Location: on the busy verkehrskreisel with 3 straßenabgängen, the uphill lead.
No peace, as karaoke bars in the immediate area.

Elevator: 2 piece, for 7 floors too few! And then still much broken, there very old. So: walk, up and down.

The hotel has 7 floors and beautiful rooms. The large balconies are all sunny side aligned with a partial ocean view. The condition and the cleanliness are in general clean and intact. We have booked half board. The guests the age and the nationalities completely mixed. From 17 to 80 and Iceland, England Holland and Germany and so on. Hotel lies on a mountain side is a main road early in the morning busy and very noisy. To the beach it is good 500 metres away.
Decor is old furniture, television and, the mattresses, as well as old ceilings.
Breakfast is ok, dinner was not the best!
Staff are friendly! Rooms were very well cleaned.
Simple hotel for people who no large comfort it's ok.
Pool is clean but cold, small children's swimming pool and a small playground for children available. read more

Many too many Russians without manners. Many British people, the exactly booze, as the Russians, however better table manners. Pool is very small. Pool couches are already before breakfast with towels reserved. The hotel lies at a busy street, at night as well very loud. The food is bland and boring, no variation. read more

Both the quality and taste of the food were really reasonable. Only in the 13 days stay was the toilet by the pool for women unfortunately not usable. The light in the toilet was broken and there was a caretaker with cell phone walking but was repaired nothing. Also, the maid not so exactly with the cleaning the room. Very good value for money. Room service friendly, we have as regular guests already struck up a friendship. Front desk very competent, friendly and helpful. Waiter -inside peak season naturally stressed, but never rude. Buffet more than enough, each evening ice cream, fruit and vegetables very fresh. Mattresses not bad air conditioning without unpleasant, kitchen adequate must not a mini bar his, also the bathroom was cleaned every day. The way to the beach about 7 minutes very nice to walk.

In general we were very satisfied with the hotel. Best was the location of the hotel pleased. There were about 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to many bars and restaurants, as well as only 10 minutes on foot to the great siam park. This is very recommendable!
The breakfast was good, however the dinner was in our opinion not enjoyable. For this reason are we nearly each evening eat out. Is very recommendable the restaurant la monteria (spanish kitchen)! One runs about 25 minutes, but it is worthwhile!
Recommendable is the Loro park, as well as a trip ... with the boat flipper uno. We had the possibility whales in open sea to watch, just great. Directly next to the hotel, there is car rental avis.
In short: we can recommend the hotel, however we would only category night select because of the poor dinner buffet. read more

The hotel is about 400 to 500 meters from the beautiful vulkanähnlichfarbenen beach.
The lobby is plain, nevertheless you will find for activities, issues, telefonecke and office spaces everything you need.
The cleanliness in our double room was oK, you did notice the difference 3 - respectively 3.5-to a 4-star hotel. Daily the room cleaned and to our satisfaction was cleaned, beds and the laundry changed.
In the double room had a small builtin kitchen with toaster and small pans and dishes set. The pfannenset was not inviting, as dirty, but will not be used, since even with a ... half board the offer fully enough is. Had a all inclusive-package, where from essen to drinks everything is, except for cocktails and types of beer as sun Miguel. The food was for every meal time very adequate,
Salads taste not comparable to our products, one must take then already borders and must not like some other ' hochanspruchsvollen ' customers all complain about. Who is not safe as it probably tasted like, should it in small quantities costs.
Empty speisebecken never gave it, it was even a few minutes before the mahlzeitende always by friendly staff the court refilled. The ice tasted leckter, as well as different offered kuchenprodukte. The coffee was not done- tasted after nothing and unfortunately and tea, water, oranges- and multivitamin juice from the automat. The guests came from different nationalities, widespread russians and English. Visitors from Germany and Spain were in our 7 days also common.
The hotel we got recommended and honestly, the recommendation rate here of 70% (to our time) was too few. Nevertheless we have because of the recommendation for this hotel recommended and can certainly say, that the hotel was good and also the evening entertainment from the hotel attractive is, even if at one evening only 'bingo' played-).
We were very unternehmenslustig and not like some critical guests daily only in the hotel.
Different negative reviews the food and supposedly impolite staff we don't share. US came always polite. You should not require, that the German language everywhere a must is, some guests the only complain, if a bit of English bring your own, because the staff gets ahead with English and also the German good clear.
We have a neutral and' normal' claim, the high quality and therefore the hotel we can would be happy to recommend. read more

Quality and -variety is in general on the 3-star standard. All inclusive-drinks are not recommendable.
Very nice hotel with well kept pool. Interior furnishing in the rooms has antiquarian character.
Cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired.
The animation is Geschmacksabhängig. The shows ( animal shows) are very commercially organized.
The hotel lies in a very lively area.
