This is our 4. time at Aska Kleopatra Beste. It is our home when we stay in Alanya. There has been a big change of the staff. So a lot of new people. But staff you are still the best. This time was a little speciel. I have an accident and damage my foot very bad. Really you are so awesome read more

I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. I found it very clean, in a good location, with a very friendly staff and a very tasty food. An excellent bartender and super - friendly waiters. Also enjoyed the Turkish Bath and a massage in a 5th floor. The atmosphere in this hotel was owerall amazing. It is close to the beach and at the same time very close to the shopping area. The hotel is dated however therefor very clean. For a vacation in the low season it is more than adequate. 98% germans in this hotel beginning march (many older guests)
The view of the courtyard is not nice, you should better a room in the direction street.
The hotel is very noisy, take ear plugs. Positive i can close proximity to beautiful cleopatra beach stress.
The harbor, the bazaar, various purchase possibilities and the castle are more than reachable on foot. The staff is very considerate, helpful and very friendly. We would the hotel after a renovation again. Conclusion good ... value for money. read more

My stay in this hotel brought me experience, the me next visit in this complex suggests.
The hotel has a central location, until to Cleopatra beach it was only a few meters. The small distance there is one the possibility the day flexible plan to can. The picturesque marina there is to minutes walk. To the historical ruins of the castle on the mountain was 2.5 kilometer. the mountain on foot or with the bus climb (bus stops right in front of the hotel). Alanya is a place, its visible history me again and again impressed. Shops are in ... the immediate area of the hotel available.
The audience is international. The collage of cultures makes the stay all the more interesting.
I had a spacious room with a large balcony. From the balcony looked out on the opposite designed aqua area. In the room was a tv with channels from different countries, a telephone, safe, bathroom with hair dryer. The room was every day tidy, the towels daily exchanged. Artfully crafted sheets surprised my person for the return of my daily trips.
The restaurant, in which the dishes in the form of buffets were served (beverages were directly at table), is on the top floor closet. This one has a beautiful view of the city, Taurus and castle hill. Used crockery was immediately by a pleasant staff cleared. What the dishes wise, so was always there is something for everybody. For breakfast there was wide assortment of kornflecks, fried eggs, omelettes with ample zugelegten ingredients, sausage, different käsevariationen, each quantity of vegetable olives etc. For people, the the breakfast gladly warmly have, there was also some here, like for instance boiled sausages or fried vegetables with side dishes.
The lunch and dinner was also plentifully served. There were always two sorts of soups, huge selection at the vegetables, different salads, meat and fish. Fried stuffed vegetables rejoiced large popularity.
For those, the at night not warm to eat, was cold platter offered.
A wide range of desserts, always for the satisfy the palate. The cooks no limits. I myself did not manage all national and international creations to try out, as the choice was so big. Fruit was one of them.
In addition to the three esstageszeiten there was in between the so-called coffee break, in which you coffee, tea and cakes served. These could one below at the bar or outside in front of the hotel enjoy.
The whole stay would not so great, if the entire staff not sure would. So is always mr Mehmet Arslan contact available. His profound knowledge as service manager and his excellent german come the guests very accommodating. The same goes for the front desk and the restaurant staff. Special thanks to mr Burak. The whole drinks at the bar or in front of the hotel would not have the corresponding taste, if the always smart showy mr emrullah did not exist. Its appropriate encouragements to the hotel guests the prevailing atmosphere positive enriched.

Once again i was for 3 weeks as guests in the Aska cleopatra best and it was a really great vacation. The entire team of the hotel has made it possible. The entire staff is very nice, willing to help and courteous. Especially i must thank for the waiters-manager Mehmet Arslan for the great service, the chef sülayman uyar and my cleaning lady yüzel but also near all other the team, thank you for the lovely time with you, you were a great team, keep it up, i am coming again and can this small family hotel absolutely recommend! We chose the hotel, because it's central and we all excursions on foot start. We were pleasant about the friendliness and the easy going atmosphere of the hotel pleased. The room and the bathroom aren't very big, but clean. Not a problem for us, sleep, shower and Alanya with surrounding countryside. read more

We have our vacation as a couple at the end of march 2013 spent in this hotel and were very satisfied.
Particularly the receptionist Cüneyt yenigün was noticeable to us very positively. He spoke fluent german and english and are very polite and courteous. The hammam we can really recommend to all. Already for 30 Euro you get a treatment with peeling, two massages and facials all 1,5 hours takes (tea breaks not expect).
Very varied, the salad bar and the selection of desserts which something for every taste has to offer. Also there the staff is very charming ... and competent. The rooms were always very thoroughly cleaned, even if you such a chaos as we left ☺
All in all we were very satisfied with the hotel and will gladly come again. read more

Once again a great vacation in Hotel Aska cleopatra best. The best a small, informal hotel with very central location. Because of the good location we booked this hotel, in march you need definitely not a beach hotel. Everything was excellent, the only negative the food was; it was excellent but unfortunately not hot. The plate warmer should in use to be taken. Otherwise it was very tasty and varied, the gewürzauswahl at the buffet we highly appreciated that, everyone could be court season as he pleases.
The occupation the front desk with cùneyt and Ramazan is ideal, helpful, used in hotel hubertushof and very friendly. The landlady rahmsye is a lovely lady with great sensitivity, the room was always ... very clean and beautifully geschmückt. ü

We have a group trip with 13 people. The atmosphere in the hotel was perfect good. The employees were extremely friendly without that it wrong over came. Our group were mainly young teenagers, all from the staff and the other guests praised were. We have amongst others the staff and the hotel general to owe, as there are very easy going went too. To cleanliness one can only say, super good. The waiters were constantly on axle and have empty glasses and the table-ware cleared away and the tables cleaned. Especially above in the restaurant were our perösnlichen waiters/inside ( ... cüney and yenigün? I know the name unfortunately not exactly!) Super nice. The employees had good mood and this has on the general mood depressed. Simply smashing up there in the restaurant! A teenager was 18 years young, as had the employees from the table beautifully set, and he has a huge cake get! Also the man at the reception was perfect! (Burak) it knew very many languages and always had a laid back to say. I during my vacation very much value on honest friendliness of the staff and i really found! The hotel in general is somewhat older and of course a few small things where certainly the a or other this strike could. But i think that's absolutely not importantly, whether a joint no longer absolutely know or not. Is important the food and the service and these points are absolutely great! The hotel has us from its situation much for booking animated. After the courtesy room at the very early morning, later we were given a nice to the street, in the well is left. (4. floor) very positive was the small distance to the sea/beach and the landscaped park-like grounds outside. Alanya there was also a ' play area for adults ' with still working fitness equipment for the sport in between. Negative: after the gym in the hotel had found (access only by the relaxation. Health centre ) we found out, that all the equipment is in a very ... bad condition/most did not work. A shame! - the swimming pool (not heated) could also for abgehärtete guests not be used, because renovated. This area was out of order. The other hotel's atmosphere and the varied food, and the attentive staff corresponded fully our expectations - in the positive sense. Praising mention you should the complete staff in the service and at the front desk. (Cüneyt and other ) we will definitely come back (the wake-up call of the muezzin was missing now) and then for longer. (maybe then the gym and the swimming pool is open). read more

I was already often in the hotel. It is for me its situation because of the first choice in Alanya. The beach with its beautiful promenade or parks and sports facilities is 150 meters away. All around are shops, bars, pubs, eating possibilities-in principle everything, what you to find wishes.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and possessed sufficient german knowledge. Here, you need to bear in mind, that the Aska-hotel-chain jobrotation power and you now and then with new people are. In the hotel it was quiet, you could morning and undisturbed sleep, if you the street My ... room - a suite at reasonable cost-loved it. The wifi ran on this vacation fast and trouble-free.
Breakfast was, as always ok. Lunch and dinner were in all in all as a reasonably good. On my last stay in november but it was clearly better. I suspect, that the kitchen staff jobrotation took place. Altogether i can after several travel to this hotel say: with the food it's always a on and off.
Anyhow: me has it again good. I will again in the future. If you don't have huge have expectations, is in the right place here. And you always meets nice new guests. - about 150 meters away you can football via sky look (Willys pub) and also times occasionally german food. If you german entertainment the generation on 40 searches, the 5 minutes to the shaka. read more

First i would like to thank all the staff of the Aska cleopatra hotel. We were super and 1 week long really good cared for and treated. A perfect hotel for a vacation with friends or a few. The food was simple only delicious and so i would like to thank the whole team of the kitchen. This asked us, if we needed anything special as food. Name from the staff as emrullah, Cüneyt, Ramazan, Erkan just stay only in thoughts, because this one simply only friendly with a bypass. A large thanks to service müdür meter until oppositionally rahmiye ... a., the our rooms bestmöglicht clean made. Was a wonderful stay there. Can't wait to see. read more
