We were for the first time in your house %blank%. A great thing about the hotel is whose quiet and nice location. The furnishings and decor was quite lovely. The ellnissangebot is good, however not very good value for money. I am hotel definitely recommendable and we come back certainly once again. read more

Centrally located on Rügen located hotel. Great place to stay and service. Particularly the friendliness for breakfast entanment eye. From the Schlosshotel Ralswiek are the sights of interest from Rügen (granitz hunting lodge, Binz, prora, Sassnitz, spyker, Kap Arkona, bergen, putbus ) easy to reach. Very cozy was the cold, although spring was, in the evening, the fireplace. read more

Schlosshotel Ralswiek The Schlosshotel Ralswiek corresponds in fact the idea of a beautiful castle, and am not surprised, that here many couples celebrate your wedding. The years 2002 renovated and tastefully decorated hotel has 12 single and 47 double rooms, 3 family rooms and 3 suites with a magnificent view of the courtyard, the park or the large jasmunder bodden. Except the trauzimmern there is a bigger meeting room, and a large library with seating areas, the to stay a while inviting. The spa offers numerous treatments. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool, and a sauna area with finnish sauna ..., steam sauna and infrared cabin. read more

    Our room with adjacent bathroom and a view of to the inner courtyard was big enough and had plenty of space to stay a while. The furnishing was very tastefully. A tv and a mini bar, as well as a safety deposit box were available. A wardrobe in the entrance area, as well as a chest of drawers and two bedside tables offered plenty of storage space. The bathroom with shower and toilet was functional and with enough towels, bathrobes, slippers, and make-up mirror and accessories equipped, so that nothing was missing. Both sleep -, as well as bathroom were cleaned daily.

    We had the room with half board booked, drinks in the evening in addition will be charged. In the morning, there was a breakfast buffet, the really nothing to be desired left. There was even already in the morning a plate of antipasti, different salads, etc. The three-course dinner we had the choice between fish and meat dishes.     The location of the castle is absolutely wonderful. The schlosshotel is located on a hill in the midst of a beautiful park with a significant old trees. The drive to the castle up is already an experience for itself. From the castle, and in particular the breakfast room or of the terrace you have with a fantastic view on the jasmunder bodden, and a part of the festspielkulisse is from there view. Parking are sufficiently available. Because of the central location, visit beautiful places, such as the seaside resort Binz or Sellin, the port of Sassnitz, Kap Arkona or the chalk cliffs of the königstuhl reachable in a few minutes. From Sassnitz or Sellin also boat trips to the famous chalk cliffs are offered.

From the ascent the castle is on the view curious, and if you look at it, one is overwhelmed! Exactly one imagines a palace before, that you can get yourself under construction would have... Not so large and not too small! The setting is magical and the food excellent! Also the location from ralswick is perfect, right in the middle to all tourist attractions, cape arcona, guildford, prora, Stralsund! Simply great read more

We have this year for the 2. time our silvester here and would also again and again do. Very competent and courteous staff always a smile on the lips had. Also extra wishes of our children for the food were fulfilled with the our daughter not always that is simple. The service was this year under the motto 'the golden 20-iger'. The party was very successful, it was beautifully decorated and the gala buffet was really fantastic. At this point a big compliment to the kitchen. What we in the reference to the new year's eve party didn't like so ... much was the late information to the theme of the evening. Informed we were at the 22-12-2012 and we traveled already on 27-12-2012 and in between was at least christmas. Well, this is actually sorrow of a high standard. We have indeed still get any topic fair einzukleiden, with a bit of stress although, but forget it because we will definitely come back again. read more

We are in the Schlosshotel Ralswiek for the first time. The reservation online and the check-in in the hotel, everything without any problems. The atmosphere really impressed us, like the friendliness of the staff. The hotel room was large with stylish facilities and clean, as everywhere in the hotel, however the tv-device and the number of program are not up-to-date anymore. The breakfast buffet was varied, sufficient and very tasty, however for a four-star hotel missing only Breakfast - sparkling wine / sparkling wine. The spa area is a good complement to people who want to relax. We had for ... our stay booked half board, the three course menu in the evening was every day a ' perfect dinner ', especially by the friendly and competent staff in the restaurant and in the kitchen. The hotel has a historic charm with zeitgerechtem service. The swimming pool with 28 degrees was great, the sauna could have been a little hotter. The atmosphere really impressed us, the friendliness also. read more

The review is only for hautsaison changed. In the low season if Störtebeker running it can quiet and romantic. It is a very nice hotel, even if some very complicated is, to to the rooms to arrive. In any case room the suns verge side, since a very strong heating. The windows evenings to open is to be enjoyed with caution, since the mosquitoes on a set. Signs for these plage from the hotel at the windows set up. read more

    I had a double room for single use and was accordingly enough. The furniture corresponded to the schlosscharakter. Everything was very clean, left but somehow no real happy impression. It was because of the bed sheets, the definitely renew or to try the pyjamas like a butterfly to make as good wanted but not accomplished. The bathroom is relatively small, however for one person enough. The washbasin is very small and the duschspender were not refilled.

    As mentioned above, outside of the season you could be in a very quiet atmosphere the food enjoy. Wether half board or to show, all balanced and very tasty. In spite of the many public transport also very clean and all tables are in the evening very nicely set. Very annoying the many Störtebeker visitors, with backpack, ceilings and sometimes in the relevant raincoats the main restaurant (4-stars) than passage directly in the middle of the restaurant use. Although signs and on arrival through the front desk pointed out please do not by the restaurant to go, it. The staff are powerless also opposite the curious, the only once the schloss want to see. This I have neither inland nor abroad in any hotel experienced.

    The staff are very friendly and accommodating. For a four-star hotel especially in the food area is too few qualified staff available. The cleaning of the rooms is good, but not outstanding. The grafenstube in the basement is matter of taste. I didn't like it, to brightly lit and reflects the character a castle again. It reminds me of facilities and character at an average disco.

Fake friendliness, constantly changing service in the restaurant, bad beds, very young team. Near 600 Euro for 3 days it was not worth the money. No contact person in the hotel. Shower with plastikschiebetüren the terminals. Wellness bebereich rather spartan. Pool is however well. Cobwebs on the bed. read more

It has also enjoy our present stay nothing to negative developed. The staff are still very friendly, the atmosphere still very pleasant, the service still very good... And the weather and the Störtebeker-idea were a dream, what else could you want. Everything is in the castle and felt like a palace with private staff. See you soon. :-) Who gladly to times a couple of days as a military forces to live, should it just allow. Absolute recommendation! read more

We had the Störtebeker-arrangement. Already prior to Competence, clarity and extremely positive friendliness ( Mr Salzwedel). Everything was better than expected! We stayed at the children's room the counts and could see the view of the water and every evening the fireworks enjoy. The room is however a bit more expensive, however it is worthwhile. Refined decor. The old schlosshotel me creaking floorboards and winding because of to the room we really enjoyed. There the building between forest and bodden lies, with numerous mosquitoes larger kind to be expected. The swimming pool ( with kitchenette!) really impressed us, water jet ... and soda included. To the times of the Störtebeker-Festivals (5 minutes on foot) is in the hotel of course a lot going on. We would wish, that some guests also Kleidungsmäßig better a castle hotel could adapt. We want to go in a quieter time to be an absolute plus. read more

All in all a great hotel, which one can further recommend. If one to the Störtebeker festivals want to go, the hotel is the best choice and the area is also great. Further sights and great places are from the hotel from by car reachable in a few minutes. read more

    Size was pleasant, however was in our case the distance with 6 meters the relatively small tv but a bit annoying. The bathroom was in the proportion to the room not for two people at the same time available.

    The waiters was always friendly and around smooth drain concerned. The front desk - as far as female manned - however sluggish to unfriendly. We were unfortunately early at the place (12 hours) and the rooms not finished yet, since the check-in time with 15 hours is advertised. There however the rooms already at o'clock (!) to be released, one could have believed, that a instruction at the cleaning-crew would, the booked room may be preferable. You asked us, the waiting time on the terrace to spend, you would then communication on the completion make. At o'clock I had to then inquire and received the information, that the room just finished would-if you believe. In the room arrived I was looking for after notify in-room safe, which I however couldn't find. A phone call later I learned then, that the safe in the minibar (!) to find and you had the key at the front desk pick-up. So, although currently hampered-the long hallways to the lift balance, then the remark pick up, that not all the safe would need. My objection, that it had been asked, with to shoulder-twitch answered. The using komputer in the hall was terrible slow decor, the place itself is one in the morning of housekeepers disturbed, to the beside convenient gelaß for Detergents must.

    In the website shown indoor swimming pool just looks on the picture good. The halle stuffy warm, but the water for a refreshment in the middle of summer-oriented. The windows do not open. The loungers on the surface are 5 or 6 old, uncomfortable and untidy teak furniture, partly broken. To a instruction-sign described 'lawn' exists no access. The sauna smells musty and musty, smelly.
