A beautiful family-run hotel you simply be comfortable must. That predominantly English spoken is, does not disturb, because the staff effort, a bit to learn German. With good reason the Hotel Daina four stars. read more

We have a night in the Hotel Daina and we were happy ( also the US accompanying couple). It is reasonable value for money. The staff were friendly and for a without any problems management provided, internet has pristine works, the furnishings the area was good, free safe. The view was of 5th floor side direction port top. Should be emphasized the rich breakfast buffet. The bathroom is very small. We would check in again there. read more

An excellent hotel in central location directly at the Pine Walk. Great swimming pool and pool for children. Clean, (child-)friendly, refurbished. Breakfast of great choice (Spanish, Britisch, Continental). We've booked only with breakfast but heard that dinner was excellent. Lounge bar at the pool side. The location is absolutely best, if you stay with children, as we did. The Daina is located at the Pine Walk. On the other side off the Pine Walk build into the sea there is the pool. Left of the pool there is a public beach. All shopping facilities are directly around or can be ... reached within a very short walk. The Pine Walk is filled with bars and restaurants. read more

After our visit I can understand the march 2011 the negative reviews here seem to not. I had read and gemichten with feelings. We were surprised how positive on site! The hotel is not new, but well maintained. In the fourth floor we had a room the left of the view on the bay of pollensa and right on the mountains had-what more could you ask for? Particularly impressed me has the restaurant with fresh and variety of the food. As a hobby, I could not fail, the chef, as well as the very friendly waiter a personal compliments to ... make. Our room was big enough and well furnished. The safe in the closet is free and towels were changed often. The cleanliness was satisfactory, only something Bohrstaub wall mounted TV was from the still on the baseboard. read more

As I have stayed several times in Port de pollenca was, I knew the hotel from the outside and when it this year because of economic crisis and ash was a special offer, I have a room booked. In the description was 67 rooms with great views of the speech, unfortunately I got when I arrived a single room without balcony. Back at the reception me on the Internet description I was and I was given another room, turned out to be the again as a single room without balcony. I felt tricked me something now and went to the ... third time the reception. It was a double room with balcony now, but on three-and-a-half pages was surrounded by walls. No trace of the beautiful view. The only thing separating this possibility was a small bar at the Venetian blinds, the maid only occasionally they closed. I was not particularly safe. It was a safe in the closet, informed for 15 to rent was, like a poorly copied Dina 4-sheet. The room was large and clean, with local furniture (so dark wood, old-fashioned something) and once the room question had been resolved, the staff was friendly. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a tub, however, the lighting something weak. Two large closets in the room, a table with bänkchen and two chairs. Fan and air conditioning were available, I have tried but not. TV programs it unfortunately only pool of broadcasting corporations and one extra, I should like to make five english channels, no Spanish. Guests were mostly older British, a few families and younger couples including. The ground floor and the dining room on the first floor have been renovated and in good condition, the breakfast (8a ten o'clock) was very english (beans, grilled tomatoes, bacon, eggs, only white bread, cereals,) with majorcan option (Pa amb Oli with good ham), the coffee machine and the juices from the best fruit juice drinks. The first morning I was assigned a table, the following morning was not set, so I sat me to another. On the sixth morning I have been asked by the waiters, me at my table to sit, the again not was prepared. A little annoyed me has, was apparently in my room change on the first day. The advertised wireless Internet worked either on the laptop on the Smartphone, it could no one help me also, so that the waiters with the password of a network from the restaurant next door was. The location of the hotel is very good, right on the promenade and close to the main square, but quiet, the pool was beautiful leading in the bay. I was a little disappointed, but overall, no bad hotel. read more
