Very outdated hotel. We stayed in the old building. Actually, you don't have guests more house. The neighbor snorer really as a reviewer described as if he next to you would be. The staff put in so much effort. read more

Old, tired atmosphere. Rooms partially. Very dark. Dining room without daylight. Exclusively kunstssoffpflanzen. No elevator. With a staircase came smell (wet?) From the basement. Beautiful pool. Almost exclusively german guests. The cleanliness was standard. Room big enough. Auseichende selection from the breakfast buffet. The half board was cheap but tasted disappointing. read more

    Size sufficiently. Terrace big enough but no separation to the adjoining room. Ground floor room was very dark. Carpet before bathroom with tape poorly repaired! Freiliegendes cable the in bathroom above the mirror. Dark stains on the tiles in the shower (mold?) Mini tv. After change in brighter room on the 2. floor: Bettleuchten with loose wire. A then went not any more. Very little light. Hauptbeleuchtung were 2 leuchttoffröhren the with loud bang began and accordingly loud buzz very brightly shone. Glow the in bathroom above the mirror were with 5 different bright and different forms stocked. Toilet- papierhalterung loose. Soap dish in the shower loose. Miniduschkabine. The fan in the bathroom was not to be switched off and ran permanently very pleasant. Ugly pink colored chair the a bit shabby seemed. All in all old equipment. Mattresses and pillows were however reasonable. Balcony big enough with schönemm views of the lake and the opposite side of the mountains. Small safe and a telephone were available. No mini bar.

    Dinner of very poor quality. Fish dry cooked or grilled. Tasted bland and uninspiring. Only the pasta dishes were partly. Of acceptable quality. Salad buffet always the same choice. There you can't do much wrong as mostly vegetables and roast vegetables for offer. Even salami and ham from local dishes paired taste and quality. The desserts tasted like from the packing. And fit the entire accordingly. The quantity of the food was adequate. The wine prices überdeuet. The quality the hausweins, no matter wether red or white, bad and tasteless. (0,5 karraffe open wine for 9-, supposedly doc wine). Bottles not 15 Euro to get. Bottle 1.0 liter for 3,50 Euro. Underplates were on several corners sharp chipped. Dirty tablecloth was during our stay not even changed. Missing cutlery was sometimes from the staff not noticed and late stituents, although the food already on the table stood.

    Friendly staff. Sufficient knowledge of german. Room cleaning reasonable. Quick reaction to wechselwunsch of the room. No additional service achievements available. On thursday was a usual likörgetränk at the bar sold out. The supply was only the following monday to expect.

We were 4 persons to a 1-wöchigem tennisurlaub in this hotel. The Beautiful and calm location am hang with a view of the sea is very pleasant. In town or to the beach you can in 10 minutes on foot go. Parking spaces are also sufficiently available. The first room, the us was offered, had a defective air conditioning. At that time, we had around 30 to 35 degrees. After one night we got but a new room. The rooms are although a bit shabby, but otherwise reasonable. You must always price-performance. We had only booked breakfast, because we evenings ... always to eat after malcesine or after arco drove. Twice we didn't want from the hotel and could for 9. - Euro per person evening food (3-course menu). This price is actually unbeatable, however the food of course accordingly. We were full, but more, I would not say. The balcony lakeside was great, however you should the 2nd floor. The older owners is very friendly and accommodating. She speak really good German. Again I would this hotel probably not more book, as it nearby better alternative returns. Our main argument for this hotel were the tennis courts. They were included in the price. We have however only point is played. They were in a very poor condition. We then nearby mietplätze taken, where we have been about 20 years play. read more

The rooms are partially equipped with air conditioning, but that this does not work. In case of a complaint of the airconditioning you get as an answer 'that we a room with air-conditioning not had booked ', although for a 2. couples had booked, but in the room an airco had. Two rooms must a balcony parts, where however the air conditioner on the balcony is, provided that the room an airco has. The hotel owns no elevator, so not for wheelchairs or infirm people. The sauna is in the basement, which however not very inviting and a bit musty ... smell. The food is overcooked and therefore not enjoyable (for example broccoli soft and tasteless, potatoes not angebraten and also soft, coffee from the breakfast has a color like the water in Donau, weichgekochtes egg is hard and so on). Owners or owners of the hotel has the chef in highest tones praise! The last breakfast before departure we were not one more time asked, whether we a coffee to have would like. read more

I can recommend it and would anytime again there travel! The owner himself speaks good German and is and the well-being of everyone. The staff are very friendly and tries to make everything right. The pool is not large but very clean. The view from my very large the Venetian kept style, was great on mountains and water. I am looking forward to a next time there! read more

Nice and relaxing vacation with good food, especially for Italian standards a generous breakfast. Room clean, only the air conditioning has loud rattled (but loud owner repaired). Tennis courts were okay. Staff are very friendly-but only speak a few German. You can nevertheless recommend. read more

The hotel was exactly, as we it on the basis the reviews our previous tenant, imagined. The value for money is very good. The hotel owner and the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had only 1 week overnight stay with breakfast and US after 2 days decided, our vacation to extend. We had the possibility, that we at any time daily dinner to book. We can definitely recommend this hotel. Our expectations it was wholeheartedly fair. There was even a small fridge available. A TV was also there, but who needs already a TV on vacation? read more

The owners and the staff in the hotel were very nice, and it could almost all German. The view was great. You could the mountains and the lake are. The most rooms were with well functioning air conditioning equipped. We felt at ease. Hotel in quiet, but nevertheless central location. read more
