Recommendable facilities. Very clean, good English and knowledge of German. Delicious food - only drawback the very limited selection of drinks in all-inclusive. Soft drinks oK but only at the bar available, water only still on machines, wine okay, a type of beer, cocktails not possible, the cost extra and juicy price were the! No entertainment, since it was the post-season. However for one week relaxation, relax and soak up the sun nothing is to be objected. read more

A thoroughly successful holiday with the value for money was just right.

We were very satisfied. What has disturbed us was the location our room. We were very close on the 4-lane thoroughfare and the traffic was loud and clear day and night audible. Especially at the three rainy day we often had the feeling the car drive through our room. If you have the possibility, you should a room faraway the street choose. The hotel is very well-kept and beautifully naturally planted.
There are 3 pools 1 activity, 1 family, 1 relax. However the sea is brilliant, very clear. Approximately 1 meter broad ... steinflutsaum, apart from that everything beautiful sand. Chairs and umbrellas free of charge.

I know many 5 star hotels, but this hotel is really great. In the morning, there was always everything, for example sp. A honeycomb to cut, an experience, delicious. The only thing which missing, would be a children's buffet, with a small selection of dishes, just didn't like strong seasonings, such as the adults i have never seen so much fresh grilled whole fish eaten, great.
You could easily with the Dolmuş/ bus Linie 1 to Alanya go. The market at the friday is great. Likewise, mahmutlar, other direction also great.
The jugdl. Or young adults could always around 23:30 with a bus with to Alanya in the party zone drive. One of the entertainers was always with.

In this summer had the Turkey a strong period of hot weather and there were never so lots of guests in the country as before. The frontdesk employees and in the food area/ waiter was exhausted, nevertheless always polite! Therefore the some bad review in the complaint. We wanted to for example 50€ change in fiat money was 3 days not possible or on excursions only limited information. In the restaurant it was never a table for 9 (3 families traveled together ) persons to get. That would be indicated instruction, come at 18 o'clock (18:30 opened the restaurant officially), we tables gladly together have been possible. Since i have people pay attention. Was very positive the staff's hospitality. The location of the hotel is with the best there directly at the beach. The rooms are spacious enough and clean, whereas ripped bed sheet and partly dirty hand towels five stars standard. In terms of taste, the food was good, but for a five-star hotel too unimaginative. In the 1 week there was at least still topic evenings, in the 2 week 'only' turkish/international buffet. What is not acceptable, that was already 1 hour before closing time no lack of food more refilled. Applied especially for the desserts.
Absolutely poor was the entertainment. ... My observation was, that the entertainers and entertainers more with their phones than with the guests busy. Furthermore were the evening shows even for the off-season to put it mildly only embarrassing.
