This hotel was surely once very beautiful, it is now unfortunately very neglected and the cleaning crew change merely towels and bed sheets. We have finally itself clean. Breakfast is one-sided and it will quickly suffering. The rooms are actually beautifully, will had a big balcony with a view of the mountains. Unfortunately, that the management not more investment, but perhaps it is because of the large number of English guests, the less expectations bodies. read more

The Villa Flamenca Hotel in Nerja is a 3 Star hotel located 5 minutes from the beach and 11 minutes from the town centre. The rooms are small and basic but if using hem just for sleeping then they were more than adequate. The bathroom was fine. The meals were buffet style, the breakfast was excellent and the evening meal usually with 4 or 5 hot choices were very good. The staff throughout were faultless. A swimming pool which was OK for a morning or afternoon but I am not sure you would want to spend all day every day ... around it. Live entertainment 5 nights a week. The bar area was condensed and lack atmosphere although the drinks were reasonably prices. We preferred like many other guests to drink in Potters Bar which was nearly opposite. The hotels is far better suited to couples than families. Most of the guests during our stay were British. we thought bit was superb value for money and would certainly return again at the price we paid. read more

We have felt very comfortable here us. The other residents were almost always old British hotel. It has to impact on the choices of morning buffet (but for a week the goes). The room facing the street was something badly soundproofed, the means for someone with easy sleep ear plugs are recommended. Breakfast is served from 8:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. it only sleepers do an alarm clock.
Overall, I can say, that the entire package (3 star price-performance ratio) was absolutely OK and would stay here again anytime we also.
If you want luxury must ... dig deeper into the wallet. read more

The hotel has a Spanish three-star standard.
The room are small and the decor is somewhat dated, the air conditioning existing ceilings in addition to Propellor is but very pleasant.
The breakfast is not very varied.
The way back from the beach is exhausting.
Occasionally live music is made by the pool in the evening.
The guests are mostly British.
We had a room with breakfast and five days were satisfied.
For a longer stay, you should book one of the few four star room. read more

Guests were almost exclusively english in the hotel, what is of course is not to criticize would be, would suffer not the quality of the food. Breakfast and dinner are very on the english taste and not very varied. Half board would therefore, I dare not even once. Otherwise, the hotel is just three stars. read more

As in the villa flamenca have us very probably felt. The international guests of the hotel were very pleasant. We were always treated friendly from the staff. It is always something, which you can miss a negative way. We are of the opinion, for three stars a relevant price/performance ratio.
Tips:
The old town with its fantastic-plenty of restaurants and shops to visit.
-The beach is on the slope of Rückwegeg very strenuous
Chair at the beach 4-day
-Beach is not fine sand, for sensitive bathing shoes recommended! read more

A small, clean hotel. The hotel is mostly visited by english tourists, travellers have little port that is why German, if they not speak english well.
We had a quiet room with a large enough balcony. Unfortunately only 1 German channel, but with teletext.
The nice clean beach are about eight minutes it, steady. Of course, what means, you must also again up. For older people so something of a hassle.
The place with its many small taverns, bars, shops and much variety, almost only english tourists but also here.
Overall it was a colouful holiday. We are coming again. read more
