Very nice badehotel, located directly at the beach. Rooms are great (had pool access, terrace with two pool chairs, two chairs and a table and direct pool access. Cleaning the room and towels were changed daily and running smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Towels are in a very good condition, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and cotton balls and two bathrobes inclusive Kettle available coffee and tea is provided daily (coffee drunkards should a soluble coffee bring your own). The breakfast was plentiful and tasty-only conclusion: the coffee undrinkable! The buffet was constantly refilled, tables quickly cleared and ... freshly stocked. At the beach were enough chairs in good condition available. Some holiday-makers can still not leave: beach chairs early with towels reserved, although they were only in the afternoon visited were, just awful! Massages are available at the hotel complex, as well as at the beach along offered. Prices do not differ much. Drinks and snacks you can get cheaper at the beach, outside the hotel in a few minutes walk. read more

For vacationers, the absolute silence, the hotel is optimally suitably. Check in and check out very easy, staff is very friendly. Unfortunately very far away from the action. The hotel is located on a lagoon directly at the beach. This is very nice. Of course, at ebb-tide already sometimes flotsam unveiled, but it is the nature. So we have not broken glass still plastic bags or other seen! On the whole the hotel was very clean. We had booked all inclusive and were with the offer of the food and drinks more than satisfied. The selection was not huge, however therefor it has everything tasted. The only disadvantage was, that we only a bar for the beverages available had, but it was very centrally located, so that the ... paths shortly. The guests in the hotel were very international.     We were lucky, that due to overbooking in the hotel rooms, a garden villa got. This was just exceptionally beautiful. But the hotel rooms were very luxurious. We one looked at, as new guests traveled. Thus we would also very satisfied %blank%. The rooms were always very well cleaned. There was a fridge and a kettle with nescafé coffee and tea. The drinking water was also every day free refilled. The bathroom in the villa was just a dream. One had a double sink, separate toilet and a rain shower, in the laid back to 2. showers.

    We had as said booked all inclusive and were completely thrilled by all meals. The selection was not huge, however therefor everything was very tasty and diverse. There were always at least 2 meat dishes and a fish dish with various side dishes. A large salad buffet. The dishes were probably mostly good seasoned and sometimes also really hot. I have to say, only small portions to try, above all, if spicy it ☺ we always in the main restaurant eat, but the restaurant at the beach was also well visited. The drinks at the bar for all inclusive were sufficient. There were different cocktails and also very tasty smoothies

    So, the staff at the hotel was by the bank way very friendly and helpful. Of course you are not all so well english and no german. But the one may probably in Thailand 't expect. I found some reviews to right rude. These people i say, if you speak german want, drive in the resin or to Ballermann. The complex was always very clean. The toilets in the hotel were cleaned at hourly intervals. Also everyday the rooms were really clean cleaned.

    Sport, there was no. There was a fitmessraum with different devices, this but we didn't use it. The beach was very nice. At low tide was already time marine debris washed ashore, but that is normal. Otherwise we had no impurities can see. You had to ebb quite far in order to swim.

    The hotel has directly at the beach. To the airport it was about 1,5 hours. To Khao Lak by taxi 10 minutes. We had two days a scooter for 9 Euro rented and in the more immediate vicinity rum dangers. You can absolutely recommend. The traffic is relatively civilized and left some getting used to, but after a short time one adjusted oneself. The hotel offers 2 times daily a free shuttle service to Khao Lak at. We did not use these however.

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Sandy shelves and a bed, that a platform reminds. Access to the rooms was very dark and one asks oneself, if not a little loving is. The breakfast and the beach bar are ok. The hotel's own beach is not so great, you could but by a shallow pril -at least during ebb tide-to the really great strrandabschnitt arrive. Our summary: that was our with distance the worst hotel in Thailand. And we visited quite a few. read more

The cushions on the fact that lounge chairs were dirty and partly torn.     The rooms were attractive and are the pictures. The bathroom was very nice. Only one german channel (deutsche welle tv), which due to signalfehlern only rarely normal to see. Daily two free bottles of water made available.

    The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The foreign language skills of the staff were very well arranged. With english one came not at all. The room was cleaned well, was however often only after the lunch. With complaints/complaints the staff was always helpful but sometimes a bit overwhelmed or unorganized.

    The pool is large and offers a great view on the sea. Some flat hooks allow a comfortable relax holiday in the pool. The accesspool was also reasonable. We have 10 really relaxing days in the lonely ku khak beach, apsaras hotel & spa excellent. The resort is not too big, secluded from the arterial road and offers a pleasant, clean and above all very friendly full picture. We enjoyed the comfort of the all inclusive with a large selection of cocktails with local alcohol and in the morning, afternoons and evenings a great buffet with dishes typical of the country laced with international dishes. The time especially German tourist older and younger generation without children here. read more

    We had a standard -superior room. It was quite large with a great bathroom and balcony on the 3rd floor, so that we a beautiful view of the sea had, only hidden by a few palm trees by the pool. There was a mini bar and free coffee and tea in the room. Otherwise were every day 2 bottles of water provided.

    The hotel has a main restaurant, a bar with places to sit and the zeusbar directly at the beach. The Zeus bar was in our first week lack guests not manned and 2. were only drinks poured out. Apart from that it was especially evenings a nice place to stay a while. The large sawadee bar was always staffed and had also during the regenstunden bit entertainment, like darts, table tennis, domino and similar. The restaurant offered the breakfast-, lunch and dinner buffet. At all times there was a varied buffet offered with fresh local dishes, such as curries and soups, as well as international dishes such as beef burgers or pasta. Sometime the dishes repeated, but that is almost understandable in 3 warm meal times during the day and at least 6 different dishes. Always there was a fresh salad bar and dressed salads. The fruits and dessert area was also always plentiful, but constant.

    The staff are very friendly, but at the same time not pushy. A few words of English understand actually all, for a day conversation but it was not. With french we didn't try. The rooms were pristine cleaned. For children, the not at all available were, was in our first week little animation. When then but a family with several children arrived, they were but well maintained for example thai boxing. Complaints we had actually not.

    The sea suitable only partially for swimming, as it always very agitated and at lunchtime usually low tide. It is the swimming pool very nice. There is a small shallow pool, a large pool directly at the beach with slide and whirlpoolliegen. A further large pool there are directly at the accommodation, which also the pool access room your access. By the way ideal for families with children! The pool is very nice arranged with lots of palm trees and a bar, the however was not occupied. But you could also its drinks from the not far away Zeus bar with reinnehmen. At the beach there are chairs and sunscreens. The chair pillows it would have however in the current rainy season good done during the night cleared to be. They were in the morning always rather wet and-damp, did however fast.

    The hotel is directly at the beach and about 2 kilometer secluded from large main road. If one comes around the peace and quiet and solitude to enjoy you are here just perfect. At low tide, you could long walks on the beach undertake. There are shops in Khao Lak, you need to have however a taxi or hotel's own shuttle bus, the 3 times daily.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Complaints are immediately fixed. Unfortunately are not bars/ restaurants outside of the hotel which one evenings to reach on foot could. You can then however the Hotteleigenen shuttle service use. ATM in the hotel unfortunately also not, there are in the town even more. read more

Were in the low season and every time I would stay again. One had your peace, the loungers were very comfortable and many were free as so few guests were there. The cocktails were a everywhere hingetragen and the staff were always very friendly. The food was a little bit because of the low season but what was there was really good. The beach was beautiful and if the sunset came, thought you would be in Karibik. The area was clean and large. The pools one had correctly for alone, there lots of guests prefer the chairs were. For couples ... the a romantic quiet vacation want, the hotel is just perfect. No annoying children, Traumsonnenuntergänge, tasty cocktails, right next to the sea and evenings with a Piña Colada on the swing sit and your feet in the fine sand dangle. One gets already correctly wanderlust if you are on this beautiful place thinks. The hotel lies really lonely at one of the most beautiful beaches from Thailand. Excursions in the low season there are also many pleasant, not everything is crowded. And the weather in the rainy season, July is not bad really, only had 3 times briefly for about 5 minutes of rain, but the came quickly and went quickly. In exchange, it was actually pleasant, since it was warm. Had correct hot temperatures however because the hotel right next to the sea lAG, a beautiful wind to cool off. Can every the hotel and the place absolutely recommend. read more

Fantastic beach vacation for relaxation there no animation, were in the low season there, only tight buffet but that was done was very good. Fruit there were hardly any. Beach also tidy. Water with much plastic and trash what the ships outside dispose. read more

It was a great stay, the hotel is great and the staff are friendly and helped for every problem. In June 2012 we were (rainy season) but we had no day of rain, only sun and 30-35 C. The excursions were all really great, by the travel guide were offered. The hotel is about 6 kilometer away from the next Locality, therefore, you had the absolute rest and relaxation. I can only say, it was perfect. read more

Simply a good hotel. A shame that there further away is bang Niang and Khao Lak. Simply walk is not included. You can use the shuttle service (some tour operators free) or taxis are available at the in front of the hotel wait. The next time I would prefer to go directly in Khao Lak book read more
