Felt under 4.5 to 5 star expected more, but we were unfortunately no russians!
For German tourist not recommendable. The view compensated a bit, but only for the view so much money pay, is worth almost not. The early riser breakfast on the morning of our departure, also left much to be desired - instant coffee and 3 slices of white bread and a little bit sausage...
In short: Greece - the next years definitely not more. Gave servicetechnisch exceptions, but the biggest part rude and without smile. read more

We were at the hotel for 5 days summer palace and our expectations were prior to not so high. But when we the hotel cost, was our first impression frightening. Here waited various people ( russians) on their departure and were on one of the sofas in the lobby and drank alcohol.
After we about 1 hour on our room had to wait and a spot were looking for, we were surprised, how old our room is. But after we on our very large balcony and the view of the sea saw, calmed we again. But after closer examination of ... our large family room we noticed, that it is a very large bathroom and really clean is.
We are with 3 women traveled and were all of the food very pleased. Typical greek: grilled meat, great salads with the relevant side dishes, always pasta, international cuisine everything sufficiently there.
If we prior to had known, as the nationality in this hotel is, if we didn't mind. We liked it already disturbed. A complete renovation would be for the hotel also very good. read more

We were for the end of the season in the summer palace. The majority of of the staff was very friendly. Merely the waiters from 35 years in the outdoor area of the restaurant were tired, unfriendly and unmotivated. Unfortunately.
The biggest fault of the hotel is the 'animation', here one felt in the 80. Years ago with question/ antwortspielchen and Wodka, as well as 'disco' from a tray of russians. A absolute no-go for a five-star hotel.
The soft drinks in the bars of the hotel tasted not. Even the mineral water was often not enjoyable. No idea, why ... that was. Belonged for me in not a five-star hotel.
And the mattresses, yes, the belong really urgent replaced. Not only they are worn out, the springs are coming out and they are marked by urinkränzen.
If these shortcomings fixed would, we would have gladly again to the summer palace.

The Mitsis summer palace is rather a three-star hotel as a four-star hotel. Very russians annoying what a relaxed vacation impossible, because they were very loud and lots of drink, although the children there are. The rest consists of Poland, English and dutch. The beach and the sea were a highlight. But the wide then annoying. read more

Dreamlike view of the sea and crystal clear sea, unfortunately two weeks brown water from the water tap. The hotel corresponded absolutely not our expectations. Under a 5 star Mitsis palace we had a well-kept ambience and pleasant guest structure expected. Instead during the day loud music speaker sounds at the beach and in the hotel, evenings in the bar the same, in addition still alkoholisierte russians. At night randalierende and aggressive russians, plenty of it! Left behind tables packed with valuable food (a disgrace ), shorts and bathing slippers evenings in the restaurant. The quantity was given, the quality ... of the meals and drinks left to be desired. The staff more, or less friendly, respectively attentive. The entertainment simply only loud, the entertainers met not our taste and the most German certainly not! The vacation in this hotel gave us the feeling, we are on 'Ballermann' landed. This was my second time back this year and I have to say I was not disappointed. The staff were even more friendly and polite - and seemed to remember our faces! I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know for a fun relaxing friendly holiday!! I would much rather be back in Kos than in rainy England :) read more

This was our second stay within 3 months. We enjoyed our first trip in June so much we just had to return! As soon as we checked in we were looked after. The reception staff were very helpful. Bar staff and restaurant staff were always friendly and polite - thank you Tony for all your fresh meat-)
Animation team - Rico, Tito and Zizo were always smiling and talkative.
We managed to get the same room which was perfect - lovely view and cleaned to a high standard daily - thank you to the lovely cleaner!
Overall - fantastic ... holiday and will hopefully return next year.

The view from the rooms with sea view is breathtaking. The food of the quality it was ok but little variety. The recklessness of the many (about two-thirds ) Russian guests was very good. read more

Hello can recommend this hotel we had a really beautiful room with a pool directly in front of of the terrace of course, that was absolute excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like that pleased was the
Meat the swohcooking very greasy and bony however therefor you could every day the italians go or to the greeks at the beach there the food was very tasty and there was the greeks also really beautiful meat only to recommend absolutely beautiful in the evening by candlelight at the beach, so made vacation fun!

It was a great vacation. The staff are very friendly. At the beach the space between the chairs a little bit bigger. On the pebble beach you can also without bathing shoe walking. The water is crystal clear. After a few steps the water is deep so that you can swim. The food and drink offer ( all inclusive) is very good. On the terrace of the restaurant you had a great view of the see. Also cocktails are inclusive. From the hotel room you had a great view of the sea. We were very satisfied. read more

Great vacation, big hotel on the hillside, was but also for offer. Food not very varied, however good fresh and wide choice in the main restaurant. The beach bar only sandwiches and cakes.
Clean, clear sea, great for snorkeling, with smaller children, always fish, even smelled
Children's entertainment for German speaking children not available, we'have experienced already better - however we didn't miss anything.
Staff are very friendly, it was also constantly cleaned ( toilet-attachments ) public bus comes to the hotel, rental car will be delivered-with children's seats.
Small shop in the main building, not too expensive. On foot ... in the area no possibilities.
Water sports at the beach very expensive, belongs however also not direct to the hotel. read more

Clean and responding external, facilities to TVs ok.
No hotel for those seeking tranquillity! High noise level, everything echoed, bad Soundanlagen.
As Summer Palace guest one should compromise on the mix of guests and for the food/ drink close.
The staff are generally in a good mood...
Evenings is except drinking little announced, the animation is bad, but but very loud, the television program ( with ancient Apparatus ) offers a only German program: ZDF.
Wi-Fi access is dimensioned.
The beach towels must urgently replaced (20€ deposit).
The pebble beach makes good bathing shoe the place to. read more

The hotel isn't as bad as it is often rated. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are top. The food is okay, could have been somewhat more diverse. The only really negative are the beverages in the restaurant and the pool- respectively beach bar - really bad taste partly after chlorine. A tip for the places for the food- early within the 1st half hour of the meal time-then one has free place space and also the quality of the dishes is significantly better than later. You can in this hotel definitely a relaxed vacation spend. read more

The hotel is very beautiful and is located directly by the sea. A highlight view of the sea for the food on a beautiful outdoor terrace, as well as greek themed dinners directly at the beach. The staff at the hotel was very nice, has fulfilled all expectations. Kitchen excellent and diverse. Always fresh fried meat.

They always make a very funny evening agenda;-) every day there are at the beach a varied entertainment program for example Boccia, darts, water aerobics, beach volleyball and so on.
Angelo shows its tanzkünste ... in the greek dance in the hotel and since everyone can participate.
The clubdisco is recommendable!
Small and neatly arranged area where it is hidden beaches to discover there. Here is a tour with a quad recommendable! read more
