As first we were from the transfer bus to the hotel and drove us welcomed the friendly staff at the front desk and explained and the opening hours of the pool bars etc. Initially we were very impressed with the size of this area and appreciated the many palm trees and beautiful flowers along the way, the hotel led. As i noticed exclusively german tourists this place visited, it was not a problem at all to communicate. read hotel review

    We had booked a double room and received. With a large wardrobe, bed, tv, telephone, safe and a big balcony with sea views. The rooms, as well as the bathroom, was clean and tidy, so more than in order.

    The entire area possessed for all hotels 1 large hall, where all the possibility had from the buffet food. The type of board we had booked all inclusive and were more than disappointed with this dreary food. We are really not humans, the fast something to complain about, but it was a people not 2 weeks expect. Every day there was in the all in all the same (flabby french fries, rice, drained vegetables, hard bread rolls, etc.) There was also meat, only unfortunately you could not assign from the institutions of the animal this was being prepared. Thus we had the first 2 days of fries and fed on rice, the remaining days it could not avoid eating out, which of course expensive. Drinks and alcoholic drinks were at the pool bars were very in order and included in the price ☺. However there were also only each day the same ' snacks ' ( Hot Dog, burger, Hot Dog, burger. And so on) :/ Unfortunately were to drink trinkgläsern to 95% traces of the predecessor, for example, lipstick, what was really too bad.     The staff of this huge area was very accommodating, responsive and friendly. The largest part spoke german. The room cleaning took place 2 times a week. Pharmacies and doctors are also nearby the promenade.

    Every day there was a wide range of activities for children and adults ☺ (yoga, Zumba, aerobics, un tournament etc. Etc. It was in the plant several pools which you can use and there were always enough loungers available ☺ for children a huge entertainment and dinner always a very successful show in the 'theatro afrocano'

    At the airport got out, our transfer bus and gathered all the people, the for the tour operator booked and one after another on the hotel, this took about 2 hours. Unfortunately the beach is, as promised less than 200 meters from the hotel. There are already approximately 500 meters more, but the beautiful, white, long sandy beach made up for it. (the existing chairs on the beach should be paid separately) On the promenade along there is everything the vacationer could ask for. All restaurants, souvenirlädchen, shopping possibilities and also a few clubs ☺ Excursions could be at the front desk book and then depending on the pick up and the fun could begin. We wanted jet skiing, but we too expensive felt with 1 20 €per person.

People, it was really everything was great! Child care, however, we not taken into account, since we with the child time wanted to spend. It was warm nice and not as disgusting as in some other hotels. It is good for children however not really so For handicapped with wheelchair: many stairs hardly elevators. read hotel review

We were already several times in this complex and were so far content. This year however is this hotel not recommendable anymore. Half the hotel is shut down and expires. Also the garden is Very neglected. The food in the dining room is not very varied. With the freshly grilled fish it happened, the he Burned and dry, or raw was. The meat often very tough. Lunch was often fresh fruits, or it wasn't refilled. Some waiters/inside had morning itself set up, on demand one got the answer 'as everything is'. We sat then in Sergio, the was very attentive. ... Also in the dining room there were plastic cups for die'all in ' guests, glasses, there were only on demand. Sitzposter in außenbereichn are broken and dirty. Umbrellas at the pools are scarce and part of long term tourists had in the morning Reserved. On demand at the front desk one got the answer the problem is known (but probably not solved) The food at the pool bar consisted of hamburgers or hot dogs, or sandwiches and salad. read hotel review

The hotel and it's facilities can no longer the meet, which earlier highest standards. Elevator was constantly defectively, one always, the other two only by the hour it was ok! Because it not interresierte by hotelmafia. But the worst was: chairs, whether in the paradise or in the africano bar, were so abgefraggt, stains, abgefaulte cushions, chairs from wackelbeinen with danger. Everything was rationed what cakes and snacks was! Cake gave it always from 4:00 p. m. and the offer was then 16:10 all, more gave it not. I wanted no cake, but with the snacks (chips with ... sausages or burgers) was 3:00 p. m. end. For children there were rationiertes ice cream on request. The four stars for the property paradise are more than 50 percent overvalued, because staff, commitment, furniture and cleanliness of the entire complex Stella Canaris never more than three stars may have. In all-inclusive 4 stars should be at least the basics votes: decent furniture, compliance with the quotation, no disgust. Never again! Earlier than most buildings the hotel not yet closed and and the garden next to the main path and well maintained and plenty of staff in the hotel was available, should the complex gigantic have been. Now it is the paid money not worth more. read hotel review

Value for money superb. Staff always endeavored around good vacation to give. The hotel can without fear and anxiety from singles, families or travelers to be booked. There is lots of people, constantly and again and again to complain about find. My stay showed older people who have the most to complain about, there are those, the 2. world war experienced together and 'days no food' or split marks for food for the survived had. The in short this: the war has the morality and gratitude on much luxury(daily cleaning of the rooms, choice of food large, cleanliness facilities.) ... Not able to save. For the complete staff is this very sorry.! Who for 2 weeks 4500, -€ for its hotel wrapped, can even ask for more. The only hotel in this facilitities are the paradise hotel, which the 4 stars and very good and well maintained. The other facilitities are a wonderful landscaped and developed, but unfortunately very much safe formerly beautiful hotels that were empty and dilapidated. One lift working, in other words in the above-named paradise, otherwise are partly hundreds of steps per day to manage, it is always said, that the lifts' tomorrow ' be fixed, but nothing happened. A shame, because there was a lot of older people this hotel booked and gladly weiterbuchen would, however not or only very badly feasiblly. ... The paths in the hotel are also very stretched out, this creates a big problem for people, the not (more) so good on foot are. Earlier there was a small bimmelbahn, but also long broken.     Distance to the beach about 500 metres. For more and more older tourist public would be a neat established shuttle service at least in the extensive hotel area a great help, the beach closer. We have this hotel the last seven years in a row booked. However now the last time. The complex alone is dreamlike with the large tropical garden. I booked last minute, i was surprised with the huge area. The park on the corner of the driveway to the hotel is very beautiful, i think the biggest on the island. With my room i was fully satisfied. The room service i complete satisfaction. Food was fine, something for everyone. Pool area in terms of size ok, the loungers were worn and had no additional conditions, therefore very uncomfortable. Local area was great. Long beach walks (on the most beautiful beach the island) and hiking possible. Conclusion: i would stay here again \u263a! read hotel review

Food is tasteless and badly prepared. Dining room the flair a a mensa (noisy, dirty and messy). Coffee for breakfast just at a distribution point (coffee machine) and only Cups, therefore eternal love to the coffee machines. Table-ware not sufficiently available. Room was nice, clean and tidy. The reception and the people at the reception were very friendly. The view of two balconies was great, with sea- and pool view. Mini bar Breakfast is ok. The location and park the hotel is dreamlike. The complex even forfeited unfortunately increasingly. We were the second time there, and disappointed. The trolley drove not more, the food and the atmosphere are not of a four star hotel. The table clothes are dingy and the cutlery is dull. The staff are attentive and friendly. read hotel review

    The great, but for small children because of the surf sometimes inappropriate beach is from the hotel circa 1.3 kilometer walk (lack of shuttle or minitrain) away, since the 'paradise' unfortunately in the rear part the hotel is. I was very pleased after quite negative reviews the i had read, i was very comfortable. Everything in the hotel is very bright, spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere. My room was huge with a beautiful sea view. The complex consists of the i booked hotel and overall 6 further plants (villas, hotels and apartments). Guests were mostly german. Otherwise, there were dutch, swiss and a few french and english were present. You can in all areas fully the full service/offers use. In total there are 6 pools, about 3 also pool bars. At the pools you during the day ... as well as not at all with animation harassed. But be offered. If you like quiet, you at the pools found. The loungers were mostly not occupied times to the half. But the umbrellas unfortunately scarce. At cleanliness there is nothing left to be desired, it is industrious everywhere scrubbed. The pool cleaned daily and also the loungers i have observed a very thorough cleaning carried out. The food was plentiful and good quality ok. I would have the 2 weeks nearly only with fish feed them, because this really delicious was and diverse prepared. There was but also always something else as fish. As turkey, rabbit, poultry, pizza, Paella and so on afternoons and evenings there was always noodles with sauce. At the lower africano snack bar for lunch there were alternating hot dock, burger or sandwich. Furthermore, there was always a small salad and fries. Ice cream were always offered! So not only the lunch/dinner, but you got it at the pool bars. And the ice cream was very delicious (was langnese ice cream)! The beverages you could on tap or at the self service machine and mix. The breakfast buffet with the rolls, delicious breads, great cerealienauswahl, croissants, two fresh changing fruits, jam, honey, nusscreme, sausage, cheese, eierstand where one its own egg bake leave and so on The average age of the guests was mixed. If you a contact person for any problems needed no matter where the shoe pressed, was at the front desk in very good hands. And i from other guests heard, very reliable and fast! I had during my entire trip no reason to complain or something to complain about. The hotel is about 2 hours from the airport. Around the hotel there is an exceptional area, the with a little more care, is really very beautiful with very many admirable inhabitants. There is a few really relaxing and love cats but also some stray peacocks (at the time also with juveniles). Adjacent and attached is a smaller zoo for the 5 €to pay must. The hotel is about 1 kilometer from the sea. For guests with mobility problems i would not recommend. The paths had already somewhat hills just also to the restaurant.     Everything in the hotel is very bright, spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere. My room was huge with a balcony and beautiful sea view. Room consisted of 2 beds, fridge, tv with 5 german programs, a huge closet with integrated rental safe, telephone and a large beautiful bath (with hair dryer, a huge mirror, shower and bath). The bed sheets were during the 2 weeks 2 or 3 times completely changed.

    The beach and the sea were really great. Almost mostly fine sandy beach with the shallow slow sloping entrance. At the beach you pay for 1 umbrella with two sun-loungers 12, -€. I have on the first day directly an umbrella for under 10, -€ with tote bag in/out privileges. So i could me wherever i liked, on a mattress comfortable. What i also found super was, that there is no a separate swimming area and not noisy jet ski and so on a word is.
