Kimo, dido, eddie are 3 three coolest hosts we've ever met for each fun available and absolutely friendly. The service staff especially in the restaurant very friendly except for one at the bar the only after tip rather was friendly. The spa offer is also recommendable however also pushy for a tip asked what but somehow but is understandable because it is probably not much of the paid money to see. In the all in all highly recommended and i will definitely come again. read more

At first glance the hotel is beautiful iwe were a young couple enjoying new tear together and it was spoilt horrendous staff booked all inclusive and were told when we got there Would have to pay for all meals after complaining about the smell of my room. I was insulted by 5 managers at the hotel hurling abuse at me in Arabic the police were called to the hotel after I was told to get out of the hotel after making a complaint. I was told if I did not get out my items would be removed from my room. ... Was not given any food or drink for the duration of my stay because u made a complaint even though I paid for all inclusive please please do not go it. Was literally the holiday from he'll several English ppl who arrived on manchester flight were rudely told to f*ck off by the rude manager and returned home on a flight the next day!!     Treated very poorly by all staff I hav visited Tunisia 10 times and never met such rude people also a cat managed to get into the hotel and poo was left on the carpet for 2 days it is dirty smelly and a health risk for children!! Food is discussing unless of course you live off bread or don't mind having the cheapest and vilest meal all day everyday!!

The hotel looks outside good from inside, but very dirty. On the rooms there were fleas and bedbugs. In the shower if the hair from the previous guests. The cleaning lady didn't move when I pointed it out. As had every time showers a Überschwemung to closet. The showering curtain seaweeds struck me a couple of times on the head. The towels were only every 2 days and then also only 1 changed. For breakfast it always to the traffic as it for 500 guests about only 100 mugs was. After many times in Egypt my Tunisian friends convinced me to come to Tunisia for vacations. I chose Skanes Serail hotel. My first impression of this hotel was that I wanted to evacuate from there straight away. The hotel is small but despite of this it lacks handling staff in bar and restaurant and that causes queues. What disturbed was general lack of aesthetics, ex. plastic cups for drinks, toilet paper instead of paper towels in toilets, pizza served on serviettes instead on plates etc. Cleanliness is not the priority of this hotel. I do not want to develop this ... topic- everything was already written. Generally to feel a little better – you should appreciate efforts of overworked staff and tip them, and this is a key. Restaurant the smallest I have ever seen, food- arabic- so different but ok, fortunately a lot of meat. Best regards for our best waiter Sodok- you are wonderful, thank you so much! Alcohols- weak, despite of my strong efforts to get drunk I found it almost impossible. Actually there are no cocktail drinks, whiskey- sucks, but boukha vodka is delicious, beer is also good, white wine- excellent. It was disappointing not to find a single free sun bed by the pool at 8a.m, while on the beach it is not such a problem, but you still have to get up early to reserve them. The beach is beautiful. Big wow for scooters- incredible! There is a horse riding available and also a camel that is so poor and neglected- bring it some fruits! Being there tattoo by Karol is the must! Kiss for you Karol! In my opinion the only thing that keeps the hotel still exist is animation team. Kimo - great guy and excellent performer, and his team: Simo, Aladin, Dorota, Dido, Daddy make great work. They are everywhere, kind and amusing. To big boss, I mean the hotel’s owner- be careful not to loose them, otherwise you will be in trouble, take care of them. They provide entertainment during all day: dart game, bowls, mini golf, dances by pool, aqua gym, volleyball, water polo, zumba run by Dorota; and in the evening: mini disco, and sensational show time, then some dances in barbeque bar, and about midnight, may be 00:30 the lights go down and… sleep, sleep. Unfortunately if you feel like have fun in the night, there is nothing to do inside the hotel. Theme under consideration and for change. Mr. big boss- may be you will find any place convenient for disco to satisfy all the guests…? All in all, despite of many nuisances I spent a nice time in this hotel thanks to people working there, all levels – smiled, kind and hospitable, they create this place. For us it was an amazing vacation. The weather was fantastic. Problems with jellyfish we had no. A from us desired room changing was immediately unconditionally met. ( our 1. room was right on the disco). For the price the hotel is not to toppen. Outside from the hotel is nothing. But you can in any case by bus or cab in the surrounding Cities. We definitely recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel is beautiful, is however time in need of renovation. Situated directly on the beautiful beach, the cleaned daily were. The beaches of the neighboring hotels were full of seaweeds. Our room was always clean. In the off-season very quiet and there weren't a lot of guests there. The Cooks made a huge effort and diverse for little guests. We had all-inclusive and throughout the day were supplied. Unfortunately no refrigerator in the room for a few drinks for the night. To complain about the pool bar, which was not really clean. The beverages (coffee and beer) were served ... in plastic cups similar entities tooth cleaner plastic. Disposable plastic cups should be (or from). On arrival the beds with not really clean laundry covered, in addition to the ceiling in the holes and was also very dirty. It was repaired after complaint immediately by the cleaners. read more

Not suitable for relaxation, as incessant loud, abrasive music. A are always talking to get something with. superficially clean, but not exactly look! Long dark corridors to the rooms. Hotel was half empty, they still lack of space around the pool. read more

Hotel itself was good. Rooms were clean and bed linen was changed daily. The dining room reminded of more like a cafeteria. The friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. The choice of the dishes was bad. You could make more than this hotel. read more
