The five star hotel is very centrally located right on the river. Both the historic part, as well as the new city easily accessible on foot. The hotel looks from the outside not inviting. Inside it is however modern and spacious with a small shopping mall. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is clean, no separate shower, the entrance into the bathtub a bit high. The breakfast buffet is standard, for a hotel this category a little spotty. read more

The hotel is in close proximity to major shopping street of Plovdiv, be various possibilities in short Fußentfernung. The restaurant is a bit of a pool and reminded tiles, as well as the color scheme of the room furnishings very heavily on the 70 's of the last century, which wasn't really bad. read more

The Novotel is situated very central, in the neighborhood the pedestrian promenade. It is a house from old times and it shows in the furnishings. There's a minibar, extremely good value for money. Room rates seemed for the quality of the but somewhat tired decor but too high. Specially the bathing area could be improved The lobby/bar area is well renovated and quite pleasant. Fitness center and indoor swimming pool and bowling are available, but I didn't try it. On the whole you could say, for a short stay thoroughly recommended due to the prime location (a lot of good ... restaurants in the immediate area. Very good was the wireless internet possibility in every room, which by the way is 25-30 square meters large. Safe with the biggest plus at this hotel. read more
