Room 407 is for guests with claustrophobia a real impertinence. Why? The room even is one of the largest in Hilton/Bremen, but it is quasi none window! Unbelievable, but true. The room 407 is located on the 'luxury floor ', but has only about 50 cmx50 centimeter small peephole as 'window'. As a highlight then additionaly, that through the peephole a thick iron rod runs. Per the location, can't be beat. Minus: check in only with credit card possible, despite reservation, no EC-card, for cash deposit-impossible, had 1 double and 1 single room (for my 81-year old mother) the not any credit has, underground car park (€20, -) in floor -4, more than just cramped, the gentleman above me came with his car several times not around the corner. Friendliness at reception held itself within limits. I am aware of the american system of credit cards quite aware, am however in Bremen. Room meter meter after for a 4 star hotel anymore. Shower only in ... the bathtub possible, that means on a high edge climbing, great for an elderly lady. (thank god my mother on this day waived). Twice ask for invoice for the double room, going home, notice, that this is wrong. That was nothing! read more

I have since some years on a regular basis to this hotel and i do so anytime very gladly again. Professionalism in every department, particularly the front desk was friendly and quick.
Special mention the breakfast, it is very rich in the diversity and convinced by the excellent quality under the management of a always cheerful and friendly frühstücksleiterin.
The location is central and you the hotel with the tram in 12 minutes from the airport. read more

Just a great city hotel directly at the old town. On foot the river to various restaurants, outside sitting, 10 minutes on foot.
The rooms are really nice and the breakfast first class.
Only the expensive parking fees next door at the garage cloudy the whole.

Check in: assured is in writing a early -check in, whereas as someplace else also with the words' one is always make an effort', here it is unfortunately also there. When we arrived we were different terrain in a friendly way, but our suite (540) not yet available and we asked again in about 1-one and a half hour visit, where you our luggage kindly already in the luggage room window, which we also as a positive aspects.
Of al we then after about half an hour once again at the front desk and we show the same nice girl ... found informed this, the suite unfortunately still not available stood. Normally is possible the rooms from about 15 hours available and we had already 1:30 P. M. When I asked what you could do, as we were still a early check in assured mixed to once a snotty employee, from behind the front desk nearby rooms coming, and asked us' what do you expect? You know the rooms is possible only starting from 3:00 P. M. available. Take a look in a rate again by or from 3:00 P. M. as everyone normal other guest also. '. Inside the jaw quite far down, so some say you are not a guest, especially not if you are over days correspondence this run has. On a repeated quiet demand in my opinion, if it really nothing there, which one could do said the same snotty employee after short check the reservations, that the suite exchange could (520 instead of 540) which we immediately bejahten, since we now already about two hours for the suite have been expecting. ' since we have no certain suite (except in a quiet location.) wanted and to respect the suite suspected, that this the night hadn't even used, since both the work -, as well as in the bedroom the tv program with date friday, the 12-10-2012 turned down was.
The suite itself. Reasonable size, bathroom a middle to large disaster. We are talking here about a suite and have a real mini -bathroom receive, where not even two people at the same time ready without the other on the feet, so as we had in standard -rooms other houses respectively even other houses this chain ( for example Hilton Garden Inn what stars moderately lower is.) much bigger bathroom found. Disturbing were the one or another mold in the bathroom and the a bit calcified duschbrausekopf whereas this in view to partly other hotels this chain as a part of kept. Furthermore a bad smelling odor from the plumbing problems in the bathroom. The usual hairs in the bath respectively on the bed/ the pillows of other/ previous guests we therefore also not much further bother any longer. The location in the 5th floor with a view of the weser was ok., unfortunately you have however sometimes the central air conditioning is, so that one partly in bed toss had, as this was partly very annoying background noise had difficulty to sleep.
About an hour after the suite came also the room service and brought us the reservation desired 'two einzelbettdecken ', whereby the employee of the 'house keepings ' apparently not before said that we have in the suite are, as the door opened and we were quite surprised were you already behind us in the bedroom state, without any knock respectively notification itself at all. It was also quite shocked us here too, this has then however also several times apologetic.
From the service we apart as 22,00 Euro/ 24 hours ( quick connection) respectively 17,00 Euro / 24 hours (' standard -connection) or 10,00 Euro/ hour really is not seasonable any more and other equivalent chains international already the free wi-fi has imported.
The food was adequate and the dishes quantitatively, as well as qualitatively tasted ( for example the breads, pretzel sticks, scrambled egg, bacon, jams ( hero, Holland) etc.), and some warm dishes already, although newly refilled, cold and the pickled dosenbirnen unfortunately already a very drunk taste and in my opinion also not more verzehrfähig were. Breakfast at the sunday there are from 06:30 to 11:00 and we were about 08:45 A. M. for breakfast what seemingly a very frequented time of day is, since there were as good as all tables taken. Nevertheless one was quickly and accommodating served. Unfortunately could you please in our opinion in vorfelde the breakfast for us to canceln, unfortunately not more offspring, since this, when booking, by cash in advance was paid and no prior period reservation wanted to make.
Whilst checking out we were friendly and treated you asked us, whether everything ok is, here we have the aforementioned points, such as with the central air conditioning and the bathroom addressed what you apparently also good understood, the usual 'apology' came, whereby we would then be of both sides also joked had the construction of the building unfortunately not change and this' problem' certainly still other guests would keep.
Parking costs way 20,00 Euro/ 24 hours and whilst checking out is the of the country Bremen imported tourismusbettensteuer due.
All together the hotel I can, apart from the somewhat snotty staff (. Maybe you a bad day.) warmly recommend, because it amongst others very centrally located. read more

The Hilton is located directly in the center, only a ' few steps' to the historic Rathaus and the bremen city musikanten. The 'butcher', the amusement area at the weser promenade are only approximately 300 meters. The rooms, approximately 22 meters², are - as always in the Hilton - clean and modernly furnished.
The underground car park the home is equipped with 20 euros,- per day not cheap, but in the city.

Very beautiful hotel, the 'forbidden' city (hsv-insider ) to explore. However without timely advance bookings also a very expensive fun! Double room costs on 200,00 Euro plus 24,00 Euro breakfast per person, but the breakfast everything, that you ask for. The parking in the city centre under the hotel costs 20,00 for one day. The windows to the street can not remain opened, since the noise from the street just too loud is. It works the air conditioning very good and silent. Wellness area really clean, many towels and long opening hours; only the temperature of the ... sauna is unfortunately only at 60 degrees c. the location in the city centre and the schnoor quarter, as well as the river weser is ideal. read more

I was with my 17-year old daughter over the weekend in the hotel.
Before one complained, first questions. The rooms for prescribing reasons not be greater. The mini bar is sealed to show, for her new guest 'fresh' and was refilled. The pool and sauna are clean and modern. Every evening a couple more trains.
We had no breakfast included, but we were on the last morning breakfast to the room ordered. One crosses in the evening before all on one card, which one wants to have, also coffee and choco and milk and, and. There is so much, that the two of us a breakfast enough. It could use a larger family of which full can. Delicious!

For a weekend break to Bremen booked and not disappointed have been: the hotel has a great location ( shops, sight seeing and Weser promenade right around the corner) and is nevertheless quiet. Check in and check out fast and uncomplicated. Room- and the size of the bath were for the short stay ok. Small impurities / dust in the bathroom and signs of wear, but not large beanstandungswert. Great delicious Hilton-breakfast with a large selection and really good quality of ingredients. Particularly praiseworthy the staff, the in any case unaufgesetzt friendly there for the guests was. The hotel is very central but nevertheless peacefully located. To the individual sights ( old town -market Square, Roland, cathedral, as well as Butcher or schnoor quarter) are no more than five minutes on foot. In the immediate area are also various stops for bus and train.
Mornings before breakfast another swim or the sauna, respectively in the fitness room; a lot is possible. This was our second time there and are definitely coming again, if we Bremen visit. Only drawback is but a bit limited facility, where the breakfast could be eaten. Last year in the back area tables ... made available. This year we had to ( about 5 minutes) wait, until a table for four persons was empty. If the hotel strong is booked, enough space to 'rush hour' not from. Positive is however, that a power outage ( why always ) in the room within a very short time fixed was. read more

The Hilton is appropriate for super central and is ideal for a short trip to Bremen.
