No safe in the room, this could only be rented for valuables worth 500 € and more.

Breakfast was very poor (no nutritional value) . Dinner had to be well rationed, as the first course was pasta. Everyone got a small plate and the second course was some undefineable meat in a sauce, which was always cold and inedible.

Complaints were ignored. We felt like a 3rd class guest at the hotel.

None. The pool was closed for the kids.

The rooms were in good condition. The pillow covers were not all clean, as children do not necessarily need clean pillows. Fresh towels only once a week. The breakfast was, according to staff, only of an Italian standard i.e. rusk, small butter and jam as well as a croissant. After talking to some other participants, we learned that they all had an extensive breakfast buffet.

Nearby, there were no entertainment or sports offers. Distance to the metro about 10km.

Room friendly furnished, 2 armchair, desk TV, mini bar (unfilled) of built-in cabinets… We had fortunately view to the road, also with open window disturb the vehicle noises not, there we about 6:00 clock rose and were not yet so strong traffic there. In addition one could the window leave and the air conditioning system use daily cleaning in the bath was present a bath tub and a bidet

Reception is friendly, unlocked English knowledge with coworkers serving us well room cleaning personnel always polite and a hello on the lips the hotel offers as service a shuttle traffic into the city center. Simply 5.00 euro//back 8.00 euro we always used the service: toward town center we let set off at the Metro station EUR Fermi and for 1 euro per person with the metro into the city drove ourselves and at terms again or stepped out! Backwards there are 2 points of collection in the city center (we could be always fetched from Circus maximus…) and the travel was comfortable.

The room was OK ONE relative largely and sufficient place for the luggage for a 3-5Tage trip. For 14 days luggage would not be however enough reservoir in the cabinets available. The bath was clean and had a WC+Bidet. The air conditioning system could one regulate. 3 windows was additional in the room which one “ankippen” could. We got a room in 2. Stick to the roadside. The insulation of the windows was OK ONE, however one heard easily the driving past cars. There the hotel in a one-way street lies was it to be borne. Mini bar was present. However only 2 beverages were present in it, the remainder were empty. very well, thus we could cool our own beverages therein. Coffee machine/dte digester was missing unfortunately. The furnishing was in tidy condition. However the bed was very hard. Longer like 3 nights one could not spend on it. Room was daily cleaned properly.

We had breakfast in the room price inclusive, only therefore we it used. Italians are well-known for the fact that they are not Frühstücker - one also noticed that. The breakfast was relatively borderline. The rolls were totally softly, the scrambled egg more inedible and the dte water lukewarm. The coffee not really well and the Wurst+Käseauswahl very small. Fortunately have it Toastbrot and a toaster - with butter and jam this was edible. For Italian conditions it was correct however the breakfast to 13 EUR would have quite cost, if it had not been inclusive in the room price. And that would be definitely over-paid!

The service of the hotel was not above average good or praise worth, but OK ONE we around 9:00 early traveled and we got immediately our room. Other guests had pitch and had still to 12:00 to wait. One did not offer to us directly the shuttle bus on at all before knew we that there are these. The reception understands English completely well, however no German.

The hotel has a Wellnessbereich. This contains a large indoor pool with Whirlpoolfunktion, a sauna and a steam bath. Unfortunately the Wellnessbereich opens 22. 30 o'clock daily only around 16. 30 o'clock -. The long opening time is in the evening nevertheless would very beautifully, be better an earlier opening. On weekend the sauna and the steam bath are not however general switched off, only under the week. We were naturally a little disappointed on Sunday the first time in the Wellnessbereich and that the sauna not on was. The temperature of the pool was correct, however was a good deal chlorine in it. On Monday we visited likewise again the Wellnessbereich. This time was a “custodian” there and instructed for us bathing caps in the water to carry, otherwise we might not into the pool. Naturally we did not have bathing caps thereby - therefore we should buy which of it. We did not make! On weekend also nobody had a bathing cap up and I goes out not of the fact that by Sunday on Monday fresh water was left into the pool. ;) The “custodian” makes no sympathetic impression general, constantly ran around and controlled everything. very annoying, if one liked to ease.

The hotel looks from the outside quite unspektakulär. The lobby is simply held and already somewhat older. The hotel has 3 floors. The hotel made a clean impression. In our room price breakfast was inclusive. The guest structure was broadly varied (Engländer, and so on the average age was likewise mixed Asian, Russian, Amerikaner.

The hotel is appropriate south for the city center of Rome. With the taxi of the airport Fiumicino can be attained it in about 20Minuten. If one liked with the public ones of the airport journeys, would be already somewhat pedantic this: With the express train from FCO to terms. There into the metro B to underground station EUR Fermi. The bus 705 direction Piermarini drives off here. Step out at the stop Cefalonia. One needs for it about 1. 30 h. It would be to be traveled by therefore it recommendable with the taxi of the airport. The hotel offers a free bus shuttle service to the nearest larger places on (for the example EUR Fermi, Piazza della Boccia dell Verità). In the shuttle bus 14 persons have place. The bus drives around 8:00, 10:00, 11:30, 15:30, 17:15, 20:15. Punctual reserving of the places is necessary. The bus was so well written off with our arrival. For the return trips there is likewise firm departure times, these we however did not use, but with the public bus did not drive. Otherwise not very much is in the proximity of the hotel. It lies in a one-way street. In a normal residential area.
