We (2 adults, one child) chose this apartment house decided, as we directly at the beach want to be. The protur is however already very much ' in the years' old, our impression of the facilities but only stars, for the location yet times a star earned. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms (approximately 45 meters² ) on the 6. floor - here one should however be free from giddiness, if you on the balcony would like to sit. The living area is spacious, 2 sitzsofas, the kitchenette is very small, to cook rather unsuitable, there were only 2 ... hotplates, table with 5 chairs ok, the bed rooms are small and functional, the mattresses hard, but at least not saggy, the bathroom had bath tub. The cleanliness: The cleaning ladies did not come on friday, sunday and tuesday, so it was with the cleanliness not so good-also one even toilet paper in the recipe. Get had. The other guests come mainly from Germany, now in october many over 60, and Netherlands, Scandinavia. read more

    We had an apartment. With 2 bedrooms, approximately 45 meters², it is very functional decorated and have already gotten very old, the mini-kitchenette is ok, enough for breakfast and in between snack, really cook you can, as only 2 hotplates, which was very long to warm, there was no coffee machine, no water heater, no spaghettisieb, no cleaning (mop, detergent, good knives, the, i am expressing itself) no oven, only a microwave to heat. The fridge is also very small and was totally rusted. The bathroom is okay, unfortunately it stunk badly of cloaca, luckily we had a window, (there are also only on the eckappartm.) Otherwise you could hardly staying there. The apartment has a telephone. We had a lcd tv with 5 german channels. Unfortunately no radio, positive: in a wardrobe the safe, very big, so even a handbag fit in. The bed rooms are small approximately 8 meters², a with a view of the sea, the other view of the rather drab backyard, the closet was big enough, balcony is also very big, with a table and chairs and a small was-clothes line (brackets please bring your own!) The building itself could get a fresh coat of paint.

    Dining there weren't, but cook one cannot in these miniküchenzeilen not really, if you more than 2 people, with children it is difficult, since there was only 2 hotplates. A recommendable restaurant there is right on the back of the proturs, the amapola grill restaurant.

    The front desk is friendly and full all day, speak nearly all german, the cleaning of the rooms is not so good to rather bad, as mentioned: of our stay near 10 days also only 5 times deseamed, the beds were not at all freshly referred, towels gave it also only every 2 days new. Unfortunately we had bad luck, in one of the bedrooms was the window do not open, it was also directly a mechanic, the the window but not repair them, thus had it always left open, which in turn referred the downside, the very noisy especially at night was, because the sea, the waves (especially now in the autumn) very loud roared. Also in the bathroom we arrived after 1 day the shower rod from the walls down, it was immediately repaired, after further days worked the microwave not more, we got a new, but old and dingy, but they worked at least. For children there is nothing, beach toys you can buy everywhere, bicycles (about 6, -to 9,- Euro per day) can be borrowed, there is a children's playground in the place. Leisure facilities, such as boat trips, in places such as sa coma, Cala Bona be booked. If you Ballermann-people need is in Cala Millor in the wrong place. Evening, you could nice stroll along, the shops close only at 22 o'clock. To the airport by car it is a good 1 hour with the bus must be at least 2 hours be expected.

We drive already many years in this apartment complex - we feel every year warm welcome. The apartments are very spacious, were this year new furnished, the küchenequipment is completely but would for 4 people a little bit (gnp 1 large bowl). Closets are sufficiently available. Bathroom with a shower in the bathtub also spacious and sufficient. The apartments are because of the spanish architecture and the floor tiles very badly soundproofed, it is advisable at least 5 floor in advance to choose. The staff are but what the quiet apartmentsuche concerns very helpful and extremely friendly, also the cleaning ... staff. The location is great - directly at the beach. In the lower part of the building are grocery stores and restaurants, but we 800 meters away Lidl-market use. Than bathing -relaxing vacation far away from all inclusive a very good recommendation. read more

The apartment and the balcony is above average size. Clean and tidy. Cleaned all 1-2 days including towel change. Sheets 1 times changed. The furniture is simple, but the entire apartment felt comfortable and attractive. From the balcony a super view of the see. We felt very good. read more

    Rooms are simple, but absolutely comfortable, clean and rather large. Air conditioning system functioned perfectly. Tv with about 5 german channels we hardly used. Coffee maker does not exist, but a filter to brew. Safe costs per day 2 Euro. There was no hair dryer. Only and sometimes really unpleasant is the plumbing through the bathroom without windows.

    The shuttle from the airport takes about 1,5 hours. To the beach it is a stone's throw away. The loungers are but for our opinion totally overpriced. Per couch 4 €on the day, an umbrella in addition 4 Euro. Shopping directly at the area or in the pedestrian area, about 500 meters away. Especially recommendable the restaurant is 'sol d'oro ', also directly at the area. Excursion possibilities there were several. We enjoyed the scenic drive toward mitgemscht, the was really great. The optional food in Arenal we can however for 12€ not recommend. Small seezungenfilet with potatoes, tasted like from the microwave. The vegetables as well. There were around to significantly nicer offers.

The room had double bedroom, living room bathroom and open kitchen with dining corner. Territorially it was very good, with flat screen tv, but just a few German channels. The furnishings the kitchenette is very poor, old burned pots, no colander, no kettle Coffee machine. The two kochplatten the were available, were heartbreaking, as if on a small kerzenstöfchen cook would, very bad and were very weak, in other words noodle cook about one and a half hours to complete. The cleaning of the rooms was the purest disaster, the room was after the cleaning dirtier than before the cleaning ..., as the charwoman hardly the mopping water has changed, and therefore the dirt other apartments mit and brought only weiterverteilte. Otherwise with amoniak were swept which brute stank. Smells also the bathroom, as there are always after the drain smell. The places to sit in the living room had after urine stunk, probably before us small children slept or what always. On the wall where the dining corner was down the entire wall very bad moldy, we have extra chlorine bought and it poured so that we no spores inhalation. Was really disgusting. Should definitely somewhat against be made. read more

    The hotel is in the first meereslinie and it is only approximately 65 meters to the beach. All around are plenty of shops, where you can get everything you need what your heart desires. So if you in the morning, sometime up, you go for example in the small market at the hotel corner. We were as 6 -headed family verrelst and had a 2 bedroom -apartment. The Living-bedroom was very Large. The beds all had supermatratzen also in the living room were quite new. A flat screen TV for a fee you get the remote control. Staff are very friendly. Distance to the beach simply great. A Stone's Throw away. You can eat right under the hotel. Shops as sand at the sea. Self catering you can't get better meeting. Daily cleaning if the sign all times. Unfortunately no coffee machine. Who on vacation no luxury need is in the right place here. read more

Good location in southern district, about 10 minutes the best beach on the southern district shortly before of the peninsula, beach in front of the hotel could be better seaweed cleaned. With 2 bedrooms in the 5th floor, with a view of the sea after north-east. Respect: bicycle- and mini-e-bikes very close - as well as a Segway station directly at the beach, the free try and group tours for example on the peninsula ... organized, which one definitely participated should! read more

The apartment-hotel is super convenient, about 20 to the beach you can see the sunrise every morning, Pure view of the sea, brilliant. The sunset we could also see, were in &. Stick accommodated, everything at all not a problem, as elevator. In the apartment was everything available: plenty of dishes, glasses etc. Fridge really clean. The hotel has no pool however as mentioned 20 meters to the beach and sea and that is large enough. Service really friendly. Had a rental car over 2 days, everything was easy to. The safe is also great, since personal combination can be ... entered, tv costs 15€ deposit, But impeccably get back. In the hotel opposite is evenings from 21 hours until at least 23 hours animation, afterwards almost absolute peace, You have to walk a bit, between 5 and 10 minutes to lively Strip to come. Bars you will find on every corner, the restaurant 'Gunther' s Bahia and the Oro del Sol, were really delicious, the menu-Maps are in German, English and Spanish. The people are there extremely friendly, which the vacation yet beautiful makes. Leg to check out, we had only the rooms -card, that was it already. Anytime again, are again next year again. Could't find any flaws. read more

The furniture is on a old standards. The Stove you had to half an hour before the cook to make, so that one at all could cook! The fridge did not cool as much as it should & freezer was broken! The newest in the room was the TV. The air conditioning & the view to the sea were perfect. read more

Now we were already for the second time in the PROTUR hotel and for the October also planned. The view is simply dreamlike. From the bed you could the sunrise over the sea watch. Breakfast in the sun with great view. Really relaxing. The food at * Yolanda & Maxi * was again fantastic. Before breakfast a little jogging and then immediately fresh rolls shop by the hotel. read more
