For the price we paid we have a rational, good equivalent obtain. Location of the hotel very good, since only 50 metres from the boulevard and 100 metres away from the beach. Nice and comfortable. Friendly employees.

After 2010, we have this year again our vacation in the 'venecia' spent.
Especially we noticed the strong improved food on. At the cleanliness in all areas

The hotel is a bit outdated but very clean

The hotel has approximately 48 rooms. These are functional and very clean.
The towels after call (the floor) changed. Safe and a tv for a fee and deposit usable. But it is actually in all brochure and therefore not surprising. Our room had a balcony, what 3 people offers and a on the wall mounted wäschetrockenvorrichtung has.
The front desk is 24 hours a day.
The air-conditioned dining room is in the basement, is however very friendly and attractively decorated.
The by the pool presides chairs and sunscreens can be used free of charge. There were also always which free. ...
Furthermore there is a access to the internet - 10 minutes = 1 Euro, lounge and bar on the ground floor, as well as a small terrace, on which one the evenings spend can. We had the half board in buffet form.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. As always in the south quite badly soundproofed, but the room quite large (305) and the beds not so soft like in other hotels. The air conditioning was either by the cleaning ladies on or one you stay in. Unfortunately the balcony doors not again locked!

Very nice and tidy three star hotel. Boulevard (main shopping street of Paguera) and to the beach Playa Palmira there is about 3 minutes on foot. The hotel is very clean and tidy and was obviously only in the last 5 to 6 years renovated.
The room was clean and very big. The bathroom very beautiful and huge.
It was enough capacity with 2 adults and 1 child.
The food has uS always tasted and the selection of dishes was wholeheartedly reasonable, as well as varied. Pool area included shallow pool is always clean and invites you to cool off ... but also relaxation a. The hotel bar is reasonably priced and quality completely reasonable. The staff speaks very good German and is always friendly. A small downside there are however to the issue overbooking. As already read several times had we one night to the Neptuno. OK for one night, more however not. In return were safe, fridge, tv free. read more

Except for the food you can about this hotel nothing to complain about. The rooms, like the rest of the hotel, are friendly and spacious decorated. Also the beach is approximately 2 to 3 minutes distance. The bus connection is very good and the price of 3,50 Euro for the distance Paguera-Palma was also cheap. Quite small hotel, from a family run (about 50 room).
Rooms are clean and beautiful, the dining room unfortunately no that very.
Pleasant staff, was very helpful with questions
Bookable with half board, lunch there is none.
The guests, those were there, were all German, from young to old everything - couples, families, friends, young people, everything possible.

Overbooking seems here unfortunately to be normal, the first two Nights we were therefore in the Neptun accommodated (tiny, noisy, komfortfrei )-after a tantrum in my opinion there was in the booked hotel safe and tv free.

The complex is well arranged. With 4 floors with ever about 20 rooms it is rather small. The whole hotel is extremely clean and in good condition. The front desk is always occupied and to help with all questions further. With the half-board is for breakfast different types of coffee, hot chocolate, as well as some juices included. During dinner costs a Cola (0.2 liter ) at that point in time 1.70 Euro. As already described the air-conditioned dining-hall a large plus point. For our stay had every room a table the entire vacation over. The food tasted ... us. Various bread and rolls for breakfast with marmelade, sausage and cheese, as well as alternating scrambled egg, fried egg and bacon. Otherwise there was other spanish dishes. During dinner there was a sort of fish, pasta and meat as Cordom Bleu, hähnchenkeulen or meat balls. Several salads and types of dessert there were also. in the dining room worked 2 employee all hand to do had, so that sometimes cutlery or plates missing could, which was immediately refilled.
The room and the bathroom are unfortunately quite small. But nicely furnished and very clean held. Our balcony was in a lateral road where the level of noise was very small. The air conditioning can be adjusted and cools the room optimal down. Fridge, safe and a tv only for an extra charge with deposit available.
The pool area is also well arranged, but clean. It was however as far as we saw it not used. The beach is 50 meters away. The prices for chair and an umbrella were our travel with 4,50 Euro high. The beach and the sea are very clean and really nice. There are however several times daily ships the tourists at the island and exhaust gases into the air. The main shopping street is halfway to the beach. There are numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, Clothing and jewelry shops. The prices in the many restaurants and bars in our eyes were in comparison to prices for chairs and umbrellas just. As good as everyone in Paguera can a few Phrases in German, so that it rarely Verständnissproblemen comes.
What bothers me is that some have extra costs for tv, safe and fridge complain, even though it is explicitly stated in the hotel descriptions the tour operator says.
In short: Positive: very clean hotel me friendly staff. Short distances to beach and main shopping street. Individual air conditioning and air-conditioned dining room.
Negative: small room and bathroom. Expensive loungers and screens at the beach.

Food was not good at all!
