I was this year perhaps for the 10-times in the Ginabelle. Short : the hotel and the whole around was unique And very recommendable! It is reasonable value for money. It is important for ski athletes: the bus station is directly in front of The home. read more

The Ginabelle is a informally run medium-sized hotel with approximately 80 beds. The rooms are big, modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel has a huge spa area, spread over 2 floors. read more

    Because i my vacation short-term extended had a free upgrade on a large double room. This as well as the single room last year are very big and tastefully decorated. The rooms are equipped with durchwahlfähige telephones. The baths are modernly furnished. Next to the normal brausestange fell there is also a in the ceiling mounted shower head. Brilliant!

    The breakfast buffet offers a great variety and of high quality. The multi-course dinner nightly international cuisine on high were insipidly. It is between several dishes to be selected, so that there is something for everybody is. Consulting and special requests were gladly fulfilled.

We, as mentioned in the two preceding years in the hotel felt very comfortable. It is a very good, family-run business, with strengths in the reception area, service and child care, but also with weaknesses in the staff in the restaurant. It is nice, that you with children in of the family in the best ski resort in the alps a real home finds! We are looking forward to next time! read more

I felt really good. The luggages were on the day of arrival from the train station and right to the room brought. Since we only 2 days there were we unfortunately had no opportunity the pool-/ spa area clean. But it was from the outside clean and tidy from. We had bright, comfortable room with a balcony. Unfortunately were the rooms in the north, so we Matterhorn couldn't see nevertheless we had a wonderful view on the mountain landscape the are around Zermatt extends. Passengers our group, the rooms on the other side had could even the Matterhorn from the ... balcony enjoy. The rooms are with satellite -tv equipped so that also the German channels. Furthermore the hotel has free Wi-Fi. The restaurant was spacious and very comfortable. The food was magnificent and the service great. There were only a small portion and then came the waiters with side dishes and sauces to the tables and asked, whether more should be. I can well imagine, if I the next time to Zermatt trip, which I this hotel again visit. read more

Everything is very good in the hotel top marks, very friendly staff, decor top, am very satisfied. The food is there well and civic, the hotel is one of the less expensive in Zermatt, the hotel is in a very good location in about 10 Minutes one is at the train station the Matterhorn/ Gotthardbahn and Glacierexpress endpoint. read more
