Great kids-and animal-friendly haus we had with a 5 moate old junghund no problems in the hotel and in the food court - great location beach right in front of the door and only a couple distance to into the city - dining from rich breakfast buffet to the excellent dinner can only be recommended. The value for money is great - The friendliness and willingness to help from the reception on room service and dining to the wellness area hardly is to toppen. The massages and spa treatments should men and women are not to be missed. Our resümme ... - you come as a guest and go as a friend. We are definitely coming again. read more

Great location. Very friendly staff. High cleanliness the individual rooms. Very good catering service. In the hohenzollern we feel, as a family, in very good hands. 1 minute on foot to the main beach, 4 minutes to the pedestrian precinct. Thanks to the entire team the hohenzollern for the beautiful days. read more

    Complaint about the quality the two beds ( no hotel beds-since framework from particle board broken, cracked noisy with every movement and broken afford the slatted frame) no response and lack of understanding, let alone an apology and offer a other room. We waited in a response, but no reduction of the room stay very reserved behavior. After the motto: what do as you did! Room very small and carpet not very well cleaned. Bathroom meter mini-tub also very small. Cosmetics set not refilled.

    Right on the waterfront. Middle to end of August some sportereigenieße also at the beach. Than until o'clock mornings. For the quiet like, the period then avoid. Shops and places in the pedestrian about minutes on foot to reach.

The reception in the hotel by Mrs S. was very friendly, service altogether top! Mrs A. und K. together with Mr P. das best! We always felt really good, the whole atmosphere of the hotel is convincing. Room service, Physiotherapist, as well as child-friendliness complete the full picture from. This hotel offers for many sets (alone recover, family, a short break for two, and so on) everything. Disabled people rooms are available. We were already 2010 in the hohenzollern. The exclusive location and the stylish decor of the hotel are especially to be highlighted. The dishes were 4-stars are justified. Cleanliness writing large. Alone in the service there are evolutionary points. The Clearing for breakfast took some too long, so that often plates stack had. The child friendliness in this hotel is unique to Borkum. Families are perfect for you. We would gladly come again! read more

In an excellent location, directly located at the beach promenade, wonderful Hotel, in which one better qualified management should expect! Already at the reservation wrong room rates (higher), out at the winter discount (20%)to calculate the, to demand no word of apology, instead account again excessive, whose deficit only to further Mailkontakten refunded! For three days we would stay almost 100 euro without auditing get charged too much! The stay is a dangerous taste! read more

We travel since decades offering and already have many condos, hotels and pensions' tried '. For the first time this year we were in hohenzollern and are completely impressed! For us, as a family, everything was okay. Peace and relaxation here with a good holiday with the family will be combined. The location can't be beat. A minute walk to the beach-walking!
