The Hotel is an excellent place to relax in the hot Egyptian sun All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially at the outside bar and at the Mexican and Asian a la carte restaurants. On the first night that we visited the Italian a la carte, the service was great. However, on the second night we visited the restaurant was full and only two staff were serving and the service was poor. The hotel was very clean and cleaners were constantly cleaning around the pool and preparing it for the summer season. The majority of guests were Russian ..., French or German but there were some British. read more

    Large room with two single beds. Would have been better if we had been given the rooms that we requested as we e-mailed the hotel three times and received no reply. The condition was good and the equipment was all in good nick. Except the shower door which would not close properly meaning that a lot of water escaped on to the bathroom floor making it very slippy.

    There was one main restaurant in the hotel which served breakfast, lunch, evening meal and supper. On top of this there is 4 a la carte restaurants (Asian, Oriental, Italian and Mexican). There was a large range of food in the main restaurant however a lot of it focused on Russian and German foods. The price for all places to eat was included in the All Inclusive package.

    Other than the service one time in the Italian restaurant the service was excellent. One member of staff Hosni from the outside bar was always trying to improve his English and all of the staff seemed to speak some English. The hotel handled complaints excellently. For example, one night we complained that food in the main restaurant was cold. Later when some of our party returned to their room there was a plate of smoked salmon and a large bowl of fresh fruit.

    The beach and pool were in excellent condition. Some of the sunbeds on the beach were old and broken which was annoying sometimes when the beach was packed. The evening entertainment in April let it down but I have been told it improves for the summer season. The animation team rarely came to us during the day to ask if we wanted to join in any activities. In the two weeks we stayed there we were asked once. Activities include: Zumba, Aerobics, Shuffle Board, Darts etc. The animation team included no English speaking people.

    The distance to the beach is excellent as the resort has its own private beach that it shares with the sister hotel Sunrise Gardens. The airport is a maximum of 15 minutes away from the hotel. There is a shopping mall around 10/15 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are a range of shops including many British brands and a large supermarket. We traveled with Thomas Cook and there were a lot of chances for excursions, we chose not to go on any but did book a trip on a glass bottom boat with blue waves boat trips based on the resort grounds.

The Sentido Palace Mamlouk is a great resort with a lot of potential. The common areas in the main building and the pool area are beautiful. Recently rebranded from the Sunrise group, you could see however that a lot of cleaning up was needed to bring it back to its original splendor. A lot of the wood and paint was bleached from the sun and they were working hard to get it ready for the summer. So I think, although it wasn’t perfect yet, it will be gorgeous by July. read more

    The first room we had was really bad. As with the rest of the hotel, the level of finishing and repairs looked really cheap. Also we had asked for a double bed and got 2 twin beds. After a complaint we got an upgrade to a junior suite, which was much better as far as size, but still looking a bit worn down. However, considering the first room, we were so happy that we booked the upgrade for the rest of the week. What we didn’t know was that the music played under our window till 10:30pm and that the people leaving the pub at 2am, also exited the main building through the door below our window. The windows were very poorly isolated so it was a fixed wake-up call. After the closing of the bar, the staff started moving the furniture, but instead of lifting them, they just shoved them over the floor with all the noise that came with it. This is certainly something the management should better train their staff on, as well as having a security guard at the door around closing time of the Victoria bar. Finally at 7am they started vacuuming and shoving al the furniture back, so we woke up around that same time. Conclusion, sound is a problem for all the rooms in the main building. If you can select a room in the remote bungalows which hold +/- 20 rooms each, but ask for the pool side, because the outside view is not really nice.

    Food at the buffet was just OK, but the restaurants were very good. Recommendations for the Asian and Mexican restaurant. The Italian was a little bit less. All-inclusive drinks was not so good. Although all alcoholic drinks were include, it was local produce, which meant really bad. Regretfully they had cancelled the super all-in program to get the real brands. I guess the West Europeans would certainly take it. I don’t think the Russians really minded .

A very good hotel. We are already for the 4. time in Egypt and were in the Mamlouk for the first time. We are definitely coming again gladly to this hotel. The staff was always friendly and in a good mood and had a very pleasant holiday. Especially our nice waiter in the main restaurant (akmal younes chain) was always friendly and zurvorkommennd. read more

    The rooms are well equipped and the balcony with a table and chairs. We had our room on the 2. floor with partial traumvollen sea view. The bathroom is not the newest but always cleaned really well.

    Of the food was in the Mamlouk always excellent and diverse. The fact that every evening another issue was the food never monotonous. In the à-la-carte restaurant we were in the mexican and asian where we both highly recommend. The waiters in the restaurant were always friendly and accommodating without working thereby importunately. Especially with my friend akmel from the main restaurant, i was very well understood.

    Our rooms were always clean and very well maintained (room 30306) something you don't in every hotel in Egypt can say. At the reception we were by mr Hassan (the good spoke german) during the whole stay well taken care of.

    The hotel is in a very good location. Short driving directions from the airport, directly opposite the kumköy shopping mile with the Cleopatra-center and also the senzo shopping mall times you can easily reach it on foot.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. The food is very diverse, varied and very good quality. The staff is really very friendly and tried hard, we have many of them (in only a week) them into our heart! Some details in the area of hygiene one may perhaps not european maßstaben fairs, but if you're not fussy is, can a great vacation spend. We have in any case felt very comfortable and can the complex recommend with a good conscience. read more

We are for the 3. time in Egypt and our request was only this time, the cold in Germany to escape and a beach vacation to enjoy. We are as a family flew, 2 adults and one child(9 years) and that we had also! Our room had already several weeks not been used and it had also smell, but we thought, time will be. Unfortunately were our expectations too high, because (faecal ) odor came from the mattress and remained stubbornly up to our check out are, what we already light würgereize reaction. Near 3 persons we had only 2 ... beds and had several occasions instructions, they gave us a extra bed like! That is unacceptable, which we for 3 people booked. According to hotel description should soft drinks in the fridge his, that was not the case and were only brought, when we also times in the shortcoming pointed out. Also the 'please do not disturb sign was missing and the bags was also never part of the room. The existing water bottles and the tv were so full of dust, we only right to the adoption came, the this room for a very long time not was already occupied. Here and there small to strong flaws, but that is well-known. The cleaning of the rooms was tidy, even if you with sprays attempted the disgusting odor to remove, the hung but persistent in the mattress. The service through our tour operator GTI, was here unfortunately 'klein' written, closer i will not comment on, you would be better advised this hotel with the following tour operators to book: Neckermann Is While we were there, there were very many locals to visit, what we have no vacation in Egypt and the behavior, especially in the restaurant area much to be desired left. You had the plates up to the top of the filled up, a lot left and the tables and the environment looked afterwards as a ' fressarie' from. Scary for us europeans fully vermummten women, where only the eyes saw and with this garb in the pool! Russian tourist were also very plentiful represented, but they were very personable. The animation was actually the 'best' on whole vacation! Even if all animateure 'russians' were, in 3 languages (english, russian and even german ) the vacationers enthusiastic. Children's entertainment and care on the days (which we only 1 times had used) kids disco every evening at 20:00 o'clock in the theatre and afterwards was showtime. At 7 days the week another program and this was 3-speaking moderated! Great thumbs up for the entertainers in this complex. Annoying as in every year, the 'latch' a by the pool a trip or excursion or fabulous imprint wanted. Unfortunately there were only a few intelligent, if you the offer refused, because none could understand, we only wanted to relax! The beach area was great, but we, due to the water temperature, not used! But there were at least the possibility, the 'latch' by hanging a small red fähnchens from the neck to keep. Everywhere where you went there were small stations, where you can have a eating and drinking could, also very nice. The possibility the use the à-la-carte -restaurants we tried once and very dissapointed the occasion were! The food was simple a catastrophe, whereas the staff much friendly as in the main restaurant! The neighboring area with use and we had a 2 heated pools available. But be careful, the towels you had to of its facilities and could then to other facilities! The main restaurant also had 2 office spaces, each ' waiter ' another method had the guests frighten away: On the one hand you had to(when 3 persons) at a large table set, since the 4. tables only with a cover for 2 lapses were-it was too probably pedantic all 4 squares to ceilings. On the other side we wanted to get it right and sat right at the large table, where we again scares away were, because. We are only 3., as if on a 4. ran, although the also only with a 2. cover were provided. Well, after a week you had the trick then out. Alcohol without sense and sensibility spent, the cocktails were simply only badly! Caution on the way the senzo mall! We were greeted by 2 teenage pushy is, without always electronic toys offer wanted. In the hotel we then feast, our trouser pockets emptied were-and we didn't hear anything! The same thing happened a hamburger couple, only had the less lucky as we (for us it was only about 40 €) at it acted around 250 €, from a backpack, under the sweater was, stolen! After 2012, we were in the Mamlouk for the 2. time. We were naturally curious, whether with the change of ownership to 01-11-2012 to Sentido something has changed, although the operators still the sunrise group is. We have again spend a very nice vacation. We read other reviews again and again once problems in the hotel or staff. Just as much the hotel the satisfaction of the guests very important. Therefore always with the responsible the problem address. Generally very quickly and the guest help. We are again with Neckermann traveled. It has worked out well. Short wait time at the airport, the transfer was short and in the hotel we were then Omar, a staff of the partner agency of Neckermann in Hurghada expected. It has everything the front desk managed. Old dates in sunrise saved, we have again exactly the same room as every year previously earned. We were right at the beach accommodated. Thus were the ways to the main building and restaurant very far (circa 350 meters), but so we had at least from and to a bit of exercise. Also the check-out took place on time, as well as all booked excursions were very good from the Neckermann-partners organized and carried out. This time we have a quad tour (circa 2 hours) and our snorkeling trip with the Neckermann-partner in the hotel booked. The snorkel excursion led us to mahmaya beach ( privatabschnitt ), the much more expensive (about 20 Euro per person) was the trip to the paradise beach, which is also at the beach from the local offerer advertised. The schiffsabfahrt was not at the hotel-investors, but the Marina in Hurghada (20-30 minute bus ride). The ships were only with single language groups (the local providers usually very mixed) occupied, so german among themselves. Also the number of the mitreisenden per ship the compact framework, so that each lots of space had. The trip was from a german-speaking guide accompanied. Another big advantage of this offer to the local provider is, that the lunch on the land (not on board) at a restaurant in pleasant atmosphere and decent quality was taken, very clean toilets available were. On the beach itself (beautiful sand ) we could then snorkelling, sunbathing or under schilfschirmen simply only relax.     The rooms and baths are in the size, quite spacious. Cleaned daily and good quality. The towels are daily changed. The mini bar is daily filled with uncarbonated water due. Each room has a balcony or a terrace. Should times irgendetaws absence, then simply the competent cleaning staff issues or the hotel telephone.

    We found the food in the main restaurant tasteful than 2012 and it was not bad. The diversity was in my opinion bigger. Of course you in a islamic country no schweinefleisch expect, but we could 14 days also do. Beef, chicken, duck and fish was also offered enough. There was always something freshly prepared (sometimes shrimp), pasta were freshly cooked. The salad bar is big enough and always well filled as all food was very quickly refilled. If you didn't get full here it was... Of course it is a mass processing. But the boys at restaurant manager Mostafa mahran make every effort, to make the stay as pleasant as possible. As already often mentioned in other reviews, there are 4 further theme restaurants (per 2 in malouk and 2 in the Sunrise Garden Beach). The visits of the restaurants is in the all inclusive. Best this time of the asian and the mexican much. A tip: if possible before the breakfast on the computer with the front desk book, since the available standing times otherwise already strongly limited.

    We love Egypt not only for sun. Beach and the sea, but especially also because of the friendly people. Of course, there were also here all the staff, very reserved opposite the guests work, but the majority is also without tips always nice and open-minded. The team within (tunisians-very good german-speaking) is internationaly employed: germans, russians/ukrainians, Austria, Egypt, Italy. Offered gymnastics (dry and water ), Zumba, Bauchtanz, water polo, volleyball and soccer, Boccia and so on. Then in the evenings it was the animation team in the theatre always a small show was offered.

    The location of the hotel is in many evaluations already sufficiently described has been, and i will therefore not repeat everything. Who without constant harassment of sellers (for example shopping passage opposite neighboring hotel Sunrise Garden Beach) want to go shopping, the circa 10 minutes' walk away, senzo mall to visit. Air-conditioned, brand stores, huge supermarket and no annoying touts. The most beautiful place in the city of Hurghada offers the Marina. Nice restaurants and bars, small shops (without touts) and a lot of big and small vessels. Go there and pick up point indicated by taxi (in the hotel booked) worked great.

The hotel is outside very nice, large reception building and small buildings around several pools. It is directly at the beach, although the way there are very long, from the main building (restaurant ) to the beach are certainly 1200 metres. The but that didn't disturb me definitely not. The lobby, the pram over several floors be borne. The hotel is located in the entry lane to the airport ..., it is therefore often loud by arriving aircraft.     In the detail it is unfortunately a very run-down, poorly run hotel. Rooms: We had 2 rooms occupied, neither of which without any drawbacks was. The first missing the wash basin plug, lamps did not work, the fan in the bathroom defective, moldy shower. In 2. the mold within limits, but worked the kettle not. The tiles in the rooms are broken, drains not properly locked-all in all shabby room, although the furnishing very nice and tastefully and the family room was very lots of space offer. Because of the architecture are the rooms very badly soundproofed. Either you are to the pool, then run in the evening/day constantly loud speaking people and playing children and you can't sleep. To the other side there is the amphitheatre with entertainment, which wasn't really quiet. The doors to the hallway have absolutely no (!) Noise. We were traveling to 4. (recognizable by 2 additional beds), got however only 2 towels in our room. After asking we were given 4 piece, this however also only with 2 days delay, as on 1st day no goods were. Only on demand our comforter changed. However, without order a broken lamp was repaired! The rooms are designed with carpets, probably never cleaned.

    We were just in the main restaurant. The dishes we found very tasty. However, everything was so carelessly and unpleasant arranged, the it almost has passed. The dining room is rather a loud food hall, the chairs were sticky and it smells after old frittier fat. Existing units will not be used. There is never enough silverware, that means one, for example, with the cutlery for the cream cake the pudding, or with the spoon for the oranges the pomegranate. This is just disgusting, but it seems not to disturb. On my remark, that here so many cutlery was missing, was a (!) Knife stituents. The area the pans is partially dirty. The staff is hard working, partly friendly. But not overly friendly, know that from other egyptian hotels differently. As mentioned, the food alone was very good and tasty. However because of the dearless paper bag with and unpleasant presentation and unhygienic conditions in the restaurant, only three stars. Sometimes, we found we no places and the hotel was not fully booked. What is there in the high season were made?

General: The hotel has a very nice landscaped gardens. Because of the size you see the hotel its high number definitely not at. The building are equipped with three floors. On the basis of the main building is the complex crateriform and easily bolted down in the direction sea, so you don't from all buildings a view on the sea has. The condition of the hotel is in general quite good. Smaller renovations are still necessary. The lobby is in the oriental style and is very comfortable. Only the toilets in the lobby are extremely ageing. Sufficiently seat possibilities are ... everywhere. All interior and exterior areas are very clean and well cared for. A large plus is, that the complete plant inkluve restaurants etc. The neighboring hotels Sunrise Garden Beach also can use. Guest structure: If you to Hurghada in the vacation fly and informed beforehand, you know from the lots of russian guests. Also in the Sentido Mamlouk was a big part of the guests from Russia, Poland etc. Sometimes it makes it very noisy and game (for example in the restaurant) in the hotel, what a general problem of lots of hotels is. It is, however, tolerable and sometimes it very have fun you on the essenstisch or drunk in the disco to watch.-) I have to but also say, that i was very surprised, that it was so many germans guests. The average age is already somewhat higher, which does not mean, that the hotel for young people nothing is. The hotel is quite suitable for young couples, singles or groups. Internet: Wireless internet in the hotel is subject to charges. Can select between 15, 30 and 60 minutes or 6 days for about 30 Euro.     The hotel offers a variety of room types. The standard rooms, family rooms in the main building, junior suites and master suites directly at the beach. We had booked a standard room, which big enough was. Especially the bathroom you can see it in, that it is outdated. Renovations are definitely needed. The rooms amenities include a refrigerator, telephone, safe, kettle and tv. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a (very weak) hair dryer, and a magnifying mirror. The air conditioning works only with steckender room card. In the summer it could thus be helpful a 2. to get, to the room permanently cool to hold. The balcony is big enough. The contents of the mini bar is free and is refilled daily. The rooms and very thoroughly cleaned.

    In the Sentido Mamlouk there was next to the main restaurant, an asian and a mexican theme restaurant. In the neighboring hotel Garden Beach there was another main restaurant, as well as an italian and oriental a la carte restaurant. The main restaurant in the main building has plenty of tables in the interior and external area. Because of the size is it partly quite loud. At the cleanliness i have nothing to complain about. Drinks were brought to the table. Unfortunately there are no fresh juice, which particularly for breakfast a big minus is. The offer cold and hot food changed daily and occasionally find various theme nights instead of. Even if not all the own taste and we some things differently are used, has the food general good. A table in one of the 4 theme restaurants had to be reserved. This is located next to the front desk a computer, on the reservations (also with other rooms together) can be made. The use is free and can be a time per week and restaurant in use. Tasted recommendable is particularly the asian restaurant. If you wanted it a bit more like it, is with the mexican just perfect. In the Mamlouk hotel, as well as in the Garden Beach, there were various pool and beach bars, in which from 10 hours drinks are being served. In the rule must you yourself, be but also (with the right contacts) brought to your beach chair! For the lunch not only move wanted, can at the bars small snacks, such as pizza and chips, food. The offer switch but unfortunately hardly any. The lobby bar also has an indoor and outdoor area. The offer includes the general usual drinks. Cocktails until 24 hours free, but because of whose, that no real juices available is possible, tasted this unfortunately not always. All of the staff, starting at cleaning staff up to the hotel management, were always make an effort wishes of the guests to fulfill. This service was already at the check-in noticeable. %blank% the travel guide from Neckermann, as well as the staff at the reception was very concerned and we have easily our wunschzimmer at the beach received. General was the travel guide very present and helped us for questions and problems always on hand to help you. I should like especially to Neckermann guide moustafa salah, but also his colleague Omar thank you. Also in the restaurants and bars the service was very good. Here, my special thanks at hosny, the waiter in the lobby bar with its distinctive art our stay in the Sentido Mamlouk nice has made, but also at Mostafa mehran, restaurant manager, the always make an effort was our stay as pleasant as possible! Of course, much more staff of the hotel helped, that we our vacation so positive memorable. Criticism i would however, the service in the oriental theme restaurant speak, i was absolutely not clean. In contrast particularly the service in the asian and mexican restaurant, everything is loved! The foreign language skills i can also only praise. With all employees you could communicate in english, but also german. About handling of complaints i have to say, that the hotel management keen was honest opinions of hotel guests to receive, any smaller or larger problems as soon as possible to improve and eliminate. Regularly smaller polls at the beach accomplished, questionnaires in the rooms distributed, surveys by telephone and manager have personally intervened in the restaurants and bars with guests talk and after review asked. Has really a problem or request you should make sure to take a hotel staff member discuss, because otherwise no solution can be found and one should not then say, we have not taken care of. We were always immediately helped us.

    Location: The hotel is located a little outside of Hurghada. Into the city one comes at reasonable prices about minutes with a taxi, the in the hotel ordered or on the street can be stopped. Something like public transportation are available, by us were however not used. The drive from the airport to the hotel it didn't take much longer (about 20-25 minutes). The hotel complex is located directly in the entry lane of the planes. The aircraft noise noticeable, but interfered no further. In the night was hardly any noise to be heard. Beach: The hotel comes together with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach on a private and very well maintained beach. Surrounding area: In the immediate area of the hotel there is a small shopping mall, in addition to one clothes shops, a McDonald's and other stores, a well-equipped supermarket finds. Wonderful family vacation! Especially great was the El Paso restaurant and the waiters. Sabry, karam, alnoby, Gamal, Mohamed, Ahmed. Very family-friendly hotel, very clean. Food consistently alright, at the beach bars a bit monotonous. A little vegetables or rice would be better. The breakfast was great and very extensive.     Sports facilities is available. Entertainment was also there. Unfortunately we are used to. The entertainment with us at the hotel has mainly with the russian people busy. With the rest, it was hard to not at all busy. One had even ask where and when you for example Volleyball can play. A disco from 22 o'clock is next to of the lobby also there. If there is anything that is going on, it is really fun. Drinks are from midnight pay. Fantastic beach and clean. Initially flat, after 5-6 meters fast deep weight. Chairs and sunscreens enough available surrounded by a privacy fence. We found very good. Also here the red flag if not the many offered bombadiert,. Pool very nice. The large pool was very cold. The small very pleasant. 2 slides are also the small basin ends.

    Hotel lies directly at the beach. To the airport it is by bus around 15 to 20 minutes. The next town is Hurghada. Shops are a few in the hotel. In front of the hotel opposite lots of small shops. A tip: always trade and lots of patience have. Prices very high (for example. Glasses should 44 €costs, at the end for 10 €!) But be careful. If you don't just want to buy, are the owners on rude. Enough excursions were offered. Annoying we found, that constantly which from the beach arrived and trips wanted. Also here a tip: there are luckily red flag. This means, that a not appeal to us. à la carte restaurant is recommendable. Tips are very popular. Almost for every act and the council. Have Luxor visited. Beautifully we 12 years ago but busier. Before the objects of interest are now lots of shops built. The people storms fallen to around to sell you something. We felt, as if we tourists from a trading venue to the next were driven.

The furnishings of the hotel actually offers everything you need for a family vacation need (wi-fi, wellness & spa center, huge heated pool, very good entertainment programs for young and old, great private beach). The hotel is mostly by russian tourists about 70% every age group use. The rest are westerners, mainly from the german-speaking area. The value for money in the hotel is very good. read more

The hotel for november 2012 under the brand Sentido sold the management is however still sunrise hotels & resorts. Here is the biggest problem currently. Sentido are the internal competition from Neckermann/Thomas Cook to Iberostar and Riu his. But since it is at franchising are the differences in the quality in the Sentido hotels nor very big. Sentido promises. Welcome drink, erfischungstuch, free wi-fi in of the lobby. None of this has been fulfilled. The first two things depending upon desire and mood. Internet costs 30 Euro/ 6 days. There is still room for improvement. The hotel is beautifully laid ... out in a u-form directly on the private beach. It features 90 family rooms, to the right of the main building in the room area 15 xxx in the summer should it against the pool in the evening a bit noisy. (2 sleeping areas, a large bathroom and plenty of cupboard space, as well as a minibar, 2 tvs, safe. Double room gives it to 530 in the entire hotel in 3-story buildings (without elevator) spread. Guests from Germany, France, Eastern Europe and Egypt. And the people the fuss, that in Egypt, egyptians vacation and after their ideas life they should really stay at home.     Sunrise entertainment: Was somehow superfluous, has the hotel but also in our first week leaving. Instead a animation team of the matrix entertainment, this were great funny, friendly and not intrusive. Neckermann kids activities. Plami, izzy and team were great, they went to the beach, banangebot drive, made pizza with the children and many more. Thank you. Beach chairs were our time sufficiently in the summer this could be a little tight. The smaller pool with the two water chutes was pleasant 28 degrees. After the worn-out sunrise beach chairs by new Sentido pool chairs were changed. It is generally on the whole pool still renovated and beautified. Incomprehensible remains that people already in the night their spots reserve... I was around 8 hours by the pool, but we were at the latest around 8:30 a. m. by the pool and the whole day there...

    Perfect location, no 20 minutes from the airport direct at the beach. Sometimes i ask myself who here everything was rated. I would like some false testimonies the previous reviews correct. Of of the lobby to the beach by the hotel complex it is a 300 meters (total length the hotel) i know genuinly not as people on 1200 meters come... Possibly, because this never ever walk and so distances not be able to estimate. Directly at the shoppingstrasse and the senzo mall is about 10 minutes away on foot. Respect : the hotel is absolutely not convenient for wheelchair users.

We are on 9-2-2013 after a week stay returned. The short transfer and the without any problems notification and transport were great. Our hotel location was close to at the airport, but the planes never disturbed, as lots of people have written here. That was our 1. Egypt vacation after we Turkey, Spain and in Tunisia were. We found the hotel with its outstandingly beautiful garden area great. It seemed like ... 1001 Nacht on us. The food was very good and everything was clean and well-kept, friendly staff without hecticness. Next to the 4 topics -restaurants you can also enjoy the neighboring hotel sunrise and there eat out. It was the food exactly good, only a bit brighter in the restaurant because of the massive glass facade. We tried everything, which we very varied and never something to complain about had. For all was something for everyone, a lot of fresh fruits, super fine cakes as the confectioner made, as well as much vegetables and large selection of bread and much more. It annoys us, here before so much bad to have read. We asked ourselves, what these people probably then at home food and why not in Germany stayed. It is in other words abroad! All gave themselves the largest trouble and every day was everywhere cleaned. Certainly were many eastern europeans since, however, you can't change. Surely it was already times louder, but we were in german and english experienced. The area is very extensive and had at this time hardly any contact. From the unrest from the tv was never something to remember. Our summary. We would gladly come again as soon as possible. Very nice and well kept complex. The adjacent Garden Beach can completely be used (also all the bars and restaurants). I was at the end of january at 10 days there. The first days the guest structure took some getting used to. Very lots of russians, noisy with a lot of alcohol, and many arabs without eating habits and children, all were (finger of food including). Beginning february more westerners, many germans, because of this more peace and dissatisfied food in the buffet. read more

    I had a room in 25. block, in the 1st floor with a pool view. The room was big enough and had daytime sun. You see, that the furniture not brand new are, but everything was functional. Tv unfortunately only RTL, RTL II and ZDF, but i was not there to watch tv. For news it was enough. Balcony with small table and 2 chairs. Free safe in the room. Hair dryer, shower gel/shampoo and kettle. Bath large enough, big shower. The room would be cleaned daily.

    Since the garden beach could also be used, one has 2 buffet-style restaurant and 4 a la carte restaurants to choose from. The bars i have not counted. Beforehand i would like to say, that i do not understand, if guests say, they have found nothing, the you liked. The selection was sufficient and the a la carte restaurants you had other options. The a la carte restaurants could after reservation (always one day in advance) daily without an extra charge be used. The italians i didn't like the food, the other 3 were very good. Best i found the orientals. All four restaurants are clean and the service is very good. In the buffet-style restaurant is also for cleanliness respected, but so what the staff do, if some russian and most arab guests behave themselves, as there were no eating culture and the tables a battlefield same? The buffet in the Garden Beach liked it, the service was very good. Food not as hot as it was for us, but that didn't bother me. The buffet in the Mamlouk has unfortunately one bad service, it was cleared quickly, but the drink service is very bad. A shame, so here only 5 suns.

The chefs at the stations were friendly, but the waiters has focused almost exclusively on clearing limited, beverage service was very poor. A shame, in Garden Beach it was much better. In the à la carte restaurants consistently very good service. The all of the staff in of the lobby-bar was very attentive and tried hard, here you really feel comfortable, particularly positive i would like to mention hosni. Russian, i think everyone. Mostly spoke english, and some could also speak german. With english one comes well clearly, it is but also always someone, the sufficient german speaks. It is a pity that the entertainment mainly spoke russian. Child care was in the Garden Beach. A doctor was in the morning and in the evening per 2 hours in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms was daily, bedlinen was with me changed, towels are changed on request(towels, the on the floor, changed). Check-in and check-out went very quickly, the staff at the reception was always very friendly and tried to help. Had problems with the castle at the door. It was really closed. It was immediately the whole card locks changed the next day and asked, whether now everything ok is. Also small complaints were taken serious and you saw the success. Thank you very much at the guest care, a good job, especially Katja. People, weights you please in the hotel, if you not like, then can it change! Afterwards in holiday check you have directly nothing more of it.

    The hotel is direct at the beach located. The complex it was long, therefore it was already a few meters from the main house to the beach. Transfer to the airport about 20 minutes the hotel in the entry lane, you can see and hear several flugzeige on the day, but that did not disturb me.     The hotel has it's own beach therefore no harassment with sellers. The airport is 15 minutes by bus away. The place Hurghada you reached with a taxi after negotiation on 25 äg. Pounds in 20 minutes Can one shoppen in the hotel or across the street at the shopping center. Most of the entertainers could almost only russian and even with english their problem, german is at the almost everyone except a not available. The evening show is way too short and starts way too late at! But really annoying is, that the entertainers are more concentrated, a drive in the disco for sale!
