The hotel is and is very nice! The staff at reception and in the restaurant especially friendly. The food in the restaurant extremely expensive and not particulary good - each tapas bar in the town is better. The golf package is extremely expensive, even in the winter, the should change, before the guests nonarrival. The rooms are also well equipped with everything that you need - you can tell very much an english influence. read more

Had the hotel because of the 3 nearby golf courses booked. The full green fee from 1 march to ask is not okay, since neither green nor fairways were good. In heavy rain, the space was not locked. The service you have to 24 hours before cancellations. Conclusion even if you in the morning sees, that it unacceptable would be to play and absagt (golf should be fun), should you still!? The indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, and the sauna is not luxurious! As well as our standard room: size acceptable, mattress we found rather bad, as well as the ... two armchair, they were totally worn-out. Bathroom size was ok but the shower was disgusting with mold in the silicone and red streaks. The half board with over 50 euros (weinflaschenpreisen starting at € 50) we found from 1 march better than in february!? All around it a nice hotel with flair and great view, friendly staff (especially in the dining room), in some things but in my opinion (professional) hotel however not in the price. read more

A feel good hotel nearby Palma. The view from the main restaurant and from the terrace is simply great. The breakfast buffet offered dishes typical of the country in good quality. Particularly the pies were really delicious. The spa - or wellness offer was very extensive but also very upscale. Unfortunately there was also something negative. Wi-fi in the room didn't work correct. Despite complaint, no change a. So i had to, if i am in a internet wanted, on the corridor or in the lobby sit, which was very uncomfortable. read more

Not really cheap, but very, very luxurious. The staff are unbelievably friendly. The location, with a view of Palma, is sensational. However the hotel lies not at the sea. We will definitely go back. read more

We were really amazed from the hotel-the 5 stars are justified. Friendliness and skills The multilingual staff. The breakfast was also of the category accordingly. The highlight of the hotel is the location -above Palma and the unique terrace. The surrounding 3 golf courses are fast (a shuttle bus is the guests available) to reach And offer because of the different difficulty for jedeshcp play joy. A buggy is for less sporty golfers obligatory (son vida). The gree fees are for island Standards still acceptable. A rental car I would take, since we were gladly in the golffreien time and ... for dinner restaurants In the area visit. We will in any case return read more

How can the hotel really 100 give it. A really beautiful five star hotel! The staff are extremely helpful, done even the check in of the flight and much more. The German language skills are excellent. Much was not the matter in the month November, but what we found was a good thing. The only thing which a little gene ffs had, was the waiters what late evenings still on the door knocking and ask, if you need anything. Already stupid if you already sleeps. And the German-golfspielenden -Louis Vuitton-supporting -arrogant guests you have to just ignore them, then it ... is really a lovely vacation.-) read more

    The room was the crowning this stay. A chamber in the main building with 'terrace' to hauptklimaanlage of the hotel with the appropriate lärmkulisse! The bathroom would have urgently a renovation used, black mold in all joints the shower, the mountings worn and calcified. The bed was completely worn out and 'hung' on one side. In a corner of the room' s, directly behind the nightstand was mold on the wall, what a right' musty' odor in the room caused. After the complaint and please a different room, they gave us to understand the because of of overbooking no other room is free anyway and since we only 2 nights remained, it would not be so bad, they sent the cleaning woman came by, the with a odrdentlichen cargo 'lemon freshener' the mief for some time to cover attempted, but it smelled now lovely after artificial citrus fruit... Unfortunately it was the only use the cleaning lady, the since zitroneninferno our room apparently not more to enter dared.

    Absolute insolence which was offered here. At the check-in no friendly guests, the staff has its standard program chanted and tried us as quickly as possible frontier! No compulsory begrüßungsdrunk, no ' how was the arrival' nothing! Our spg status (gold) was not honored, despite demand for room upgrade we got the answer ' not available, the hotel is ausgebucht' what absolute rubbish was, we had previously online a chargeable upgrade offered... The complaint about the room ( see further below) has been discreet ignored and told the guest manager forwarded-as well as the instruction not newspapers-if you believe...!

    By the pool we arrived us the feeling of being in a two star hotel on Ballermann. Not least by an incident troop swedish junggesellinen been improved, after all the rules of art with alcohol filled in have. When then the necessary level was reached in the room it was only really around, newspapers among loud bawl in the pool sunk, sun screens demolished and so on Everything is very narrow, it is located almost on top of each other! The indoor swimming pool is in ailing condition, the spa was not tested

    The hotel is in a nice location nearby Palma in a quiet 'villas area' in the hills of the city. The drive to plama takes about 15 minutes and to the airport it was about 30 minutes three golf courses are right on the nearby environment.

A five star hotel in Spain just.! Basically already alone the run hotel has been a very recommendable house with great panoramic views over Palma away. However we had because of the price actually already a few standard - things advance. So should the luggage brought to the room, Schwarzschimmelspuren in the showers regularly should be eliminated, and the re-filling of Kleenex-towels should exactly of course as a clean room. We had unfortunately drawbacks and it is our review appropriate. The breakfast was very good, although the Tischanweisung and the mandatory question the room- point more a military camp ... suspect left-) Rundmum a very nice hotel; however Pent-up demand in terms of cleanliness/ state of the rooms and Servicepolitik. read more

Excellent hotel with perfect service in a residential district of Palma. The hotel is for ruhensuchende travelers with high standards very convenient. Perfect location on the related courses of son vida, son muntaner and son quint. Rental car very recommendable. Very good food. Tip: book with breakfast and half-board to book, on the wonderful terrace à-la-carte food or the hotel's restaurant it vi visit. We will definitely again check-in there. read more

Without question the' Castillo son Vida' a top-notch hotel, the property, the furnishing give luxury of a high standard again. For golfers, this hotel a inside tip more. As it from 3 golf courses surrounded is, the sport here fully and diverse investigated. Nevertheless there were a few small things the such a hotel not should. The waiters in the restaurants rails, without constant Guidance by a boss, not functioning to be. They made constantly gastronomically artisanal mistake in this price range not erwaren would. The 'right to the guest face' was not well known. Some waiters passed also too ... many mishaps, it fell often things around or herunten. In the spa area missing refreshments and/or tea, only a water automat was set up. In the spa area have already four star hotels more service. Apart from the small inadequacies the hotel is but always worth a trip. read more

Very beautiful hotel with great view. It was however isolated. By the pool we arrived us the feeling of being in a two star hotel on Ballermann. Loud, never ending shouting children and parents. Although forbidden, Jumped young and old under loud din into the water and the supervision looked away. Food and drinks was the coffee with five Euro especially bad, however therefor expensive. Also otherwise the prices in of the pool bar too expensive. ( Spagetti beispielseise 17,- Euro) In short: a hotel with very ordinary, ruthless audience, no order by the pool, The beauty of the ... location and the good equipment, the deficit through the permanent disturbances. the unbraked, ruepellosen guests balance. read more

Great location, sensational view over the bay of Palma (from the room, and the huge terrace. Service perfect, only for breakfast somewhat slow, also are here the breads a little hard, the food, could have been better.
