Balcony was very ok, but apart from that very dirty, bad cleaning, old furniture, only 2 German tv-channels, dirty mini bar ( many mold)

Food was ok, but no taste, must always salted again will, no large variety, uninspired atmosphere.

Beach- and pool area clean, but apart from that is nothing's offered. Very seniorenlastiges hotel.

The hotel is very isolated, old, seniorenhaltig, no animation, bad cleanliness, extremely nice view for the food, lots of things cost extra ( loungers, sauna, internet, pool, etc...) , some activities are advertised, but in reality not offered!

Super short way to the beach, very nice garden area, but unfortunately little possibilities of entertainment, or evenings somewhat undertake to may.

We had a double room with a sea view. The view great! The size of the room was ok. , the balcony way too big ( here it would have been better the rooms larger) and uncomfortable. A small table and two chairs. Left and right at the wall mold/ moss, since constantly waters of the walls heruntertropfte. But apparently only on our balcony a problem. Therefore, that the public roof terrace and the balcony from there some visible, the privatsphäre within limits. Bathroom and furniture absolutely dated and urgently in need of renovation. The hair dryer the bathroom has also seen several years on the embossment. Was remarkable however great water pressure the shower. We have not been in any hotel experienced. Also during rush hour helped us always hot water available. A ancient tv adorned the dresser (but we were not so important).

Except for the outrageous price for the drinks were we are satisfied. The selection was in the evening a well arranged but always good. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Not outstanding. The staff at the reception was mostly friendly. Cleaning of the rooms was, overall ok. The staff in the restaurant was in our opinion partly something overburdened however always make an effort.

The shopping facilities were great if also not cheap. Leisure offers we didn't use, since we much by car explored. Access to the internet also in the lobby! Subject to a charge. We didn't use the pool ( was anyway not really attractively designed) The chairs at the beach and on the hotel may partly be replaced, apart from that ok.

This hotel is in terms of size super; no riesenbunker and the location is just top. The rooms are definitely in need of renovation. Complex and beach were ok. ; this would be but more be ordered. A only unspectacular beach bar is not great, but the prices! A glass of wine in a 'plastic jar' 4,50 Euro is available in no relation. Breakfast and dinner were ok. Up to the prices for the beverages. 15 €for a bottle of wine is ridiculously! The audience was international-tendency rather older guests. Each simple hotel offers its guests in the lobby free wi-fi-access. This hotel requires 7 €for 90 minutes; usable only in the lobby!

The location of this hotel is simply superb; a dreamlike view over the sea etc. , near to the beach. The place offers something for everyone. Our lieblingscocktailbar was' woodspecker ' in the immediate area; definitely visit! Shops you have also sufficient. We stayed for a few days a car rented and this wonderful island almost and saw a lot.

The first obvious rooms on the first floor (from the garden from seen) had booked sea view, but it could have been a smooth 6 deserves, so old and 'worn' it seemed. You met on abgefaulte frame, mold in the silikonnähten the tub and calcified faucets. The schrankinnere had already seen better days. The living room in the style of the 80. years seemed dark and the old crt i like not at all only writing. 'here to pack my suitcase not aus' said my wife and so we asked at the front desk to a different room. One floor below, with views of the garden and terrace, to the beach only 50 meters above the lawns and everything still renovated relatively recently - as we do not have long time to decide and accessed. Because this first impression (old room) had nothing with a star hotel to do. The 2. property came our expectations closer to.

The food (half board) was altogether good to very good. Was a tray was empty, it was immediately refilled. There were always several salads, various vegetables, fries, rice, pasta and so on and so on if you didn't get full here, must be a fancy taste. The quality was also very good, nothing was overcooked or mushy.

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Actually one could the complete staff as from, would not be there this waiter in the dining room. He seemed stressed as soon as the chamber filled and was thus always louder, also the guests opposite. May be, that the average age of the guests even, as we were with beginning and mid 50 seemed to be the exception. Most of the guests, which we during our travels found, were all in the 70's. I have again and again i said, that the hotel a bit like a senior residence would work. Some few families with small children were but also since undf so the average age reduced. For young people, the time tidy want to hit it off is this hotel but nothing.

As we end of the season traveling, was of entertainment no more talk. There was no entertainment not at all, evening entertainment was limited to 2 evenings (1 times folklore, 1 times keyboarder with singing, oh well). The pool was almost not used and we liked not to swim. A) he was very old and partially vermost and b) there just to many older people, the pool draped, around to soak up the sun. As they wanted to as an individual swimmers the peace and quiet also not bother you. Then better at the beach beach chairs, and from time to time to the sea. Beach chairs there was for a fee (3,- per day) and even the beach bar had variety of drinks.

As the title of the rating already says: it is an older hotel, which also partly renovated rooms. Lobby and bar were nicely decorated and clean. Here everything is in charm of the late 80. held.

The hotel is located proximity to the beach and has a beautiful garden area to the sea %blank%. Old olive trees donations shade. The whole complex makes a tidy impression. In the more immediate vicinity (on the other side of the street) you can relax with the necessary drinks and other things at acceptable prices setting. Also a or other souvenirs you get relatively cheap. The bus takes a holiday-makers for cheap 1.50 (ticket in the hotel buy, in the bus 2,-) to Kerkyra (Corfu-city) and there, there are varied to discover.

With 4.5 stars I-also in Greece- something else expected. For 3 stars, I have already lived better. Broken cupboard doors, musty room, stained Überbettdecke (may not at all his), untidy teppichvorleger, old furniture. Air conditioning worked. Terrace was all right. wäschestände was available.

The food was magnificent. From the dining room, there was also a great view. Unfortunately one could not enjoy, as it is extremely noisy. The table-ware is a on the car slammed, so that no second peace for the food has. Also the chairs should be considered! There was not a big interest to the guests respond respectively a guaranteeing turnover. After eating on the terrace you have up to one hour to wait, until one was served, if at all. That, I believe, cannot be. Drinks absolutely overpriced. These, because 4.5 stars? That cannot be.

The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was also good. Also complaints were taken serious and immediately fulfilled.

Unfortunately came in this hotel no mood on! Offer was not available. Staff were however always very friendly but apart from that more reserved towards the guests. The lightness of the greeks was missing absolutely. It was very stiff. The staff were also constantly under control, the came from/our my opinion not good. Water sports is available!

The state of the rooms corresponds not really 4.5 stars. The furnishing has gotten old and could here and there be renewed. Also the bathroom fixtures leaves much to be desired. The odor in the room was also not always appealing. The breakfast and half board were outstanding! The complex was very tidy.

Distance to the beach was perfect. Also from the airport the hotel was nearby. Shops were in the immediate area available. Unfortunately enjoyed dassia no town center and one must the street along walking. Excursions are good and sufficient.

We had a room on the 5th floor to the street! Evenings party opposite Bathroom under all sow. Apology but this was not worth of any star this room. ( number 1527) After repeated complaints moved against an extra charge from 15€ per day, however it is worthwhile. Have a room on the same floor only to the pool back.

Nothing against to say, every day fresh and diverse. Unfortunately are the beverages way too expensive in the dining room! 4,50 Euro a glass of white wine 3,90 Euro a bottle of mineral water water Just in the small store and get a bottle of its at the table with should. At the beach along it costs beer 3,50 Euro for a half liter in the hotel priceless.

Speak very little German, and you should be very lots of patience if you complain about. in the dining room very friendly Cleaning ladies with a little tip very tidy

It was unfortunately nothing more. Pool clean but square, and lifeguard is the pool very early close.

Location we found it great. There is bus connections directly in front of the hotel ( 1.50 Euro) until Corfu about 20 minutes. Small convenience store just round the corner Unfortunately some bars and bars in front of the hotel ( because noise evenings)

The rooms are spacious and in 4 star style furnished. , the air conditioning is free of charge and even insufficient. In the fridge there were cost-effective drinks. Of course, in some angles wear phenomena, but we found that everywhere in Greece, in this hotel the least.

At the buffet one could in the morning and evenings sufficient selection, also fresh fruit and vegetables was offered. The kitchen corresponded rather to the English habits. Likewise everything was presentable decorated in relaxed atmosphere. Very cleanly and briskly was the clearing of the table-ware and serving of drinks handled. We felt very good.

The communication runs on English very well, German is understood. You can get to every question help. Evenings was maintained clothes to eat born, you will be led to a table. The dining room opens the view of the see.

Since we every day with the rental car on the way were, we use only evenings the sea and the grounds. There is a cinema of the hotel in the outdoor areas, also there tennis played. We were grateful for lack of animation!

Recommendable! Very spacious and ideal location, spacious lobby and well-kept grounds. Children can proximity to the beach of a room in the lower projectile directly on the lawn away. We had a great balcony with a view of the sea in the first floor, where drying rack were appropriate. hotelansicht: as in the brochure. The rooms: cleaned daily, also daily linen. Guests: both English, as well as russians next to German. Pleasant together! Average age in September: rather older people. Evenings: discreet life -music, also dance possibility.

The beach is directly from the hotel have a good lawn with schattenbäumen accessible. Loungers can per day with 3 €be booked, by the pool they are free of charge. Stand be from the hotel spent. It is flat on a approximately 2 meters gravel strip into the clear sea with sandy floor. Boats are nearby for rent. Wonderful view over the water after albania's coast. We had a rental car from airport, about 30 minutes to the hotel. Opposite the hotel sufficient shops and taverns. Excursions there is Corfu plentiful, Paleokastritsa, sidari, after butrint/ Albania amongst others meter

The last. Have never in such a horrible room slept. We were very disappointed. The photos from Markus are the same I did and therefore I don't need not more upload. The boys had a bunk bed (50 centimeter) next to our bed which was so big, that we were afraid that the upper gulp may ( included concussion or more). The bathroom was disgusting. Mold in the joints, the toilet from the 70. Years. The mountings furred and dirty. The mirror and the glass was not even swept once. This hotel is nothing for the standard, the for a lot of money would expect. In Austria is any guest house and everyone farm beautiful.

Bars were very expensive and not convincing. Price everywhere circa around 70% more expensive than a few steps further outside of the hotel with still friendly service. Greetings to Dimitri. Buffet in the morning ok. However with the time monotonous. Dinner should you in the great taverns on the island - of course with sunset. Crazy. And not in a dining room where a the air conditioning almost umbläst and the own word didn't understand it. Children are also definitely not desired.

Staff were unfortunately very unfriendly. An old greek explained, that one us for German and not for austrians believe. For breakfast and during dinner very unfriendly and not a bit child-friendly. As already mentioned, no-one speaks a word of German language. Cleaning of the rooms - there was the ever. Just horrible. Hair of the predecessors everywhere, crumbs everywhere... Kids club could not be used, nobody with our child to speak could. Complained on the room - reply-a with a view of the sea - additional cost of Euro 20 a night - altogether 140 Euro for a bit of more beautiful hotel. And so what in a four star hotel!

At the beach you had to 3 Euro per beach chair are charged. And with such a hotel. Something you could with us in Austria never make. Sea is nice and good for children. Pool is great. However see in internet the pool the neighboring hotels, you mitbehützen can, what we also done have. The hotel itself has a mini pool. So your eyes-the photos on the internet belonged to neighboring hotel...

This hotel is outdated. The photos from the internet deceptive... Only the reception is modern and up to the 4 stars. We were quite the only austrians in the hotel. About 80% English and 20% italians. It was only English spoken, what is not so simple for our 2 children was. Children club only in English. Over the breakfast you couldn't complain, just international (sausages) and during dinner there was everything, what one would like so. But if you once a tavern really good meal, you do not want to more dinner buffet return. Cleanliness in the room - as I have nothing to say. Can only agree with the colleagues join me. Just dirty-agree with precaution through the mini -room streaked, for my kids before what I know to protect. Have at the check-in to quiet room ( children)-we got room to the inselrundstraße on the 5th floor - sleep was not to be thought there.

Location is good. Unfortunately can this hotel only points. Nearby at the airport and nearby the capital. Great connection with the bus line to the capital. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities does not exist directly in dassia. As you have to the hautpstradt about 20 kilometer. Dassia is good for excursions, which one definitely should do. Are equipped with Jeep through the area raced...

Under all sow! Hygiene was a foreign word. First night on the brought towel spend. The pillows was in a T-shirt as a reference wrapped, so you couldn't touch must. Everywhere hair, really everywhere. Dirty bedding, bathroom not journey there (leftovers from previous guests or whomever in and on the toilet, hair as far as the eye can see, all filthy and disgusting, mountings were I think never deseamed), at least in the first room on the 4th floor. Corridor already outdated, with carpet laid out. Real under all sow! Then they refused to give us after protest against an extra charge of course, a new room offer, there exactly the same status. To another complaints and one and a half wasted days of vacation and the please, us a ticket home to get us also off course against an extra charge a 'acceptable' room allocated, ground floor, view of the sea. It was ok... Everything was standard and sufficient from the furnishings, however also here the hygiene... After itself somehow cleaned it was bearable, however still on towel and with a T-shirt as pillow cases sleeping... Really not exaggerated!

No variety, nothing local, breakfast is very English aligned, eggs, beans, sausages etc. Very monotonous, no real jams, no usable rolls. With the bread, cheese, cooked egg and watermelon, as well as cereals, you can relax on water hold, but after 7 days depends on an all sick... Unfortunately. However we have to say, that the kitchen-crew are very attentive. If something was empty, it was quickly and directly refilled. It may be at the size of the hotel beach chairs, on the subtleties not more so eight can give...

At the front desk rather bored and wants of the small or large problem not quite accept... Constantly changed the staff at reception and you will be often put off. You as German anyway the feeling, there not welcome... The service in the restaurant were very stressed, which also is understandable. With locals will fun without limits made... One is with a nice 'Calimera / kalispera' and roll eyes on the way...

From the outside the hotel makes a good impression, the entrance area is spacious and modern. In the entrance area is as usual front desk etc. To find, also a small internal souvenir shop, a bar and many places to sit are to find. The upper floors of the hotel are dated and dirty. The hotel lies at the only main street in dassia. On one side the rooms and also the entrance area of the hotel to the street from. A small ascent with a few parking spaces separates the hotel from the street. Taverns, restaurants, shops etc. Are directly on-site, just one course over the street ( however without traffic lights, zebra crossings or similar... Sometimes a dangerous thing to do). To the other side the hotel lies directly on its own hotel beach, this is the only advantage... The garden with pool bar etc. Are nicely decorated, clean and inviting.

Our room was dirty and we pushed on the floor, in the closet and bathroom on hair and crumbs the previous person. The türe from glass to balcony was hard to open and close and was strongly dirty dirty and gunky. The tiles on the balcony even fragile, with color of the painter smeared and altogether ancient. The curtain before the balcony door was very full of holes. The bettvorlage was probably rather a badwannenvorlage and had its best times already hinder itself. She was spotted and since months not any longer washed. The light switches were with paint stains. The air conditioning caused from stage two a considerable noise, what the sleep not just made. Just disgusting! Altogether room decor was dated and pointed out strong signs of wear on. Not 4 stars! The bathroom was also in a bad state. The plumbing were rotted and with mold covered. The mountings for the washbasin and in the bathtub were strongly worn and calcified. The tiles in the bathroom were partly since longer fragmented and the joints between moldy. The add behind the washbasin was even over two centimeter wide and gunky. The door frame to the bathroom was at the bottom end rotten!

The food was little varied and partly from the day before, so were for example the gherkins, tomatoes and watermelons already dried out.

A evenings was the battery of the remote control for the tv finished. The front desk said, that you immediately that and replacement would bring. Unfortunately this was never done. The foreign languages of the staff in particular the front desk were unfortunately quite limited. Whilst checking out were the costs for beverages a other room will be charged.

The pool chairs on the whole hotel beach had additionally for three Euro per day and couch be rented. What has the 4 stars service to do? The beach bar was expensive and the mixed cocktails unfortunately also not particularly good.

Typical beach vacation hotel. The hotel is directly at the beach. Between hotel and the pebble beach is a large lawn. The cleanliness of the hotel leaves unfortunately to be desired. The nationalities of the guests were very varied German, English, russians, serbs, italians, swiss and so on

The dassia itself is unfortunately not exactly a beauty and has no charm. Altogether not at all worth seeing.
