Also during the 3. stay we were pleasantly surprised, that something to the positive development. We could of course not in every room look. But that we stayed in was recently renovated. We had at the last stays very much luck with the weather a room (south facing terrace ) with a view of the sea and so is the (stone ) Algarve also and especially in the winter a feast for the eyes and soul. The light and the colors are a expulsion for the senses. read more

Beautiful high location at steep coast with beautiful view of the sea( in case booked), food average everything else also.

Had a three stars hotel, in the dining room experienced as extremely bad (no table cloths, candles, flowers and so on)
Food always the same, bad presented complaints are not taken serious.

For me, its like coming home again. I've been a guest for several years now, and I ,aver to say, it is great.
The rooms were big enough, bathrooms have been remodeled this last year, and although its not new, It is very well maintained.
Only had breakfast included and the buffet is quite various. read more

We were as a couple end of October the second time in this hotel. The location is very quiet, to the next beach on foot it are about 7 minutes. With a rental car one is in 20 minutes at the most beautiful algarvestränden
The hotel facilities are basic but good, the rooms are provided with even on a small fridge.
We especially enjoyed the staff's hospitality in the whole hotel.
The food is varied and apart from the fact, that it is often not really hot, good. read more

The hotel is in terraces designed and very scenic location, but without a car you should here better not have a vacation. The diversity and quality of the food are however steigerungafähig and are rather a three-star hotel. read more

The hotel want a' at home-atmosphere' mediate, and it was.
In 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, the rooms are well equipped, the size of the rooms is pleasant, couch, and tv.
The breakfast area is comfortable, if a little small. The breakfast do not overload, there is everything you need.

The hotel is a great combination of positive atmosphere created by staff, location and proper enough condition of the building. Nice service and kind care about their guests meet all principals of hospitality.
Doubtless the hotel requires renovation of some of its resources but all everyday problems if occurred seem so minor if they are solved with flying colours by well-wishing and helpful staff.

The booked suite with a view of the sea was not available. Instead it was a suite with a lateral view of the sea offered, with the claim, the price is the same, which wasn't the truth. On complaint was ersaztweise a vouchers for a dinner offered.
We older guests found we were allocated the suite not immediately in the extensive hotel and arrived a bit disoriented and frustrated with the luggage back to the front desk. Only on ask forced themselves to the 2. Receptionist us the path to show. A suitcase he took not into your hand. A ... training of the staff at the front desk is recommendable. read more

I (W) was with my daughter (15 years) for 5 days with half board in the Hotel Baia Cristal. We found the staff as very friendly, the selection of dishes was all right, it was always something there for every taste. On arrival ( 23 hours) was in the room fruit, sandwich and drinks ready ) the staff at the reception was us with any questions you may have. The waiters/ waitresses were friendly, also brought drinks at the pool bar, the it actually. Only inside was. valter was in the morning always the weather forecast. We enjoyed it very ... much, even when the hotel not all the new anymore. read more

The size of the hotel corresponded our expectations, the cleanliness in the room was good. We had a double room with a sea view and breakfast booked.
The view of the sea was a wall of the house crowned!,
The ambiance in the restaurant for breakfast showed in loud entertainment the waiter, gladly several tables way,
An English breakfast: scrambled egg, beans, bacon, boiled eggs, two types of sausage and cheese, always the same. Rolls, toast and a art wholemeal bread! The coffee and the orange juice were for southern standards still ok. Miss Danielle/ a had the preference set ... it to clean, that you on the chairs around 180° shot, which the guests the crumbs and other remains of the previously gefrühstückten guest on the back gave!
The volume with cutlery and cutlery was hard to beat and could also between 14:00 and 15,30 in the main building, balconies, bar and pool area excellent was to be taken. read more

The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. Everything is done, to the guests a vacation to remember possible.
The rooms are big, clean and cozy.
The view from the restaurant on the sea remained unforgettable.
The hotel has a wonderful, well maintained garden area.
The location, somewhat remote allows a quiet, relaxing vacation.
All hotel employees speak fluent English, some even spoke German very well.

A great room in a hotel, the optimal in the area fit. We were as a couple without children and had a car and so we could also outside of the hotel good move. Without a car it would have been a little too lonely defendendo, since it somewhat outside of the town Carvoeiro was.
The buffet we booked half board liked it. The selection of meat- and fish was good, as well as the quality of the food. The side dishes and salads, as well as a Rohkosttheke were for me personally very responsive. The bottomless fresh fruit for ... breakfast had however 'only' Supermarktqualität The fruit, the on the road the farmers directly sold, was very much better. Sausage and cheese at the breakfast buffet you could surely something can vary during the week. However there is a wide variety, both for muesli-, as well as for continental or English Frühstücksfans.
Service and spoke and expertise of the staff were great!
Altogether I would the hotel complex under above mentioned conditions definitely recommendable. read more

The hotel lies on the cliffs, very nice view. The staff are friendly, the food was varied and tasty. The hotel rooms are spacious. A rental car is however essential, in order to the area to meet. The beach is located in a distance of about 300 meters. The city of carvoeiro is located about 900 meters away. There are good shops and every evening entertainment programs at various locations. We had the stay with half board booked, but in town you could also good and cheap can eat. read more

The hotel has a very nice size, was flat (not a high rise building bomber) has a great entrance with enough parking spaces( rental car ) we had a great room with a terrace. Every day it was really clean made, beds bathroom etc.! The hotel has approximately 120 rooms. We had the half board with very delicious buffet from the orange juice to coffee rolls scrambled egg bacon sausages jams sausage cheese everything your heart desires. Evenings exactly the same always meat and fish, vegetables rice fries salads great delicious cakes and puddis everything. Average age was our ... period between and years. While we were there hardly any children no holidays. read more
