Great hotel, fantastically located, adults only, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, average age 40 to 60, almost only americans, canadians, mexicans and hardly any german. Stunning innenausstaatung of the hotel and impressive ceilings and wall paintings. All inclusive very attractive, wi-fi in the room, nice balcony, room equipment exclusively. read more

    The staff we found outstandingly friendly. Every wish from our eyes, each individual coworker of this house deserves a special thank you for a fantastic service. All speak fluent english for the waiters. The cleaning of the rooms and the butler service were very good. We could be, in the minibar should be, and what we after return from the beach on the rooms have wanted and it was there. It has and all 100 percent good.

    The location is great, 40 minutes from the airport Cancun away, directly at the beach Playa Paraiso, very attractive. 20 minutes from the town Playa del Carmen, nice for shopping and eat out.

A beautiful, clean, well-maintained hotel with all-inclusive offer, which leaves nothing to be desired. The room is very big and very well maintained, the bathroom has two sink, shower and tub, and a loggia with hängekorb and sitzsofa and ceiling fan. All in all a dream hotel and simply only indescribable. Wifi is but not in the room, but only in of the lobby accessible, unless you have a laptop for you on request cable is. There are about 80% americans and canadians and the rest distributed au german, dutch, italian and a handful of russians.     There are two buffet-style restaurant and, in addition, four other restaurants, but where a table has to be reserved. The cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurants was exemplary. The scope and the quality the food no wishes open and i can't imagine, that it is also possibly a small something to moan there is. Every evening there was another slogan, as for example mexican evening, italian evening, brazilian-american or international buffet.     The service is incredibly well and german, from the service desert Germany come, totally unusual. All waiters, butler or the other staff, such as cleaners or concierge are exceedingly friendly and i am not a come across the rude or surly was. It but all speak only english, what you need to know and it would be recommendable before to prepare the way. A butler, called jesus, sprucht very good german, but this is the exception. We liked really all there and no stress. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent and tips on our part for these exceptional service of course.

    The sports offer is very varied and there is also a small gym with the best equipment, three treadmills, two cross-trainers. The area is well air-conditioned and there are towels and water to drink. The entertainers do their jobs very good and but not intrusive. If you don't want to take part, it must also not and still you are the guests the don't want to animation very friendly and interested in your well-being. In the evening there was always a show program which we didn't visit, since 10:00 p. m. simply too late. At the pools there were enough chairs, however was the annoying habit, that early in the morning the loungers already were occupied, which i only from Mallorca know and what a 5 star hotel not worthy.     There are four further hotels in the hotel, the visitors of the Grand Hotel with may be used, but conversely the guests the other hotels the Grand Hotel not to use. The complex is paradisiacly nice and was always well-kept. Nearby is a golf course and a shopping center, as well as a disco. The airport is not very far away and directly in front of the hotel is a stop for a shuttle taxi to puerto morelos (20 pesos = 1,20-1,50 Euro). For the drive to Playa del Carmen you can from the hotel lindo for 50 pesos (about 3,00 Euro) with a shuttle service and the three times daily (9:00 a. m., 11:00 a. m. and 2:00 p. m.).

    In the hotel there was next to the buffet restaurant there were four specialty restaurants: italian, surf & turf, japanese and gourmet restaurant. We have up to the japanese tried everything. Best liked the steakhouse surf & turf, the italians disappointed and the advertised gourmet restaurant was not to high expectations. Were laudable the buffets, the no wishes open left. Daily there was lobster and steaks from the grill and changing themed buffets. The restaurants were very clean and the service met every request.

    The friendliness of the staff left nothing to be desired, no matter wether with or without tips. With english everything was possible. German was hardly spoken. The rooms were twice cleaned daily, even in temporal wishes concerning the room cleaning was mentioned. A medical center is the hotel, we didn't need it.

    The entertainment was reserved and pleasant unobtrusive. Every evening there was different mottoshows. At the beach there were enough comfortable lounge chairs under parasols available, even if the reserve as everywhere its flowers floats. Service was by the pool as well as at the beach very good, drinks were served and sun creams and magazines. Daily the beach raked and was very clean and well cared for.

    The hotel is directly at the fine sandy beach, but directly in front of the hotel many stones in the water holds. The hotel lies somewhere in the middle of nowhere. To the airport it takes about 30 minutes. To Cancun good 45 minutes and to Playa del Carmen about 20 minutes. The hotel features a small shopping center and various shops. Taxis are available available.

    Large! 2 sink in the bathroom. Jacuzzi (what?) Minibar was re-filled every day. The butler promised us, the mini bar according to our wishes refill. Unfortunately never happened, it was always directly refilled. The butler... What is it there, except friendly smiling over the corridor to walk? More, he needs not appear to do.

    The staff was always friendly and accommodating. However also always right reserved. The service was good and attentive. The room cleaning was always very good. There is a doctor in the complex. This looked my injury however only superficial and sent me then to Cancun. In practice in the hotel complex there is obviously no special equipment. You will be in the hospiten to Cancun skillfully. You there, are extremely high medical expenses of. I guess urgently to a auslandsverischerung. When i did a x-ray of the hand 500 American Dollar cost! ( good that i assured am ☺ )

    Beach and pool very nice. While we were there was fully booked. There were missing beach chairs at the beach and at the pool. Most beach chairs were already reserved mornings and remained then the whole day empty. The usual issue stop.

    To Playa del Carmen it was about 25 kilometer (taxi 25 Dollar, journey 25 minutes. To Cancun about 65 kilometer (taxi 55 Dollar, journey time about 45 minutes). Location of the hotel somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

Great hotel with headstrong architecture on a long white sandy beach. Hotel is located on the edge of 5 hotels existing Iberostar complex including small shopping center. As a guest of the Iberostar Grand you have access to all other hotels and their facilities with. Every guest is not removable, somewhat annoying colored plastic bracelet and can due to the color the hotel assigned. Eating and drinking: In the grand are 5 restaurants consisting of buffet and 4 a la carte's japanese, gourmet, surf and turf, italian. At noon, the restaurant opened with different theme buffets and daily standard fare ... consisting of lobster, steak, burgers. You can eat in the evening only in complete air-conditioned rooms, with the japanese already times quite cold can. Only the italians can one additionally on a small outside terrace also sit outside. At the bars (lobby bar, smoker bar and always empty music bar), the same applies, everything inside except of course the pool bar but at about 17:00 close. Quality of the dishes we found in the a la carte very good at the buffet less good, because they often were only lukewarm. Unfavorably we felt also, that for the speciality restaurants in advance (the best 2-3 days) must be booked in advance. Breakfast buffet with all what you can imagine including egg dishes upon request, Quality and variety in restaurants and bars were very good. Several wines (also french or italian) to choose from, and all cocktails, long drinks, spirits, sparkling wine, soft drinks all inclusive At the beach and in the pool area there were beverage service. Constantly someone walking around and ask, whether one something to drink would like, even 2 meters away from of the pool bar. Well, if you like it. There is also a from us unused free 24 hours room service with various cold and warm dishes. The coffe we once taken into account. Entire area kept very clean, constantly the hochglanzmarmor in the hotel polished and cleaned, grounds also very well maintained. The hotel is eager something special presented. Only some guests are not fair. The quite ornate amenities we found partly a bit uncomfortable, since we liked the neighboring mayahotel with its architecture a little better-a matter of taste. Compare we can this hotel with the excellence Riviera Cancun. Grand we find better but also, of course, a lot more expensive. read more

Actually is to this hotel already everything written. Who something to moan about has, remains best at home. We have stayed in some 5 star hotels, this is absolutely great! The all-inclusive offer cannot be topped. Whether it the beverages variety or choice and quality. If you are looking for you might be a little to complain about. So worked now and then the stocked the mini-bar. But that would be really complaining at the highest level. Service, cleanliness, friendliness and so on is in this house of course. And still one: my wife is a gluten, lactose and fruktoseintoleranz ... affected. What the lüche has done was sensational. Every request was from our eyes. There we already completely other hotels experienced. In summary we will be back and can this hotel without restrictions may apply to recommend. read more

As more touristic I am much on the way, also in various all inclusive-hotels. What I have found is impudent the best all inclusive-hotel which I had ever entered. I am writing this recession therefore also while I am, because the impressions so completely fresh are-) is however yes also no problem using broadband internet connection in the room! I will try in the recession not apples with pears comparable, not the ritz -Carlton Berlin with the Iberostar Grand Paraiso, as it again and again happened, but with other all inclusive-concept -hotels in Karibik. The hotel is alone already ... because of its size of approximately 300 beds rather manageable, although the space was plentiful dimensioned. The all inclusive is includes so much, that I have only time the like to mention, what out: - 24 hours room service with a immense range of products (at night less selection) Free breakfast en suite-easy until o'clock in the morning the solid breakfast menu on the door and then punctually the elected dishes to the room received. Daily filled mini bar, with various spirits, beers, soft drinks - not only a Cola, a beer a water, but really a choice. Broadband internet in the room free of charge. - hotel bar with a massive selection of international liquors, hitting not self-evident The types of people are too many north american, a few German, no children ( adults-only) read more

    All the rooms are at least a junior suite. We had a room for ruhrpool, approximately 35 meters², beautiful bath with a large doppelflügeltüre, two washbasin, whirlpoolwanne, shower and separate toilet. Large king double bed, reading corner, desk and approximately 10 meters² balcony with hollywoodschaukel and couch - the rooms are really nice with a silent air conditioning and a ceiling fan, no more allerneuster level, but very well maintained and surely still some years without concerns usable. The mini bar is, as already written, plentiful, there is a free safe and the internet access. The cleanliness was always pristine.

I am't mean to offend anyone, but everyone, of this all inclusive offer in terms of eating and drinking somewhat to complain about has, the plastering else small children. We are talking about all inclusive, which in quality and scale is probably unique. A few example: - for breakfast there is a selection and fresh the no wishes open can, because it is nothing missing, the salmon on caviar, through various egg dishes, etc. Nothing is on reserve produces, 1 kilogram scrambled egg in a bowl until green is, but only small quantities of the always fresh be refilled.     I have in no all inclusive-hotel a better and friendlier service experienced. Everyone always had a 'hola' on the lips and smaltalk was always welcome, but everything very casually was. As you forest inside shouts... Room was always top clean, evenings there is a, in the all inclusive-hotel me so far in this extent unknown, beds-service, where the bed and bath for the night prepared, pillows covered, rug and slippers provided and fresh towels ready placed, a perfumed candle lit and the mandatory ' handtuchschwan ' on the bed comes :-) I knew' normal' 5 stars hotels, but not from a all inclusive-hotel. It is in any case English or spanish, except for a few a few employees nobody speaks German! With English everything worked smoothly.

    A large saltwater swimming pool in the direction of beach, a quiet pool next to the main building and indoor heated swimming pool on the other side leaves nothing to be desired. In the main pool also find a lot of animation instead, this there are two basketball at the edge.     As more touristic I am much on the way, also in various all inclusive-hotels. What I have found is impudent the best all inclusive-hotel which I had ever entered. I am writing this recession therefore also while I am, because the impressions so completely fresh are :-) is however yes also no problem using broadband internet connection in the room! I will try in the recession not apples with pears comparable, not the ritz -Carlton Berlin with the Iberostar Grand Paraiso, as it again and again happened, but with other all inclusive-concept -hotels in Karibik. The hotel is alone already because of its size of approximately 300 beds rather manageable, although the space was plentiful dimensioned. The all inclusive is includes so much, that I have only time the like to mention, what out: - 24 hours room service with a immense range of products (at night less selection) Free breakfast en suite-easy until o'clock in the morning the solid breakfast menu on the door and then punctually the elected dishes to the room received. Daily filled mini bar, with various spirits, beers, soft drinks - not only a Cola, a beer a water, but really a choice. Broadband internet in the room free of charge. - hotel bar with a massive selection of international liquors, hitting not self-evident The types of people are too many north american, a few German, no children ( adults-only)

    The hotel lies, as already extensively described, at a beautiful sandy beach, the of course not the most beautiful beach the world and directly in front of the hotel rock in the water laced, but this helps before booking a view in Holidaycheck or an examination in the catalog, so if one remains free from Überrschungen and must not later above upset. Was now the 4. the grand and it is still the best all inclusive hotel in the Region. The only thing which that bothers me, the some guests the Maya had booked. And A free upgrade to the Grand get. That is still not yet Fixed %BLANK%. May be because, if the grand not fully. They helped with tips somewhat. Apart from that. Great service in all areas. Our mosquito net was 3 time in broken.     The food-and offered drinks leaves nothing to the imagination. It was so rich, that the quantity very withholding, if you at least the especially delicious offers all taste would like. It is everything on the table that is good and expensive. The cooking times votes. Fish, meat and shellfish are always fresh, tender and cooked on the spot. There is for every meal time fresh bread in larger selection. Itself details are perfected, so there was for example always 6 types of butter and salt to choose from.     Who wanted to serve had a massive selection of sports and leisure activities. Also disco, access to the internet and shops were within the complex offered. The whole hotel is a dream, we have stayed in many hotel in the world saw and visited but this is for a all inclusive house of absolute hammer. We booked it, because it no children are. The service from the employees is exemplary and very accommodating. Around the hour is possible a butler available the one with all provide what you missed. In April we were already the third time in this wonderful hotel and definitely not the last time. Who once in this hotel was, is again and again. We know quite a lot of 5 star six star hotels on in the entire world, but this hotel is unique. All inclusive of the highest standard. We agree with the general positive reviews follow. The hotel is very well maintained and you get to see the whole day the cleaning team, gardener and instandhaltungsteams work. Deductions unfortunately for the beach. This is directly in front of the hotel always very clean and nice, unfortunately it is in front of the Grand Hotel but not possible to swim, as the water complete with large rocks through. Also the plastic beach chairs were nearly all damaged. However these are only a third of all loungers, since the hauptliegen from network with beautiful thick cushions are. Right next to ... the hotel starts actually a natural beach of, the but unfortunately a dump like. To the left the end of a walk on the beach directly on the last Iberostar hotel, since there the beach through a construction ruins ends. The average age of the guests is between 30 and 90, whereas the least guests from Germany come. We had many americans and canadians in the hotel. This also nearly all only for 7 days and are quite noisy. read more

    The hotel lies between Cancun and Playa del Carmen directly at the beach. For excursions in both directions the hotel is centrally located. The great hotel the huge resort is with a huge entrance hall. Small shops, a bar and places to sit there were also accommodated. The front desk we were met by professional and very pleasant. There was a drink welcome to and the hotel was declared. Unfortunately we got a room on pool level. These could we then easily be exchanged. The types of people were mainly americans, a few other nationalities like german, 'russians or mexican were also present. Altogether was the audience nice and high-class. Exceptions confirm unfortunately the rule. It fell some mexican negatively, something like that ... should not take in a 5 star hotel not happen. One could with golf Cars between the different hotels back and forth go. We could all hotels use, the other but the grande hotel not. read more

    We had a standard junior suite. First we were on the ground floor accommodated. But after next to us unreasonable mexican moved in we could in a room on the first floor change. Everything without any problems. The rooms have a large bathroom with a separate shower, separate toilet and jacuzzi -bath tub, 2 washbasin. A good hair dryer is available. Everything very clean. Mini bar in the room is refilled daily. Coffee machine, safe, telephone is available. In the morning the room completely cleaned, evenings is still time after in the bathroom and beds folded out and towels new enough.

    The staff are very friendly. Every really makes an effort and has a smile on the lips. With english one gets ahead here. German hardly understood. The cleaning of the rooms is very good been everything was cleaned once a day and evenings once again the towels changed and everything refilled. You can for a fee the laundry wash leave. A doctor in the resort there every day. We required a doctor, the butler organized fast and reliable transport and a lady of the hotel accompanied us the whole time. Payment was in the bar.     The resort is somewhere in the middle of nowhere one can say really. All around is nothing. You must be a taxi or shuttle bus (50 pesos ) to Playa del Carmen take. Taxi costs about 200 pesos each way. The beach is right next to the hotel and to the left going clean, to the right it is nature, that means it is not well maintained. But you can kilometer-long run and it is not crowded. Transfer from the airport with a taxi took about half an hour. The next shops are Playa del Carmen. Excursions are in the hotel because of the tour operator also in german. But be careful, it took us longer the other hotels maximumly and the guests gather as the whole visit in Tulum.

    we had an ocean front corner room. The difference to normal ocean front room is the pool on the terrace (the 500 euros extra charge was worth it for us not), we because of wind not used have (was just too cold in the December). the room is otherwise identical to the other ocean Front rooms. in order to bridge the time until evening show (10:00 P. M.), we sometimes my DVDs look. Firstly these were however from the DVD player not accepted-Butler called 10 minutes later one came, looked the problem -10 minutes later new DVD Recorders. Now we could see but now black-white-Butler called 10 minutes later new TV and new DVD Player. Then it was in color ☺. The boys really do everything possible!
