Quiet vacation without stress and bustle. Who peace to have would like is there just perfect reversed. The apartments (maisonette with sea view 666) was wonderful. We were the 3. time and never disappointed %blank%.

The Monte del Mar is good choice for those seeking tranquillity. There is no annoying animation or sports which you annoyed. The hotel has zweu pools in which i never swam, since i prefer in the sea swim. By the pool are sufficiently umbrella and chairs available. In this hotel pets are allowed (dog and cat). I was with my dog for the 3. time and we shall also 2013 back. You this hotel without food (room only) or half board, then there is in the morning and evenings rich buffet. Dogs are in the dining room and the good ... and proper terrace not permitted and have at the time in the apartment stay. A supermarket is also in the hotel complex. I stayed at this vacation for the first time two hikes with time for nature guides hikes with Wolfgang miebs with its small guide dog eddie. The first tour went to cofete to mysterious villa winter, on the mountains and the village of cofete and restaurant/bar. (walking shoes bring along) and the 2. tour went to betancuria. We wandered through an fichtenwald, then on a hill with a very great view and then go back down and walked through the miracle beautiful place betancuria with its beautiful church. Last was it to Rio de vega palmas (the valley of a thousand palms) a wonderful nature, it is all very green there it is lots of different plant species to see. There are a variety of hikes, every tour includes a hotel transfer and a picnic. On my next vacation i will be back with my dog book excursions. read more

We are already several times been in this hotel and were very satisfied. A reservation was always without breakfast or half board. The need for breakfast well in the spar shop the hotel ceilings. The beach is in the immediate proximity and easy to reach. The restaurant marabou is in approximately 300 meters distance and very recommendable to describe. More restaurants there are furthermore on-site. The bus connection from the town to Jandia was unfortunately set. Buses now only of the main street.

Unfortunately one sees the hotel the age. A ... general refurbishment and modernisation demand good.
The staff are friendly and make an effort itself the wishes of the guests to fulfill.

We were very satisfied with our choice of the hotel. It is a three stars complex and this standard everything was right. The staff were very friendly and has the hospitality experienced.
In the restaurant ( booked half board) there were a lot of variation and so we every evening something on the buffet found, the tasted good for us. Muchos Gracias at Señor Vega!
Spar -market on the complex also has a good and German standards very cheap offer.
The safari bar offers delicious drinks and with the friendly service of all (but especially Sara) was also evenings the ... sun on.
Traffic connection is a Inselproblem and independent from the hotel. But there are higher in esquinzo the possibility, lots of buses to for example Jandia to use.
All together it was wonderful, sunny days in a relaxed environment and we have the vacation in esquinzo and the apartment hotel Esquinzo Y Monte del Mar very much. Thank you very much for this!-) read more

If you a renovated room gets you really a beautiful room. The bathroom is well equipped and nice. The small kitchen is nice and adequate. The living room and bedroom are also very nicely furnished. We had an apartment with separate bedroom. The hotel complex is beautifully laid out. The pool enjoy this beach the about 300 meters away is not at all for swimming a. The beach is great, as almost everywhere on Fuerte. With the rental car one reaches fast the most beautiful beach circa 5 kilometer North the island. In the hotel is evening nothing Los. In ... a small bar in the hotel you can the day comfortably end let. Whoever likes it quiet, is in the right place here.
We had the half board and were with the food satisfied. There was no wide choice however every day there was something else to eat. Breakfast was always the same. The coffee looked every day different and tasted anyway not really. The ambience of the restaurant had something from Schnellgastronom. The staff were but fast and considerate. Fresh fruits there was only rarely.
To the cleaning of the rooms there is nothing more to moan. Always worked well and was also OK. Only the hand towels were a absolute ' that is unacceptable'. The smelled funny. They were not washed properly.
In short: 1 time is enough. read more

We had an apartment ( type B according to the travel catalog) number 668, 2 floors, downstairs living room and kitchenette, above bedroom and bathroom& toilet, large terrace with 2 loungers & sun screen. A bit shabby, but very well kept, cleanliness & cleaning absolutely okay, comfortable beds respectively pullout-couch. Flat -tv with 4 German programs.
Bottle of wine (red) as welcome, for 3 -* hotel really a great performance. read more

We are already to second time in the Monte del Mar been. This time with both of our kids. We had for three! Weeks two studios and we were with the rooms and their cleanliness satisfied. A regular cleaning except on Wednesday and on the Sunday has taken place. The change of towels was definitely regularly.
We have our vacation as booked half board and must say, that the food in the restaurant the value for money, always resist! The food was tasty and diverse. The breakfast was varied and for dinner there were also a varied buffet, it German ... and Spanish dishes. Allen whiners despite, here the food was the value for money good! We have stayed in other four star hotels eaten bad!
For undemanding kids the hotel is recommendable who however Clubcharaktersucht that is here wrongly at the place! The safari bar offers for children a Wii for free use at, furthermore there are some games available.
All together us this vacation very pleased, even if it was sometimes very hot (Calima) and the hotel no air conditioning offers, which also was not essential, as there were a wind! Please also the catalog note!
As already in the title mentioned there are great value for money, and therefore if the own expectations not be overestimated! If, then please a four-star hotel book here, where appropriate, a relevant price pay.
