We have this hotel because the previous reviews and were unfortunately somewhat disappointed. Altogether the hotel is all right and the sister hotel the hotel is wonderful at the beach furthermore one also to go can in case you at the beach want to lie. The hotel is out of the way the main street and has only few rooms. There is nothing in the area. On 2 kilometer a supermarket. A small trains runs for 100 rbs there for shopping.
In the interior area a beautiful pool and opposite then the restaurant and a small bar and spa area. ... You get towels by the pool and it is very quiet except for the train 100 meters in front of the hotel regularly past and already kilometer before tutet until it is over. Well i am always woke up but my wife slept without problem. Night guard 2 older men bustard to the room.
Mr Jack, the entertainer /tourist guide from the hotel is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. He speaks german, english amongst others the food is okay and good.
Our deluxe room was large, however the outlets didn't work as usual, you need to take the coolie plug grope around. A blanket does not exist, only sheets. A tv device with satelittenempfang, internet wi-fi available however reception was very bad and slow. The room spartan, the bathroom and since a mosquito net in the window missing one has 6 mothballs under the sink put. (door locked otherwise a really bad)
Unfortunately heaped itself details (constantly cold water, or no water, you ordered the night before and not get it, the waiter miscalculated itself 3 times with the bill, and a. A safe there were only at the front desk.) And we left the hotel on the 3 day to really to relax as we imagined.
Please do not wrong understand, the hotel is very reasonable and recommendable, only must the hotel in some invest so that the feel good factor remains. One is always make an effort and friendly, however it is not enough. After the round trip of 8 days we wanted to just relax, and perhaps it has also a bit with our expectations to do. read more

We (2 families: 4 adults, 3 children (17.15, 4 years) have the hotel panchi villa in our autumn holiday for 2 nights.
We really enjoyed it. We received a warm welcome. The rooms are big and the balcony huge. The breakfast was sumptuous and the service very pleasant. The dinner we were in the open restaurant served.
The rooms were once cleaned daily and the beds were for the night ready made.
The hotel lies not at the beach, is however with the small trains in 5 minutes easy to reach ( small trains could at the front desk ... be ordered, the transfer to the beach is free.)
We can really recommend the hotel and be our next sri lanka vacation book again.
We were at the airport by sammy ( German speaking guide/driver) picked up. He runs a new mini van (7 persons) and know in Sri Lanka best way out. We did for fourteen days as a driver/guide and he is very to the heart. At the airport there was a tearful farewell. read more

The hotel with 8 rooms is somewhat remote the main street and not first suspect, which one there for a kind oasis reached. Behind a beautiful gate make a real paradise on, that directly to dream invites. Beside a multicolored mixed flora, you will find amongst others birds, chipmunk, butterflies etc. The very inviting pool offers not only what the eye, but there is a welcome cooling at any time. The hotel is very well maintained and we have ourselves directly felt welcome. The lag however not only the very good pick-up (on time as the german), but also at ... the warm welcome by the boss personally-flowers and welcome drinks included. You immediately got the feeling of home. It has also the entire vacation on confirmed. Every request was from our eyes - at any time of the day. The rooms are huge and lovingly furnished. The four poster bed is to stay a while and dream, especially because of the beautiful decoration on the bed. The bedding was regularly changed - the same goes for the towels. Daily thorough cleaning. Mosquito protection in the luxury rooms. And if a mosquito in the room lost, with all forces working on it, this pests destroyed. Every day is the garden, the complex and the pool cleaned. A safe stands at the front desk available and safety is a constable during the night on-site. Everything is small trains's reach (doctor, pharmacies, markets, shops, etc.). All employees are always very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The motto: feel like at home you feel every day. read more

We stayed at the beach hotel owner Chami, Panchi beach. A wonderful place, very clean, the beach directly at dr hotel terrace and the food is in a class of its own. Jedrn day fresh fish, wonderful salad, for gourmets a real inside tip. We chose the half-board option, which we otherwise would never. read more

We had a great holiday in panchi Villa! A very clean and beautiful hotel in the green.
The staff is super friendly and offers a great service, very helpful and fulfilled every wish. Simply to be pampered. The service is marvelous, always fresh and delicious and very much selection of drinks and dining on the grasslands have nothing negative to say why panchi villa and we will stay there again to spend our holiday. We had a very nice stay in panchi villa on the occasion of our flitterwochen. We would even be described as a gem panchi villa. Because the hotel is very well run and very well kept. The staff is very helpful and there is a family atmosphere. Also in organisational issues, such as Mobilfunkkarte and day trips, and is very competently helped.

it is my old unfulfilled task, I forgot write this review which i wanted to do. We spent a few days in Panchi Villa on november 2010. Panchi Villa has very large and clean room, with new furniture and good price. Friendly proprietress of Panchi Villa arranges for guests all wishes which they have. Panchi villa is the inside tip for a nice holiday for Sri Lanka!
Who is not keen on mass tourism in panchi Villa were right.
The owner of the Villa- Chami and his team are very friendly and accommodating.
Chami speaks flowing German also.
The house has six double room with a balcony, a pool, and everything is well maintained
Our room was very nice on the Kolonialtil equipped and had an air conditioner. The bed was okay and was okay for my size von193 centimeter.
the room every two days cleaned.
We had the Villa half board booked.
For ... breakfast there were omelets, toast, cheese sausage, coffee or tea, as well as fresh fruit and juices. The food was every day fresh from the market and bought prepared for us.
The fish and seafood from the kitchen of the hotel are unbeatable and one of the reasons to live. The food was first class!
The sea is 2-3 minutes walk from the Villa-you have to go across the street. The beach is very nice and we never saw more than five persons at the same time.
Oh Yes. Do not be surprised if you at the walk on the beach a Bull or a monkey met
Chami individual needs and can arrange excursions, tours and in our case the contact with the local diving support point.
