Careful when booking!
If you a four-star hotel with the direct beach area bay, then a dump of the long run down and there it smells not even after the sea.
As soon as their booking confirmation 'annex' is then they have already lost. I have just returned here in the hotel and there are at least further 50 guests from Germany the exactly verarscht have been.
With the complaints you can't further as the organizer says' sorry not my problem',
The travel agency blaming everything on the travel agent and the hotel manager 'Sorry, we are full'.
A ... Transfer from the side clarified costs 50% of the already paid price.

We were for 2 nights to this hotel vertrachtet. We had booked the Annabella diamond with 5 stars. It is the purest rip-off. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel what we have ever experienced. We didn't dare anything touch. Everything was in very bad condition. In short: never again in this area! read more

The main building was only a half year built and is therefore in very good condition. The annex - building, where we stayed, is already somewhat older but it was always clean. There the building already somewhat older is it looks for some guests perhaps dirty, but we can not bestägigen, it was always clean. We ate mostly in the main building, there were all very nice. Most could even speak German. It always in demand, whether and what we wanted to drink. Clear we had always by the underpass, not really dirty. Clear was dirt, because we outside were ..., but if you are the underpasses in Germany the trams as well, these are much schnutziger. It was never trash there. The other guests were nice and quiet. There were also many germans there. And as we during the vacation there were, were some families in the hotel. But most families were in the main building, which makes it in the annex building was very quiet-) also were lots of young couple in the annex building. Only if you want to party, you should someplace else again, as it in the hotel no disco returns. read more

For every meal time you had to to the other building on the gegebüberliegende side, which was fine, because you do most of the time was. The pool the annex -building is terrible. You can see the chlorine really in the water! And rings discolor. The repairman come in when they want. And if the cleaning ladies towels forgot and you want to say, one must inform oneself with hands and feet because they understand not a word of English or German. You weren't vorgewahnt, that water pipes changed and then you just no water at various times. Stay in ... the other building was quite nice. The only negative were the numerous Russians! read more

Never again this hotel, we flew in the holiday in order to completely tired and came back, this was not because we had a lot of fun, but because the 97% of the other guests were really impossible behaved themselves. The doors were slammed it was yelling until around the sun on. The staff could not speak any German, only a waiter, the rooms look like a mess broken sink, dirty shower, stained from previous guests on the bed sheets, pillows and blankets, the tv didn't work had to repair myself. Although there were cleaning staff but we still don't ... know what every day made the room just like we have left! The area around avsallar is really beautiful and very clean beach as you really feel comfortable but not in this alleged three star hotel, where you get the stars? You do get paid? read more

We stayed at the Annabella garden building, when we asked the Annabella beach. At the beach there was the restaurant, the bar and Josef BECH the way to the beach, so that we the way through an absolutely ugly underpass and far away on a street along diverted, to our all inclusive services. The garden was only the room and the pool. The rooms, we got after a complaint (the first room had a bathtub, the renovation was painted with white paint), was okay as well. The cleaning lady was also very thorough. The pool was very small and the ... entire pool area very ugly. Both at the pool bar, as well as at the beach bar was shortly before 12:00 P.M. the light off, even when you were still playing cards or anything like that, we didn't mind. The food in the restaurant was the worst for years. We were very often in avsallar, since one of the restaurant was almost bad. There was always a hot dish. If it was fish, you want or you just had bad luck. If the jam at breakfast foamed, the foam liquidity only. With the warm meal there was always meat (except fish, once chicken and once in 14 days kebab), but always in a different form, time around, Times square, some large, even small. Really disgusting! So you can only recommend the hotel! The only good thing was the beach, though you the cushions for the beach chairs on request and payment got. read more
