The hotel is very beautiful, breakfast wide choice, very good quality. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The only negative was the air conditioning, always way too cold and not differently to adjust.
Without good English of language skills no chance something to rules. Taxi drivers can't speak a word of English and the price for the drive from the airport to the hotel is too expensive. Drinks are rudely expensive, as well as the food, if you don't half board has, urgently recommendable. read more

Unfortunately, this hotel not what we from other hotels the Westin group are used. Sometimes we came us before as we had a budget airline booked. With easy Jet you know the the luggage extra have to pay, that the coke is not in vain. Therefore bay you then other Airlines, if you don't want. Therefore we also booked the Westin. Well, unfortunately we came ourselves but often as we would have a budget airline booked and not a five star hotel. The started with, that a Liege at the beach with protection from the sun ausuchten and used, somewhat ... later someone then and explained, the pool chairs with protection from the sun 10 Dollar per day would cost-no, unfortunately no joke. The other chairs without protection from the sun one must under the Büme drag shade. Then there is still such Halbmuscheln, the somewhat protection from the sun offer, what but very unpractical were, because you only sit but not or hardly. Later in the evening we found out, that there is no DVD recorder in the room was in a five star hotel! We thought it was probably defective and was forgotten exchange-no, it costs-yes, really -10 Dollar during the day and so moved by that whole hotel. This practice but in all hotels Indent, are missing the guests and one otherwise money generating-without success-nobody uses the beach chairs, nobody gets a DVD but the guests are angry. The Competition in Asien is big and there are other countries as Thailand, the better understand. Therefore soft people there, in the remaining fly also 4 hours less of Germany from to Thailand. ÜbrigensI Wiki is not free in the entire hotel as a nice Mr before in one of its review wrote. Only in the lobby - in the remaining hotel it costs about 7a 8 Euro on the day. We are now also not so the pingeligsten people, but the cleanliness the room was quite to desire. The small carpet started almost to live. Complaints are here however very quickly after.
We only in the hotel eaten, the prices correspond western standard, the food was but in all restaurants reasonable. Especially the open air buffet with traditional Balinese dance like.
Taxis are very cheap, who shop to go would like should not not in the Bali collection go - too expensive. To Kuta in Discovery mall. Here there was everything. The polo things are actually really-you may however only under the name polo will be expelled, not indicated as by Ralph Lauren. Polo in Bali produced and must therefore only some standard models under the label polo pass and then a little cheaper. On the whole we had a nice and relaxing vacation on Bali, but other are stop somewhat better. Bali is worth a trip, if these to caffeine 14,5 hours flight would not be. By the way Singapore Airlines is here first choice, apart from that this flight time not to survive. read more

Anytime again. Definitely recommendable. Water bottles were anytime again refilled. In the bathroom is everything for the daily Maintenance available, one must for anything from at home carry (except sun products). Each guest has in the room Flip-flops, and bathrobe, as well as a stand bag. read more

The freshly renovated rooms are very beautiful, everything was OK (we had a great room with a view of the sea). The balcony is smaller than some of the other hotels, but the did not bother us, since we mostly on the way were.
Breakfast offers everything your heart desires -Bircher muesli, fresh Smoothies, waffles, etc. The choice is to European guests ( German chef!), but there is also an Asian corner. The Ikan were we eat lunch, delicious and great atmosphere, reasonably priced it is outside of course cheaper, but nevertheless one shouldn't forget, that it prices a five ... star hotels are, that's why okay.
Friendliness of the staff is unsurpassed, no matter, whether restaurant or front desk, each staff always has a smile on the lips and they take great care the guests. All great! read more

the hotel is more like a hotel for large corporate event in the volume on the breakfast many Chinese reflects the other no behavior have (it is regardless of Rumgerotzt other guests) on this I was very upset if the no style. I am thinking, the hotel other think( other premises for event participants just for breakfast) otherwise you can what other Visitors have already written confirmation. Massages in flower power SpA (out of the hotel right after the police check hundred meters on the left hand side) are very recommendable also simply because of the difference in price the ... hotel. Restaurant May May very easily recommend crab pants (if you like spicy) 500 yards on the right after the police check. read more

Book here one 5 stars and one gets it also. We were there for 10 days in the Westin and every day enjoyed. Yes, it is in Nusa Dua and Nusa Dua it is the 5 stars hotels fortress, but this was not absolutely okay. One is in 25 minutes at the airport, in 30 minutes in Kuta, in 90 minutes in ubud or in 60 minutes at tanah lot temple. A car costs per day between 35 and 50 Euro (depending on length). The hotel is wonderfully located on a permanently maintained beach. Here you can on normal loungers ... linger or ' sunbeds' rent (10 Euro per day - for this you get but also all prepared plus water). We have also every time used. The breakfast was varied and the standard accordingly. Unfortunately were in the first 5 days nor lots of russians there. But this' problem ' one knows now everywhere. It is also the only thing which you criticize can. Here would have the hotel quite also times one or another serious word to say. The rooms are super well-kept and twice a day cleaned. You can eat very well in the shopping center from Nusa Dua or directly behind the checkpoint (evening for two people with all the bells and whistles never more than 30 Euro spent). read more

The 'the Westin' in Nusa dua was certainly one of the best hotels in Bali. We stayed six nights and can confirm the positive reviews on this portal. We were quickly checked in and friendly. Our room was immaculate. Plenty of room with a large bathroom. The rooms were renovated in May 2011, it has put the size of the balcony a bit. But that was the only slight downer! The whole area is by the beach of Nusa dua with neighboring resorts have been integrated, so that within a short walk along the other hotels and the promenade offers. ... The whole dining-all the same, whether by the pool or at the snack breakfast were excellent! Not to be opened! A Big Compliment! If you want to check emails online, could do this on a free Wi-Fi in the lobby at any time. In the rooms, this is only a separate password and available for a fee. In the evening it becomes a bit of peace and quiet in the hotel, where the one or other Balinese event was announced, most of the guests are outside. The free shuttle service every hour the guests to the nearby Bali-collection center drives, is certainly the rest. Furthermore, a short path from the hotel to the 'Nusa dua-gate' is always a nice evening end. Many small restaurants at a reasonable dinner. If both of the reviewer, the leisure activity, as well as in a typically Asian specialties is, should try to nyomans beer garden. Also had the tip from the net and we were not disappointed. The restaurant offers a free 'Hol and'. The food was good & inexpensive! read more

The whole area was very beautiful and was located directly on the beach. All rooms are completely renovated 2010. The large breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the food and drinks are very expensive in the hotel. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. All the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. read more

The beach, the Westin Nusa dua resort is situated, is probably the best in the islands very relaxing. An added bonus is the on families very popular hotel by the modern, new designed rooms and the great breakfast. Unfortunately it is apparently the business strategy of the hotel, guests in all the possible opportunities in addition to the bill: so is for example for especially comfortable chairs on the beach 'rent' to pay; and why the access to the internet in the lobby is free, in the room against money costs, to me not. read more

The hotel is great. Beautiful rooms, big breakfast, simply top!
We booked half board, which we absolutely recommend could. The dishes in the hotel were simply divine! There are several restaurants-all with half board can be used. If no booked half board will you can only dissuade, since the dishes very expensive are.
The beach is also wonderful (beware! 'four poster beds ' at the beach cost!). Otherwise beach chairs, towels and liegemuscheln free of charge.
Which disturbed us somewhat was the tides, but the hotel is not to blame for that. At low tide was swimming in the sea ... as good as impossible. read more

Overall stay was great, smiley friendly staff always curtious and being our first time to Bali, we could not have chosen a better resort and location to stay in, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the food was great. We would recomend the Westin if your looking for a good relaxing time. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager Mr Dario O.and the Newly appointed Executive Chef Mr Ewald J., who make themselves very approachable to all guests. Because of a stopover to Lombok we decided for 3 nights in Nusa dua to stay. We were already several times on Bali and this part the island generally not recommended, if you land and people want to get to know. The hotel itself but both from the service, food and rooms nothing to be desired! The rooms were all renovated and very tasty furnished. Only drawback- the rooms have no, or only small French balcony. One notices clearly, that it is a typical, American hotel chain is. The hotel at any other place of world -bali element are rare ... to not at all available. We would recommend the hotel for the passing through, or people the little emphasis on local architecture and habits beach chairs. Restaurants and bars find in the nearby Bali connection center. You feel a bit like in the Disneyland there, because it is an artificial laid out Touristenanlage acts, but that is for Nusa dua is typical. In short: there is by far more beautiful corners on Bali, but if you have been in Nusa dua is, offers the Westin everything, what one for a relaxing vacation need! read more

A great Hotel, in the we felt comfortable have.
The only real drawback was, 'so-called' that the shuttle bus either too early (excellent) or not is, you should wait just one hour. The boys were in this regard simply inflexible, with a bit of skill you could make our displeasure quite good.

The Westin resort Nusa dua Bali is a very nice /, large and modern five stars Hotel. Despite the (until the end of April 2011) construction work taking place we thought it was great and our two children (4 and 6 years old) were from the kids club as well as the kids breakfast buffet very pleased. The beach is super clean, with a large bright. The hotel and the beach are very well maintained. The rooms are very nice, modern and functional. The family suite is very recommendable. (2 rooms plus vestibule with tv, table and sofa. The staff ... was super friendly and helpful. The children's entertainment around the o'clock with beverages. The food in the hotel restaurant is very delicious and the extra charge value. read more
