We were very satisfied. What has disturbed us was the location our room. We were very close on the 4-lane thoroughfare and the traffic was loud and clear day and night audible. Especially at the three rainy day we often had the feeling the car drive through our room. If you have the possibility, you should a room faraway the street choose. The staff, especially in the restaurant was extremely friendly and accommodating. read more

A thoroughly successful holiday with the value for money was just right.
Only the evening entertainment was a bit modest and could be be improved. Who however a quiet and relaxed vacation with the beach to spend is in good hands here. To point out would be the very good buffet the always varied and tasted left no wishes unfulfilled.

Recommendable facilities. Very clean, good English and knowledge of German. Delicious food - only drawback the very limited selection of drinks in all-inclusive. Soft drinks oK but only at the bar available, water only still on machines, wine okay, a type of beer, cocktails not possible, the cost extra and juicy price were the! No entertainment, since it was the post-season. However for one week relaxation, relax and soak up the sun nothing is to be objected. read more

Since we were already several times this hotel because of the forever positive review and private experience ( more than 5 years not more visited) visited we can clearly a stätige deterioration notice. This decision was very good. Of the entire area, the service and was very important to us
The great openness and friendliness to our caboodle. Our rooms always really clean, what we very graciously accepted, as our kids 7.5,3 and 1 year old.
The children have in any case well, were always nice and friendly. Our waiter always accommodating, it was almost creepy, so good.
In short:
Everything was ok, great place and great green area. The wellness center has its call all honor made! ... Again

A well run hotel with all friendly staff. The food is diverse and tasty. The wide beach with enough sunbeds is ideal for relaxation. Directly opposite is a bus stop with ideal connections after alnya city center. read more

Was very positive the staff's hospitality. The location of the hotel is with the best there directly at the beach. The rooms are spacious enough and clean, whereas ripped bed sheet and partly dirty hand towels five stars standard. In terms of taste, the food was good, but for a five-star hotel too unimaginative. In the 1 week there was at least still topic evenings, in the 2 week 'only' turkish/international buffet. What is not acceptable, that was already 1 hour before closing time no lack of food more refilled. Applied especially for the desserts.
Absolutely poor was the entertainment. ... My observation was, that the entertainers and entertainers more with their phones than with the guests busy. Furthermore were the evening shows even for the off-season to put it mildly only embarrassing. Upon arrival, our suitcase and our kids (that was a fun!) With the trolley suitcase to the room brought. The rooms are super clean. Closet lit, door between room and balcony and many more recommendable the new side building, (2. block) 2 floor, sun room 2330 for example
The hotel is very well-kept and beautifully naturally planted.
There are 3 pools 1 activity, 1 family, 1 relax. However the sea is brilliant, very clear. Approximately 1 meter broad ... steinflutsaum, apart from that everything beautiful sand. Chairs and umbrellas free of charge.
Mini club good, we hardly used. Mini disco great, playground very high quality.
I know many 5 star hotels, but this hotel is really great. In the morning, there was always everything, for example sp. A honeycomb to cut, an experience, delicious. Lunch as evenings a massive selection at main courses, salads and desserts. The only thing which missing, would be a children's buffet, with a small selection of dishes, just didn't like strong seasonings, such as the adults i have never seen so much fresh grilled whole fish eaten, great.
You could easily with the Dolmuş/ bus Linie 1 to Alanya go. The market at the friday is great. Likewise, mahmutlar, other direction also great.
The jugdl. Or young adults could always around 23:30 with a bus with to Alanya in the party zone drive. One of the entertainers was always with.
Evenings the shows were tidy, we didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer
In this summer had the Turkey a strong period of hot weather and there were never so lots of guests in the country as before. The frontdesk employees and in the food area/ waiter was exhausted, nevertheless always polite! Therefore the some bad review in the complaint. We wanted to for example 50€ change in fiat money was 3 days not possible or on excursions only limited information. In the restaurant it was never a table for 9 (3 families traveled together ) persons to get. That would be indicated instruction, come at 18 o'clock (18:30 opened the restaurant officially), we tables gladly together have been possible. Since i have people pay attention. Would front desk and restaurant manager come may.

I hope opening at the airport gazi Pasha (50 kilometer south/ östl. From Alanya) for the german market, then i am a regular! Antalya is 150 kilometer far away and hard to reach! read more

A top hotel gladly anytime again. No matter what time you at the beach or to the pool always places were free. The cleanliness of the rooms were top! Everyone is very friendly and the food very diverse and very, delicious.! Great great very good well-kept, large garden area. Too many with German guests, in every age group. The connection with the Dolmuş to Alanya to reach between 10 and 15 minutes very comfortable. This hotel lies not directly on the street the best part is, you had from the rooms either garden view, beach view, or pool view. ... We are totally thrilled from this hotel. It is spacious, so that the guests good and no liegengerangel returns. The rooms are beautiful and were every day cleaned and prepared nicely. 2 hours drive, to vacation at the highway to make, is a ko criterion for this hotel. The noise is, except at the beach, everywhere to hear. All family room are to the street. Animation on education, nothing at all for children, totally unloving care. Stony beach, sea totally steep. Everyday the same greasy, boring food. Everywhere plastic tables and chairs, no style.
