Hotel Resort Centinera^{(3 stars)}

The size and furnishing of the room was ok. There were almost only German TV channels were available. The bathroom was new and ok. The trash was emptied every day.

We were on half board. We loved the breakfast good (ok. the coffee is a matter of taste). My partner thought the dinner buffet was also good, because there were always 3 different sorts of fish. In addition, the extra bowls sauces were so you could take as you like. As a result of my Fischallergie I found the food wasn't that great. Technically, there was the same every night (rather German). Salads, noodle buffet, 2 different soups, chips or fried potatoes, 3 different types of vegetables and little turkey or veal. I would have liked something Croatian (like something with meat). It was always refilled, so that you can have breakfast until later. The empty plates were quick polished off. Free drinks: beer, water, orangeade, white and red wine (this was iced!!!).

The staff was very kind to us. Except for the cleaning ladies they spoke German. At the reception German and English. Room cleaning: well, some dusting and vacuumed did seem to have stayed longer not ........ We stayed there for 4 nights, every day new towels and toilet paper and spent the beds made. The bathroom was never cleaned during our stay. The Müllkübeln on the beach were emptied daily and from 07. 00 early the way were swept with a broom.

Internet access was at the front desk to buy. A small kiosk for the purchase of gear there. You could also rent boats or a tour boat. Probably there is in the middle of summer more. Set up was also a ping-pong table, a sand pit, and a seesaw. Beach was very clean, as was the water (despite the rain). Beach chairs and umbrellas you could rent (I think 3 ,- Euro/day). But it had all the people's own beach chairs and. Unfortunately we do not have shower! Only a changing room. Indoor pool: The water was very cold, guess 18°C, was always freshly hereingepumpt. Also in the indoor pool itself was very cold! As it was outside inspite of rain and storms warmer.

It is a resort of 3 buildings with total of 165 rooms. In the brochure you can choose whether with or without a partial view of the ocean. What nonsense is because all the rooms have a partial view of the ocean!! If you choose "with a view of the sea" means the nothing other than a balcony (which is to our travel time Euro 25 ,-/day more cost). We passed and found that on every floor on the outside (sea front) the houses, a huge balcony for all is - with small tables and chairs! The hotel opened in 2009 ,. You mainly by the indoor pool looks, nor wiggle electrical wires yourself just from the ceiling, in which should probably lamps hang ........ Guests were rather from 40 years old (a bus with seniors and couples). free parking!

There is not very much "action", so was something to relax. Pula is 7 km away, well reachable by bus, there and back for 2 people 70 Kunar, so not cheap! But we thought it was a save Parkplatzstress (parking 1 hour: 0.50 euros). We had bad weather, which all 5 days it was cloudy, strong wind and rain once every day for one hour. This above sea level, and the Liegeplateaus flooded. Otherwise it is a nice, quiet beach. But also open to the public, so in the summer weekend cramped. Ca. 2 km away (at the turn !! after Banjole) there is a Konzum, post office, bank, coffee ........ We had our bikes and drove to Medulin (sandy beach), prementura (nature reserve safari bar - the you have to have seen it. Very many beautiful bays!!), etc. you have to hold together, since the "biking trails" in large and sometimes spitzigen stones and it constantly uphill and downhill. You will be nice gigging on rough roads. At Prementura 24 -peninsula - they were very narrow paths lead to usually in the Gänsemarsch, but it paid off!! Many drive by car to go for a walk or swimming and of course a fraction of see. We had no mountain bikes, only "normal" bikes and are no. Mountain bikes can be borrowed for Euro 7 ,-!! per day ! But the coffee and Slivoviz very cheap (for example capuccino 0.90 cents). Food is almost everywhere (except directly in Pula) cheap. There is a cafe on the beach.
