Unfortunately we were from the hotel staff several times very unfriendly treatment.
These two examples: the first night i was on the front desk intercepted with the question: 'what do you here?'. Then' is because in the hotel?'. After i was told had, followed as next question: 'what room number did you?'. So little welcome and rejected i actually never felt.
Another highlight: we sat as a family with two kids at the breakfast table, as a coworker of the hotel at the next table and with the guests there a discussion started. It was about the planned restructuring ... of the hotel. A point we must, as the employees, that in the future no children more in the hotel is should be. There was a detailed discussion on loud and naughty children, and its inefficient parents, this, particularly the staff negative about children. Unfortunately this conversation so loud run, that we not ignore could. I would like to stress, that my children during the entire stay in the dining room well behaved. They are not run around and were mostly quiet. This is precisely why we ourselves about this staff especially annoyed. I have nothing against hotels seeking adults are reserved, but that is true for this hotel the time evenly (still) not to.
The hotel is in a dream-like location, nice sea view, good and varied food, room for 4 persons was rather small, but ok. About the mildew on the wall below the window you could be overlooked. Nice small indoor swimming pool and spa. If only the people a little nice would be, you could really feel comfortable. So you could only as a disruptive factor before. The hotel offers a very good service and the choice of food leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately these very good services of the staff by the old structure undone. For one week as for us, it is. However for a longer stay i would all inclusive and the Turkey prefer. We had a junior suite with time view of the sea booked, got however with a direct view of the sea. Plus point. But we were on the size the suite disappointed. Bathroom small and no more than standard. Food was fine but it was missing the kick. Four star for our experiences a bit much 3.5 would be more appropriate. read more

Good, very clean hotels with the best location cala millor. By far the nicest staff and the best atmosphere which i for 10 years experienced.
The design has the charm of the 80. years, but everything renovated. Fantastic ocean views from the balcony. Really clean, really friendly, again and again! read more

We were to second time in this hotel and we decided to go back felt really good. The hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped. Everything is available. The hygiene is excellent. Everywhere is the whole day cleaned. In the restaurant there was a good atmosphere. The choice of food is great and tasty. You get in the restaurant a fixed table, which we found to be very pleasant. The beach is located directly in front of the hotel. The guests in the hotel was somewhat older. We have nice older people met. We will definitely be ... back soon. read more

Clean, quiet, manageable hotel directly between the shopping promenade and the promenade.

We have this hotel already in the past year booked, because it was too our day of arrival was overbooked, we were 2011 for one night in a different hotel misplaced, it was also good and we had a as compensation for the one night a drink voucher received.
Since the Playa del Moro then liked a great deal ( rooms are very clean, food is great, staff friendly and so on) we have this year again for the Playa del Moro decided.
Now comes the scoop. With a firm belief, that the transfer in 2011 for one night just ... a slip-up' was, we were at the 20-09-12 after the trip there at the front desk of the hotel and was completely dry and unemotionally told, that you no room for us, and we instead in the sister hotel Castell del mar be moved.
I think it an absolute insolence and apparently is verlegerei the business model this hotel to really everything beds to reserve. We had already in February booked! As reason got we mentioned, if groups are coming, the same 2 weeks, are these not separated and one has then evenly bad luck had.
As mentioned, the hotel is oK, but as you with its guests at overbooking bypass is unacceptable! Mess! read more

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and big enough. Unfortunately are right many older people there, so all this is ( for example evening agenda/ activities). Positive should be emphasized in any case the staff, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant, they were always friendly and have all wishes fulfilled immediately. They all understood German, and if the didn't work, you could also very good with hands and feet inform itself :-)
All together a very relaxing vacation what you really could enjoy! read more

I had the room with the number 216. The rooms from 215 to 219 were sideways against the road orientated. In the 1st floor on this side of the building the fan/air conditioner appropriate. The blower this complex runs almost the whole day ( in particular at night) and produced significantly noise. If you noise-sensitive is, is sleep with the window open difficult. Also, the noise-Emissions from the neighboring hotel because of the events by the pool considerably. The main courses were not very nicely arranged and the pool was a a whistle ( was always the same spicy and/or ... salty). The hotel have a renovation the facilities necessary. My room door lock had curled up and pinches with the opening and closing. The door had a gap and wrote poetry therefore against the course not at all from. A clean refined hotel with charm and ambience. Friendly waiters and generous designed room coupled with a direct view of the sea and directly at the beach make this hotel now for the 5 time in the pleasant experience. The food is varied. Very well presented and fresh. All ages are represented. Of grandma with grandchild until teen everything is there. Different nationalities, swiss, English and so on but no flood. The Playa del Moro is clearly getting old.
We had the rooms 716 and 718.
Room 718 it stank dreadfully there every day the old-line phones in the bathroom with the heat are toppled over.
The problem seems to be well known as in the bathroom many air a refreshment throughout vegetated are.
On the complaint is you said you will take care of it but it was more than a little toilet Cleaner was made.
The hotel itself comes probably from the sixties. Was again and again renovated but rather bad.
However was the friendliness, as well as food ... is great. The animator I on the edge noise than a guest says the many of the good food return.

The hotel complex looks very well kept. Both in the outdoor area, the really beautifully designed with palm trees,, as well as in the hotel itself everything was very clean.
The hotel offers half-board for. However you can at the pool bar also in any case order something, if outside the meal times the small hunger plagued.
To our stay there were only a few children in the hotel and very lots of German guests in the hotel. read more

Very beautiful hotel, that you always further recommend can. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the front desk and some waiter speak German. Only downside, is the bathroom. Here is the toilet very close to the washbasin.
The location is great. Directly at the beach and in the town center, nevertheless very quiet. read more

In July we were in the Playa del Moro and were very satisfied. As already written was, what negative are looking for it will find. The rooms are for 2 people big enough and everything was very clean. The food kills an initial because of the variety. However repeat most meals daily so you eventually difficulties has something suitable to find. The food was but always tasty. The only thing which me in the restaurant bothered us was, that the cleanliness the table-ware in principle to be desired left and in the outdoor area smoking is allowed, so you sometimes ... during the food to smoked was. The staff were always friendly and the plates were always cleared away quickly. Which one also positively mention is the front desk. The staff speaks almost accentless German and always with advice and act to the side. read more

Great hotel, pleasant staff, very good food - we were very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were cleaned properly, the food was way too good ( Gewichtzunahme pre-programmed ), very varied, whoever complained here because I would like to know what the at home food. The staff nice and accommodating. Internet-check in was at the front desk in the Castell del Mar Done (sister hotel) if Mallorca then definitely again Playa del Moro. We can recommend the hotel for 100%. Who looks for bad is certainly also a bit. But we were there for spend your holiday and US ... to relax. The was fully fulfilled. read more
