We had apartment 2506. With a size of about 160 square meters it is very large, but unfortunately also very difficult to reach. Initially you have to outside the building two narrow stairs climb to go directly to entry in the apartment a further stairs to climb. On the first level are the kitchen, the living room velvet balcony, as well as a pool and a bedroom (again with balcony). If one then a further stairs tops nearby, one in the masterbedroom with bathroom. The furnishings is old, with the bathroom meet ancient better to. Burst tiles, light switch not functioning, lamps apart and rust are only the beginning. Gladly overlooked the only clear trail from the ceiling until Kosmetiktuchbox in bathroom the Masterbedrooms. In smaller bedroom next to a bed two sofa beds on which one with the best will no time to sit. At the windows missing slats, the screen the patio door was broken, the fan didn't work( air conditioning for a fee)...! The hotel has its best attempted, but with limited resources is not very much to do. Also the kitchen had its best times already behind itself, wherein the cooking utensils as dishwasher and fridge okay were. Positive: washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment and a cargo detergent free.

The check in ran very nüchern without much talking. Therefore unfortunately also fails to tell us, that it only all three days a housekeeping service is, so that we in the evening the first day without towels stood there. Since after 17 o'clock no staff more available is, we had to call security, for at least the towels to get. After complaint the next morning we were very kindly new towels brought. The reaction to the complaint was a 'I, told' - a shrug of the shoulders. On the way into the bathroom the cleaning ladies but two cloths on the stairs forget. after the complaint we wanted to with the concierge for tips for the volcano national park and a possible Helicopter-flight inform. The man was in the morning at 9 o'clock however not quite receptive. The benefit write one must however, that it was not simply a helicopter-flight for about 400 dollars per person has sold (what he surely commission gets), but recommended us not to fly, since at the moment anyway nothing to see.

There are three different pools, including a 'quiet pool', what sense would make, he would not directly next to the tennis courts. The 'ocean-pool' closes on sunset, the other at 22 o'clock. Pool towels you can bring.

the complex is relatively from any touristic site. You come only by car from A to B. The supermarket is however 'around the corner'( about 5 minutes by car).
