The reception in the very clean and cozy lobby of the hotel is already very good the vacation a. What the lobby promised, that holds the rest: on the cleanliness there was nothing to complain about, only the furniture in the rooms is a little worn. The universe inclusive achievements are not comparable with similar offered in Europa - in Punta Cana is the service very much better! The buffet restaurants, as well as the us used à la carte restaurants are good to very good. The guest structure was mixed: you will find nearly all nationalities, especially americans but ... also canadians, germans, italians russians. The average age was at our travel time was about 60 years. The hotel complex inside a park is beautiful and very clean. read more

    The room (deluxe ) is in terms of size very good. The furniture is a bit shabby, but very well maintained. The in the room existing jacuzzi was once used by us.     Since we mainly buffet visited, we can, of course, the best review. Because of the changing theme buffets was the food not boring. In the à la carte restaurants you need to have time wait up to 1 hour to the hotel, but at least in the steak house and ' mare nostrum ' is worthwhile the wait.     We only the beach use: great white sand, very clean! Disturbing is only the bad habit, by all nations attracts, that beach chairs with towels are reserved and on hours unused blocked. Furthermore my some guests, both are in the shade, as well as in the sun to reserve-it should be remedied! The loungers were partly somewhat worn, but overall clean! Through the many local 'umbrellas' (as small huts) and palm trees there is always shade, the one can visit. We didn't use the pool, since unlike to the beach, where always a wind, the air 'beach'.

    The hotel is directly at the beach, of our room there were 50 meters to get there. The transfer from the airport was as promised fast (about 40 minutes). The from the hotel program offered suited us perfectly. In of the lobby every evening live music, sometimes more loud than nice. The shopping street in the hotel is unfortunately very expensive! There it offers at, on the hotel shuttle service (free of charge) and to a shopping center to visit. But also here please do not too much expect.

Sailing with internal kats is in the all-inclusive. We visit the building since 2004 for the 5. time and ..., despite 3-year absence as love old friends welcomed and treated. In particular mr. The hotel is somewhat outdated- has a certain charm. The staff is very hard-working and everywhere dancing and singing there. The restaurants are in the all in all alright (to emphasize the japanese and brazilian). Only the 'italian & steak house' were not satisfactory. Here the guests with a pager and then up to 1,5 hours to wait were adequate-, although we could see the 9 tables half hour not cleared! The same also applies to the staff: very unfriendly and arrogant. One occurs oneself as a person 2. or 3. class. And the wait is not worth it-with ... italian it nothing at all to do. These unnecessary waiting period is unacceptable for the guest. The rooms are very spacious(we had a deluxe room) with a safe, refrigerator and air conditioner. Also close proximity to pool and sea was perfect. To summarize we had a relaxing hotel with a beautiful view to the sea - with some annoyances as mentioned above would describe. read more

My husband and i (76 u.70) were in february for the 4. time in the palladium palace. It has everything worked great (transfer airport-hotel) we have again a beautiful room get, villa 86 corner room upper floor. Every day it was clean. A tiny little thing, the hair dryer needs to be cleaned, wasn't a problem however, i had my own. The whole complex with the pools are very nice u, well maintained. A problem by the pool is always the same. The loungers already in the morning occupied and the people first came in the late afternoon from ... the beach to the pool. A i must mention, a lush about 60-year-old ' dame'kam over the whole pool area above without it (and the bells rang at bam) something unästhätisches pfui. But otherwise everything was great. Also at the front desk(Miguel) and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating even without giving any tip. The service from TUI was very good, was every day present. With a word it was once again a wonderful vacation and we take surely again Luise u.Helmut from Linz read more

In general a great vacation Miguel from the reception a special mention. Maids georgina also very pleasant and correct. However the new stäkhous very poor reception and very poor classification! Grand palladium in spite of the as palace this hotel not at all with a Riu standard of for example 4 stars to keep up. Naturally this is outdated hotel, but nothing else mind. The only negative i noticed unfortunately (for a 5 star hotel!) The sanitary installations by the pool/ beach rather dirty, every time clogged and simply disgustingly were. This is certainly also partly at the guests, thus the hotelreinigungskräfte much. An appropriate cleaning not any more fair, but on the first day after our arrival a türverschluss on toilet adopted, this was also the whole next 11 ... days not repaired. Cleaning of the rooms well, time of day times in the morning, once only at 16:30 hours, if we mostly already our room zurückwollten, as dawn began. Main restaurant (buffet) very tasty and varied Theme restaurants- not to exceed - should one however only times the possibility get to use it-there was no möglichzeit to the reservation! That means around 17,30 dressed, freshly made (men with long trousers is a must!) And hope! Since i have the reservierungsverfahren of Riu -a night before. Guests in the hotel - only canadians the pool for have been absorbing (Ballermann mood) and french. A nice vacation overall- however with small defects. read more

We were now already the 3. time in this complex and again it was great. The pool could again overhaul and sometimes also the showers in the room - are a bit shabby. However the hygiene is brilliant. The food could have been a bit more flavor. The staff's hospitality was perfect again. If we come again times into the dombre flies, i would book this hotel again. read more

The service in the hotel is good, all were mostly friendly. We have unasked for our honeymoon a room-upgrade to a loft suite. For the food there is a large selection and it tasted good. However is the table-ware often dirty. Apart from that the hotel is however well maintained. There are many entertainment possibilities. The beach is for Karibik quite full. It is also constantly of local occupied, the a to excursions and similar try to convince you. The sea was although azure, but also full seaweeds and seaweed. read more

Great hotel with a wonderful with hard designed giant garden area. The beach the hotel is certainly the nicest in this section. Certainly also the most beautiful hotel in the immediate nearby. Only drawback extremely unfriendly housekeeping, the ladies fit not at all to the otherwise friendly crew. read more

Basically all of the staff unbelievably friendly, in a good mood and really very accommodating. The really very impressed. For new year's was the hotel apparently fully booked, so that we the impression had, we are on the Ballermann! For the honeymoon not really entpsannt, but if you with several people would travel, it would be okay. The majority of the guests were americans, canadians and russians, from old to young. It was very much alcohol was drunk, which was positive, so that the a or other schnappsleiche around looked. The hotel complex was clean and the garden immaculate well ... maintained. The rooms rather average to poor. The food is okay, the cocktails rather mediocre so 5 stars it's never worth! Sorry! read more

    The room, so the first, was a catastrophe! Once we got the palace, but in the bavaro logged in. On the ground floor, the front door was also our patio door, so that one did not know times a little air can be. It smelled so musty in there! Disgusting! Apart from the humidity in the closet, a dry jeansjacke in a damp transformed! Well, no matter, is also at the sea... On the first night leaked in of the toilet and 3 cockroaches we visited. Not a problem, just in of the lobby call and then it's one with a large tin! The night was closed. Unfortunately the houses were also extremely clairaudient, if the other visitors at night to come home, you in bed. Nice, it is even if one then the humming jacuzzi of the neighbors tender will probably be woken up. On 3. day we had prügelnde and drunken canadians on of the terrace, our lawn chairs than kampfwekzeug used and thanks to a trail behind. The next morning or 3-4 hours later, i another rooms and we could then on the next day at 16:00 in a new room close to the beach, renovated and fresh in the palace area drag!     The food was always very varied. Breakfast, lunch and dinner you can in buffet form nehmen. Everything was clean. It is, however, what noisy, but that didn't disturb me not so great.     The waiters are all really very friendly, have so much positive energy, this is unbelievable. There one gladly gave tips. We had a few problems with our room, there one has then but relatively quickly. Everyone greets you, from the cleaning lady, the gardener, all! We have whole time in english, no one spoke german. I had previously by email notified, that our honeymoon is, the but has no interested. On arrival i was told, we had a fruit basket and a bottle of rum,. What to say is: there were for honeymooners a dinner at the beach restaurant really romantic and really really great! Even with a wedding cake! The beach was unforgettable!

    The entertainment i found fuchtbar! So loud, that you could not by the pool chairs. Also at the beach the entertainment was, not quiet. The pool was in a 'so' condition. Looked really nice, but broken tiles, with the closer look, make the picture a bit broken. The total guests of the pool bar are also rather daunting! The places under the umbrellas are in the morning at 6 hours reserved. No chance! The tennis court was also rather in a not so nice condition. But you could borrow everything. table tennis, Volleyball, badminton, paddle, Tennis and Midget Golf was for offer. Furthermore, you could also rent bikes, but you can the hotel complex really loose also on foot explore.

    From the airport to the hotel we got a taxi for 35 $taken, which was really fast. We are on an extensive street and on the way back we had briefly fear, the flight not live to be able to begin, but overall ok. The location at the beach is really beautiful. One had already at 10-11 hours to the beach, since the typical towel reservers also were already on the way. Which was totally sucks is the helicopter a permanently over your head around buzz, very loud and unpleasant. We have the hotel not leave, so that we also say can.

Absolute dream vacation. If it not now 2 days(!) Rain could have been, it would not only drawback to be. Room and cleanliness great. Food, so in many choices always good and plentiful. Sea right under your nose. Wonderful! Also with a child, really okay. Mistaken well-kept complex, for the size respect, the workers. read more

    Good, better... Very good. Always clean and for sleeping enough room. The only, if you are unlucky enough you catch a mattress so worn out is, the lower back pain not lack. Therefore, better in good english or spanish be prepared! Then not a problem!

With the whole extrà la carte restaurants and the 'normal' büfettrestaurantes is for the physical well-being well catered for. It tasted always. The grand palladium palace in combination with the Grand Palladium Punta Cana and the Grand Palladium Bavaro a huge resort. It belongs to the spanish fiesta hotel group. We stayed for 2 weeks in the villa 87 accommodated. The rooms the palace are in small bungalows which is around the pool to the beautiful sea.
