One of the best hotels, i have ever visited. Here the only criticisms of the highest standard:
- view downtown location convenient not available
- pool & yakoozie a bit cool
+ young people
+ design unique
+ everything was well thought out. (changing rooms by the pool all have a shower; codespint by the pool, without disturbing lanyard etc.)
+ free nespresso machine in the room!
+ very central location

The hotel is a very good state and we loved it immediately. The furnishing minimalist is exactly the right thing to us. The room, standard category, was huge, as well as the bathroom.
Also the pool is for a hotel very big - it was a pity that the jacuzzi the same temperature had, as the pool and not something was warmer.
On the way into town notified we the frontdesk employees, a bathrobe the moment. To 2 hours missing this still came after demand but will be charged.
The breakfast was fantastic, only the hair in the scrambled eggs ... didn't bother-can but unfortunately often happen. Very selected meals and hot things like for instance omelets, bacon or waffles were a la minute prepared.
We have stayed there, around in the evening in Tim mälzers' bullerei ' to go, which was reachable on foot in 20 minutes. The restaurant is located right in the lively Schanzenviertel, hamburg's trendiest district to celebrate. The hotel is located so perfect! read more

Super design hotel. Only drawback the hair, the we found (in the bathroom and in the scrambled eggs for breakfast). Otherwise very chic and very friendly staff, which leaves nothing to be desired. The location is class and the pool area sensational with a sauna and steam room. This is it, after a tiring day in the town. We had only breakfast, but would have been very gladly in the meatery eaten. The show las great and the of the lobby from visible meat klimaraum looked sensational from. The price was perfectly adequate. We would like to visit this hotel ... again. read more

The hotel is spa hotel. Unfortunately the spa very small and rather disappointing. The only sauna was broken and the atmosphere overall very cold. The design furniture of the hotel began very plastic and seemed therefore some unfortunately rather cheap as chic. The location and the entrance area, as well as friendliness of the staff but very good. read more

Not recommendable:
Room service left much to be desired also on repeated call happened nothing! Compensation should be by cocktailgutschein arise, ordered cocktails could not be spent, since kokossirup was! That's unacceptable for a 5 star hotel not happen! And not at all on new year's eve!
Pool area very small, only a steam room and a sauna, whereas the sauna with a capacity for about 5 people were constantly overcrowded! You will find in any 4 star hotel!
Value for money is very bad, we are very disappointed our silvester! read more

The doormen were extremely friendly. The receptionists incompetent and quite rigid.
In the double bed unfortunately only a blanket (annoying)! The bed too small!
Air conditioning did not work.
The location is of course great and the food in the restaurant you have to have experienced this! read more

In the november i was as a part of a meeting for 3 nights at the side. My conclusion is ambivalent : good location, good room, but (for a 5 star hotel): vanities worn, rather disappointing wellness area in the basement, service in the restaurant (in the mornings and afternoons) partly on kneipenniveau (' which meat dish? Don't know, the, the chef '). Wi-fi costs (meter e. rude in the current time), there is: hire a beamer for 1 day : Euro 240,-! Price-performance altogether borderline. read more

The hotel is very centrally located on the gänsemarkt goose market. The subway is in 2 minutes. We had a business room. Size was absolutely sufficient. It was also clean. We had the breakfast based on a recommendation additionally booked. Really paid off. Recommend this prior to book as it is cheaper. read more

For meetings only recommended only with restrictions, food was tasteless, overhead instead of a beamer, the ordered was. It was discussed, instead of carrying fast remedy to create. Mold in the bathroom, rust on the türlaufschiene. The best days the hotel has i'have seen. read more

Very suitable for a Hamburg visit to a very high price.
Nice hotel in a very good location to the city center. Within walking distance from the train station Dammtor.
At least the business -rooms had a NESPRESSO -machine. read more

Really recommendable, it 'is' the central location - everything is good on foot reachable. Furthermore the hotel lies in a very quiet area, has extremely good traffic connections and is very' stylish' designed. Erwáhnenswert is the rooftop terrace with great views of the center, ' and then here with good weather a cocktail, the has it all.
Without any concerns recommendable. read more

Nice hotel, especially the location is ideal because you have to take the S-Bahn am dammtor or on the gänsemarkt goose market quickly in every direction from Hamburg drive can. The employees are very accommodating and help quickly. The amenities in the room I found not so nice, is however matter of taste. Me disturbed especially the size of the bed ( I found it very small and uncomfortable ) furthermore disturbed me the common blanket with my boyfriend, it was too narrow and we as a mutually the ceiling taken away-)
To summarize I found the stay OK ... for one night. I would because of the restless night however not again there a room book. read more

The hotel is its name 'designer hotel' absolutely do it justice. Everything is very spread out and great modern, but it has a certain warmth. This is also true for the rooms to. Absolutely great is the rich fine breakfast. Impressively is the central location, 5 minutes from the lake alster. read more
