Hotel Argana^{(4 stars)}

The rooms are passable decorated, if one intends, not much time to spend there. That you are in a north african country, you should not forget. The double bed is, as often, from two together pushed single beds. This, if you don't couple is, auseinanderzuschieben, is not such a good idea, because a lot of dirt and dust including good. Unfortunately was the service the worst area of the hotel. That at 48 degrees in one of our two rooms for three days the air conditioning not working, must despite budget price not be. The double room had approximately 15 meters². The rooms are as far as completely reasonable. There is no mini bar, however therefor a fridge. In the room depends on a small tv in the corner. For German but there are only ZDF, nothing else. An airco there are also. There is not much, but it was enough. That is in Marocco normal and other hotels no different. In the room there are apart from that a safe ( for a fee). A balcony was also available. The bathroom is schrecklick. It is small and with a bath tub equipped. There's a restaurant and a small snack bar by the pool. Apart from that there is also a bar, the but constantly empty. So I unfortunately seen, as I previously wonder, as I sticky, dirty cutlery got. This I got unfortunately every night and it is indeed stupid, if the service no German can. There passes one the appetite! Somehow there are all overburdened, unless one is regular, then the right as a couple at the table. In short: good food, but very poor selection. Cleanliness = miserable!

Over the staff's hospitality you can not complain. At the front desk you can have a little German, but in the restaurant can unfortunately only the restaurant manager speak a bit of German, but it was very important, in this fiasco. The rooms are only cleaned, if you have a sign on the door depends on. Towels were only cleaned, if they throw them on the floor. However one must often wait until you new get, as you just forgot. The argana is a typically moroccan hotel, as in the entrance area reflects that. There is no big hotel, what actually also not bad is, if you peace want. Small, unclean, worn down room. Dirty bed, bathroom dirty, old tv with only ZDF, which wasn't so bad. Mini bar was developed, air conditioning with 45 °C broken, telephone dirty.

A restaurant and pool bar. Food sunday Scrambled egg is probably powder, since there was neither as egg appears, how egg tastes. In the chocolate croissants was no chocolate. The only nice in the hotel was our cleaning lady. Additional services there was not, since no service available. Dealing with complaints extremely extremely bad. Air conditioning with 45 °C't work, was within a week not fixed. Every time if we had to complain about, only the eyes twisted and said, that the repairman right would come, but that never happened.

Small, dirty pool. Leisure offers no available. Animation no available, was but nevertheless not silent by the pool. Beach way too far way, therefore didn't use it. Loungers totally dirty, pool towels you no, because these seem to be always in the laundry were.

Big hotel, if you bad luck we were one of the back room one must eternally long through the stinky aisles. Everywhere riechts urine in the hotel. Hallways are dirty, frühstückstabletts is possible for days on the hallway and stink. Rooms are dirty and bathroom was dirty. Hotel is located right on the main street, therefore very noisy. With the window open sleep is not possible. To the airport it takes half an hour by car. To the beach on foot half an hour. Excursions are in the hotel not offered.

We had budget room, accordingly you can't expect much. Condition ok, superficial relatively clean, nevertheless would one not look more exactly. The equipment was relatively old and dark, air conditioning ( if they work) not silent. Age tv available, German program merely ZDF. Beds damn uncomfortable, back pain included. Bathroom without window, with shower tub and very disadvantageous vergilbtem shower curtain. Change of towels took place on request without any problems. Altogether the rooms are for sleeping straight still ok, longer you want to however time. At least: no insects in the room!

1 pool- and snack bar, lounge and 1 speisenrestaurant available. We had the half board. Breakfast is everyday the same. Various rolls, sausage, cheese, jams, fruit salad from the can, not drinkable orange juice. From time to time also pancakes. For breakfast every morning the same primitive radio stations, the one already at: o'clock with cheapest pop or hard electro the start to the day 'sweetened'. The service is also here rather moderate, the waiters works rather untrained and is more rum than everything else. Dirty coffee cups as also gladly not ausgestauscht, but rather of a table to the other rearranged. Evening we ate only once in the hotel the moroccan evening/ buffet. Quality yet reasonable. Altogether not satisfactory.

Service is definitely a foreign word in this hotel. Friendliness of the staff directly nothing. Complaints are ignored or augenrollend dismissed. Excuses there is no and also no compromise from the hotel. You feel rather annoying and everything but welcome. At 48° worked our air conditioning and was not also in the following 3 days not repaired, despite repeated complaints. Finally we got a new, damp room, still farther back was. Generally you in the argana not much staff or it shines through their omissions and looks but very bored. Upon arrival, our suitcase after 30 minutes not yet to the room and this, although the page next to the entrance and nothing to do had. The luggages savored it none view. As we ourselves to the room brought interested this nobody, in principle, could they any old simply take. There is a small hotel pool. Of animation can be are not talking here. There is a man, the very serious, in a orange neonfarbenen boilersuit (topless) dressed, behind a small flat on hotel pool and music happens. Like everything else also in argana seemed very cheap, unprofessional and improvised. It was ok for us, as you so - apart from the music speaker sounds ( the volume was just acceptable ) - more or less in peace his time by the pool spend can. The yellowed pool pool chairs had its best time already long behind itself and should be replaced. They are dirty and without towel I would not really drauflegen. Surprisingly little chairs and one was even at noon still several free chairs. The pool is for short cooling off ok, however nothing more. The hotel is relatively large and quite complicated. Who bad luck and a room further caught, must initially by schierlos endless and musty course fight. Directly at a busy main street, the traffic at night as well only a slight decline, therefore: quiet sleep with the window open almost not possible. Apart from that very dreary and dirty environment, a supermarket is on foot in tight 10 minutes to reach.. At the hotel breaks down other hotels on, why by the pool a doppelbeschallung the own animation and the neighboring hotels is given. The hotel has it's own nightclub. Therefore it can depending on the location to eventual noise disturbance.

The food was mixed German and traditionally was acceptable in the restaurant was good the dishes were evenings always abgedeckelt atmosphere was pleasant one always friendly treated the prices for the beverages with the half-board evenings were OK

The staff were very friendly we had no problems it was German and English spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was very thoroughly every day fresh towels

Pool was clean beach chairs with thick cushions and umbrellas were sufficiently available

The hotel was really clean just the right size the rooms, bathroom, pool and also the outdoor area were cleaned very thoroughly every day the food was for four stars adequate. I simply cannot provide the most people so bad review used by the should stay at the Hilton again.

Our room was spotlessly clean with a nice ocean view on the 4th floor. Furnitures are from the 80s, but were fine for us as we spent most of our time on the beach. The only real issue with the room was the double door separating our room from the one next to us. Sound-proofing? What's this??

We were on half board basis and very very satisfied with both the quality and the taste of the food. Selection was limited, but ok. Breakfast: pastries, cheese, salami, butter, marmaleds, omlettes and pancakes were on offer every morning. Coffee, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice were also included. Dinner: tematic nights every evening. You have to pay for the drinks. Fish, chicken and beef were available in every evening. 2 types of cakes and some fuite for dessert. For the pricewe have paid for the hotel the food was exceeded our expectations! Otherwise it is quite cheap to eat out in Agadir and food safety is much better here than in Egypt or in Tunisia.

Nothing to complain about, but you should remember that the first language in Morocco is french, so sometimes communication in English can be a bit complicated. Rooms are cleaned every day.

During our stay the pool looked very clean and it was not crowded at all, however we prefered to spend our time by the ocean instead.

Nice hotel, good location, tasty food, helpful staff, but the hotel needs serious renovation!

Located approximately 600m from the publick beach of Agadir, where you can rent sunbeds and sunshades for 20 MAD/pax for a day. It is strongly recommened to chose one of these beach clubs otherwise you will be constantly pestered by the locals who wants to sell you fruit, jewel or cammel ride, etc. You can by water and some really basik things in one of the small shops located next to the hotel. Change buro opens 7/7 is about 300m from Argana on your way to the beach. Look for Uniprix store for buying souvenirs. Its fixed price and you can buy everything on half of the price of the souk or the small shops.
