Staff: very friendly, helpful and competent Kitchen: good food, very nice cook. It emphasized us the food on, although we late arrival had Room: nice, helel, comfortable, clean Restaurant: fit category. Large minus : the tables there are nearby the large door injs free (reception area) and so it was very cold and uncomfortable-even only for a short breakfast stay. In the summer surely better, but outside it had -11 ° and the automatic door went again and again on. read more

Great accommodation, good food, we felt very good, the staff were very friendly, the exception was the hausleiter. This was to the children in the field the bowling alley and the climbing wall very unfriendly. Annoying the extra cost for the sports hall and bowling alley. The hotel we would but nevertheless highly recommend as the whole concept fits. read more

The food is very good ( bohemian cook!). Buffet with 1 soup, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, several salads, as well as enough fruit. Whoever haute cuisine and large menu worthy, is in the wrong place. A ideal location, around with children in volksschulalter a extended weekend. The ambiance is light, bright and very friendly. We were from the ' boss of the hotel' hrn. Johann meter cared for in the best way, he always had a friendly word both to the children and the adults. High life is of course not to expect, this is however also not the JUFA concept. The food itself is tame, but for children quite adequate. In sum a ideal value for money. And we have to come the 2. surely again a dittes times. read more

We were with a group of approximately 80 persons on location. The staff were from the 1. request until the departure great competent and friendly. On our wishes always received. The matching rooms were already at our arrival at 11 o'clock ready. We had a great stay in a great environment! Definitely recommendable. Especially with kids! read more

The JUFA reminiscent of a modern youth hostel. Actually we have a hotel room in the center preferred, but from lack of space at the JUFA out. We expected a favorable price - optics, location, off-season, waldviertel etc. - and were more than €80-very surprised. read more

    The room could unfortunately the due of the price now risen expectations not fulfilled. It was clean, but spartanic and cold. 2 single beds, the zusamengeschoben may be, in this price range not standard. The tv received no program. Also the choice of the floor tiles in the bathroom seems mistake-this surface is probably always dirty. Furthermore, there was such a tiny shower because of the plentiful available space for us not comprehensible, as well as the gerauschleier on the mountings the shower, since the waschtischarmaturen were conspicuous. Soap was not offered. The motion sensor for the light in the anteroom proved night disturbing.

    The offered breakfast buffet was poor. To the espresso machine were only 1 starter set consisting of 10 different caps offered, to the coffee cups there was no saucers. Serving staff was none to see and the lady at the reception didn't move as a further ' guest difficulties with the machine had. The sausage-/ cheese slices seemed dried up and the scrambled eggs was withered and grey really disgusting. There was no contact person for other things as tea etc. However were bread and pastry very good.

    The man at the reception on arrival was exceedingly friendly. The lady for the return trip was friendly, but the mentioned drawbacks at the breakfast buffet with the fact, that only a few guests in the house were, defended. A personal apology did not exist and it appeared.

    The waldviertel region are clearly very friendly people with a great sense of humor-front desk and service were very nice and above all also flexible - our extra wishes (some is with such a large feast later a) were as far as it was possible immediately fulfilled, forgotten the people by post immediately forwarded etc. We felt very well cared for.

    The building has a wonderful location directly at the thaya with dreamlike possibilities for hiking directly from the hotel ( for swimming and canoeing, it was on the weekend a little too cold) and at the same time directly at the city raabs with the beautiful town square, many guesthouses, the castle etc. Some of our guests have also the possibility and the beautiful renaissancestädte (slavonice, telc ) in Czech republic to look at, the in about 30 to 45 minutes drive reachable are.

For a family vacation is the JUFA Haus in waldviertel perfect! There is so many possibilities for children, for them to do, that it didn't get boring! Also the location in nature is beautiful and we had wonderful walks in the area done. What we didn't like so pleased, was the cleanliness in the breakfast area. Tables and floors were not cleaned in between, and so we sat during the breakfast in the dirt the previous guests... :-( read more

We were surprised about the high rate, which I nothing special family friendly, let alone thought was reasonable. I wonder, whether in this price range not couple or individuals stay away, but maybe this is requested. I thought it was nice the staff's hospitality, delicious the breakfast, and when woman motorcyclist I did the wonderful area very good. read more
