building next to the main building. The suite is very spacious, problems there are definitely not. There are 2 tv, which very pleasant was, because the children but another taste regarding the selection as the parents. The drawing room has a bunk bed, very comfortable and in the bedroom a large double bed, where you a unique view of the Matterhorn has. Beside the balcony, we also the small 'conservatory corner' with cosy furniture like, where you a wonderful view can. Oh, and for all the coffee-and tea drinkers : in the room the guest has a own machine available and a good choice various coffees and teas, in addition you get daily grander water to the room. The rooms are very quiet, not a single time we have other guests heared.

Breakfast is very plentiful. There is really everything, what you want and more... I loved the nespresso machine, where you your lieblingssorte itself service could. Next to the huge buffet, you can also from the chef even egg dishes as well as lots of different ingredients prepared, delicious. At the end a champagne, then can the day only good start. In the afternoon a cake or pastries set up, where one may avail oneself, in addition various fruit juices and water, which you then the cosy sun terrace can. Dinner was also very good, there were different theme evenings, grill evening, gala dinner, fondue evening... ,who gladly well and maintained eats, is in this hotel correct. The bar was also very good, this was of us comfortably before the fire sitting, after dinner used extensively.

Very friendly staff, you will feel that you are welcome, even almost with friends lives. To mention must i of course Francesco, the nicest waiter the world, he has the service in the morning and evening firmly in the grasp and looks with trained eye immediately, where a glass empty, or not the man is and coordinate these slick. From the reception, bar, chauffeur emilio, service, housekeeping are all very welcoming and competent.

As i have already mentioned all great. Nice sauna and steam room, there is also a small plunge pool, with ice-cold water, because it is only my son hineingetraut. I also found it pleasant the hammamtücher, which is required for the sauna. Next to the pool, there are also 2 jacuzzis. In the liegemuscheln you can lie comfortably relax, through the gasfassade (conservatory) the Matterhorn admire or read a book. During warm weather, you could also the loungers outside on the lawn to use.

The hotel is was very well-kept, the cleanliness immaculate in all areas, from the outdoor area, rooms to the wellness zone. The value for money is in this house very good.

We were already often in Zermatt, found the location of the beau site as the best. Firstly, it is very central, one is in few steps to the shops and shops, and the bahnhofstrasse. Nevertheless it is quiet and the view of the Matterhorn is breathtaking, because the hotel on the left side of the valley, where you can enjoy a clear view of the horu has. It also has in the afternoon after a hike, if you were still something to swim goes, wonderfully sun on the lawn, if other hotels in Zermatt already long in the shade are.

Comfortable room decorated in warm colours. As already described, as soon as you walk into the door makes peace.

Generous breakfast buffet with many beautiful extras such as Trockenfleischteller, various eggs, prosecco etc... Half-board in the evening very varied, various Fondüs possible, gala dinner and especially the barbecue is spectacular.

The service is without any complaints. Friendly, courteous, in lively phase not Overstrained. The room cleaning service was twice per day.

Spa area newly renovated, two new hot tubs, Sauna etc. I can no judgment. Aussagegemäß at the spa area can be improved.

I know the hotel since about 10 years. In this period it has From a very good hotel in a top hotel cinema. All renovations have the wohlfühleffekt increased. Location of the hotel, condition service, food and so on everything was great. The new building to replace the old villa i cannot judge. Comfortable room and as soon as the door is was quiet.
