A great hotel garni, with a very friendly and competent team and a desirable location. The front desk is very pleasant, helpful and informative. The rooms are small but very warm and freshly decorated. All technology that you need is available or free rental at hotel available. The breakfast buffet is very good and always freshly prepared. The service is very attentive. A large drawback, there is no coffee (Cappuccino or something like that). Since i very often in the hotel am and it was already very often mentioned it is a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise i can only ... say that the team should continue, a worth a visit always. read more

We had the winterspecial with a larger room booked.
Our room consisted of a living and a sleeping area. In both areas there was a flat screen, which we on demand a 2. remote control got, so that we have different program could see. The two spaces were by a sliding door separable.
Between the two areas was the bathroom and a walk-in closet. The shelve would have however somewhat bigger.
An additional pillows was without problem at the front desk immediately available. Also otherwise was the staff very helpful. A small repair was the next morning immediately dealt with. ...
The breakfast was very diverse. Homemade salads (meat-, eggs salad) and daily fish and types of sausage, fresh brötchejn it wasn't missing anything.
Only point of criticism is the very narrow breakfast room, but the small estate, on the hotel is is payable.
The hotel is directly at the beach and nearby the 'fressmeile' of warenmünde.

The hotel is modern and seemed very new. We noticed, that nowhere, neither in public area on the rooms some stress marks furniture still on the walls was to see. Everything very clean, neat and inviting.
The residence is very centrally located. The beach is directly opposite, the teepott approximately 100 meters and the old river about 200 meters away.
We had a double room with lateral view of the sea. The room was equipped with flat -tv, safe and mini -fridge ( without content, so sufficient space for own drinks). There was also a small walk-in closet, with an ... emphasis on the 'small' is. This is not our only point of criticism: the size of the room general and the bathroom in particular is not great! However everything very clean, new and tidy! Noise was neither from the corridor nor from the outside to be heard.
The breakfast there are until 10:30 o'clock, check-out is until 11. Very friendly times!
Breakfast is by far more than standard and from the industrious, very polite staff to at the end again and again refilled.
Also the frontdesk employees we as very friendly, informative and helpful experienced.
Pay parking spaces there are in front of the hotel, but you can take the offered parking garage nearby the Neptun-hotels ( about 500 meters away) with 8€ the night reasonably priced of which.
In conclusion has a kind of tax of 1,50 Euro per person/day.
The family wozniak offers with the residence beach hotel an above average standard a very good price and we want to this hotel would be happy to recommend! read more

Except for the a bit too small ended room and the far away parking garage, the stay was relaxing and pleasant. The room was clean and very well furnished. From the lateral balcony in the 4th floor, we had a very good lateral view of the sea with a view of the beach and the port entrance. The nearby port, as well as the town center are in a short period of time easy to reach on foot. The breakfast was in good quality and relatively wide choice. read more

I was on business in Warnemünde and the residence beach hotel recommended. I can only recommend it beautiful clean room (also bathroom quite clean and beautiful tiled) with 80% of all view of Baltic Sea. Restaurants 3 minutes footpath away. All together friendly front desk beautiful room with a view of the sea and great breakfast. read more

Location: well and centrally located hotel directly on the beach promenade only through access road from the beach promenade or beach separated. Clean enough big room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet with a good choice. Altogether made the hotel a clean clean impression. read more

Great hotel, very centrally located. The staff at the reception was very nice and pleasant. The only drawback was that the double beds in our room for us too short (1. 90 time 1,60 centimeters) and the mattresses too hard. Otherwise, we can this hotel highly recommend. read more

We experienced fantastic 3 nights in a big enough rooms with class view of the sea and fine bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very varied and the staff very helpful and friendly. A small quiet hotel with spa offer and all that you need. Highly recommendable! read more

Room is very clean but not nicely furnished the bathroom unfortunately way too small. Breakfast was quite delicious and there was also a wide choice. There are missing evenings a bar, but there was around bars and restaurant full

really recommendable nonetheless! The location of the hotel is not to be exceeded simply. One stepped almost from the bed at the beach. To the main shopping and the ship and boat landing places, it is only a stone's throw distant. From the panoramic rooms you have one dreamlike view of the Baltic sea. A Telescope in the room ship peepers-heart beat faster. The rooms are beautiful equipped and clean. The bathroom is modern. The bed linen smelled fresh and was Snow white. The breakfast left no choice Nothing to be desired. The homemade salads and the coffee are expressed ... delicious. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were extremely nice and polite. The car safe in the nearby nearby parking garage will be( 8 euros per day). The wellness area we didn't try them. All together we have really felt very comfortable and good relaxed. Three days way too short.

the rooms were very small. There was a sleep area, a small seat area for Fersehn look, a dressing room and a very nice bath.
the rooms as well as the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was very varied and anytime again filled. On the balcony was an ashtray, I found very good, since it could rough at least smoke and we had a very beautiful view the mole as well as Baltic sea.

My mother was 80 years old during the stay. We wanted to spontaneously in the evening in the fireplace room playing cards, it was rejected on the grounds, it would have been set for the breakfast. After begging the redemption, two tables were free and we could play in there too. The lady at the front desk looked very serious, they gave in to our request, the offered us a guilty conscience. A very nice hotel with view of the Baltic Sea from nearly all rooms. The rooms are big enough and very clean. A walk-in closet with safe and refrigerator is available, for those who need it, has digital tv and internet access. The breakfast is good, it is a pity, that there was no restaurant. It looks with parking in the vicinity rather bad, the multi-storey car park for guests to the daily rate of eight (otherwise twelve €) €is about 500 meters away. The staff from the chef to the maid service was very friendly, it was around the ... clock someone to Address. We will definitely go back. read more

Hotel in a good location, but the staff arranged friendliness with what you feel at any time. No open ear for wishes and problems. The high cost of parking garage (8:00 EUR) per day I think it absolutely outrageous. The price/performance ratio of just didn't match. read more

The staff is reasonably friendly, the furniture of the room made a good impression. The rooms are small, the bathroom (due to space constraints without tub) is tiny. Also the sauna is tiny, use must be reserved in their close.
The breakfast buffet is good; however, there is outside the breakfast at the hotel nothing-not even a coffee. Also the mini bar is empty; beverages must be bought at the front desk.
Parking in the garage is 8.00 euro per day cheap-but you walk up to the garage five minutes.
In the sum is the price/performance ratio and the ... evaluation with four star borderline. Only 100m away the Commissioner Hübner (also four stars) is much better and only slightly more expensive read more
