Very nice, but also huge city hotel, almost at the beach only through the street separately. There are rooms in 2 high towers, of the 11. floor we stayed in to the sea one had sea view, but the view to the beach by right at the waterfront lying hotels partly built up. We have the central location use, you can go out. Something disturbing is the size of the hotel and the legitimate unease in the public areas. A line at the entrance for breakfast was quickly removed. Nice fitness center. Very many japanese guests, as everywhere else on ... oahu, therefore also many good japanese restaurants. read more

The hotel altogether is in the good 4 star category at home, but a little upscale. In particular the costs for the hotel parking (parking garage across the street, about $30/day) and the fee for wi-fi (almost $10/day) are horrendous. The furnishing is alright however a bit dated. Rooms at fahrstuhlnähe are definitely not recommendable since these partly with 3 bad insulated walls to the room borders and an intolerable noise represent. We had the bad luck and unfortunately had to 2 nights despite complaint (according to reception the hotel was fully booked ) in this room stay. The hotel ... is only through the kalakaua ave. From waikiki beach separated, from the pool area you have a wonderful view on the beach. read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Great location, only over the street, the beach is wonderful and very clean. Chairs and towels are included by the pool to get. The rooms are huge. We had a great view of the see. The hotel staff are very friendly and you get the right information. The breakfast is good and for Japanese tourists. Sometimes you had to you at the elevator a long wait. Parking costs 35 Dollar for valet parking and 30 Dollar self parking. In the hotel are several ABC markets you get everything you need. read more

great hotel in Waikiki central location. Wonderful room with a view of the sea and the sunset. the breakfast buffet was very good. Also the staff were very attentive and friendly. read more

big hotel. 1300 rooms in 2 towers with 40 floors. Not anymore newest. We had American breakfast buffet booked. the staff at the breakfast buffet was very nice and helpful. Of 10 guests of the hotel come 8a 9 from Japan or China. but also some German Voices heard. the whole hotel is non-smokers Area. read more

    our room on the 29th floor was big enough. Since we Deluxe oceanview had booked, was the view from the balcony also very nice. the air conditioning was individually adjustable. For the coffee machine every days coffee refilled. The safe was free.

    the reception was efficient and friendly. No one spoke German. The we had not expected. The room service in the first three-quarters Days was tidy. at 11 o'clock were the rooms finished. The last three-quarters Days until 15 o'clock nothing happened. We had to several times the forthcoming cleaning with the staff instructions. at 16 o'clock was the room then cleaned. A minibar was available - however no glasses.

    the pool was a week before our arrival to renovation re-opened. The advertised spa area was not finished yet. beach towels were free by the pool sufficiently available, for the beach.

Large block (2 large towers ), rooms appeared getting old. Clean, but not the, what you put on Hawaii wishes. breakfast as because of high prices hawaii-not inclusive. hotel was part of a combination of flights to and from San Francisco, Inselflug, 6 hotel Nights, of which 3 on each island. 1115 $= 780, -EURO total price, and the hotel on Maui a lot better was. a lot spoke for it, just after Maui!. read more

    the room was big, but the beds, the US as double bed had been offered were, were only about 1,20 meters large. This is not enough! If you double bed Bay, you should consider not with the fineness, that double bed not a King or Queen size bed,. even if everything necessary was available, seemed the arrangement but very inconsiderate. A coffee machine for example stood on a sideboard, there however no Plug socket. The machine had each morning back to the outlet to be brought. as already mentioned above, was the room 'old'. The furniture was OK, but the walls and floor had already better Times, exactly like the bathroom. for a stay of short duration, usually outside, it was enough. But after in a great hotel on Maui was, it is a disappointment.

    Service was average. A Concierge does not exist. This job, the providers, on the same desk works. (the staff was very nice and helpful, the bus lines and Umsteigewege to explain - even if this is not his tasks field ).

    Almost all tourists come on Waikiki beach in. Around excursions to the beautiful beaches to undertake, the ALA moana center. The drive by bus lasts about 15 minutes the center for shopping is interesting. Possibly it would offer, a hotel to book, closer to the center.

A very large hotel on the eastern end of waikikis-very impersonal and anyway not really friendly. Positive is the proximity to all possible in Waikiki including the beach. The hotel itself has a huge shopping street. read more

gorgeous! Hotel rooms huge, well equipped, always clean, staff extremely friendly (don't forget tip money, they like the Americans), service fantastic, breakfast buffet rich and tasty, with the exception of the high prices for food in the hotel everything magical. In Hawaii and specially in Waikiki but generally it was hard to find cheap restaurants. read more
