We stayed here two nights. It is initially a bit unusual, the many sounds of the animals, which one definitely not always immediately lane can, to hear. It was in any case an unforgettable experience, as well as the safaris. read more

The nkambeni tented lodge offers everything that you need.
The zelthäuser have unglusblick much charm, are cosy and practically equipped.
The size is absolutely sufficient, the outdoor shower is great.
It is recommendable to book half board, as no other possibilities to eat out, except one buys on the way in the lodge.
The buffet dinner and the breakfast buffet were delicious. In the evening also much local food.
The safaris were great. Also a german speaking guide was available. We have because of our english for the locals guide decided. We were very satisfied.
We have both on the ... abendsafaris, as well as on the eldest neded lots of animals seen.
Also lions.
The pool was really clean and big enough. Of the chairs you could a water hole with flusspferden watch.
The lodge because of our experience of 2011 recommend it. read more

For a short stay this hotel is absolutely recommendable. Located on the edge of the Kruger park, this hotel is wonderful for nights if you want to go in the Kruger park safari. The two outdoor showers are a bit special. One could shower at night under the stars. The camp was not a box of insecticides ngsmittel, thus one of mosquitoes and other bugs, such as ants, demand. The check-in process was relatively smooth. The selection was not so large, therefor it was interesting dishes, such as Kudu-meat to try. Adventurous it was, as in the entire park the ... power went out, while we were on the road for dinner. This meant in fact, that the Elektrozaun with the park is protected animals did not work. The staff of the hotel was immediately and petroleumlampen on the table, which you could take the food, so that you would get back to his tent. Adventurous it was, in the middle of the night as a lion roared, the perceived so, when he would be right outside our tent. In the morning against five o'clock drove a course at the camp past, whereupon it with sleep was over. The camp was guarded by security was pretty good, and I therefore because of the power outage was not worried about my safety. The only thing, which I was really shocked, that the sewage of the camps apparently just behind the hotel and can then lead free drain, so it is extremely strong after fäkalien stinks. Nearby 'dump' is this a lake where the animals of the Kruger park drink. Furthermore, there is not much to do. From the camp is not possible to go out and get one in the hotel not offered. You can buy also nothing in the camp. There was a kiosk in the Kruger National park where you can walk from the camp from, since the camp is secured and leaving the camps would be too dangerous. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and short absolutely recommendable. read more

We have tented lodge in the Nkambeni two nights spent. This lodge is a tent camp on the outskirts of the Kruger park. In a review stated, that the lodge is right by a railroad track and at night so much train noise heard is. We have case nothing never heard. The decor of the ' houses' is good. You have a 'outdoor' -a shower and a 'indoor' shower. We also everything functioned. The rooms were clean and functional. The food (breakfast and dinner) we found good. On our safari park we saw a great many animals. The guides know ... good knowledge of animals and things to see, as the normal tourist overlooked=)we had the Two rhinos in the bushes should not seen ☺ Our guide was with us through the Kruger-park (also 'highway' gravel roads) we would definitely recommend the tour from 6:00 early in the morning. Here you can see most of the animals. All in all we found the two nights at the lodge, you must not believe, however, that we booked a luxury. read more

A big tent camp on the outskirts of the Kruger park, right next to a railroad track, so at night ' Tierparkflair ' with too much train noise. Tent camp-facilities it was okay, with two Outdoorduschen and 1 Indoordusche is certainly a good funktionierente. We spent two nights at the camp, but there was little variety at the buffet. Hunt on our trips (which mainly on asphalt-roads led) there was detailed information and we could see a lot of animals, including the big five. read more
