Were for the 3. time there are this time from the staff kitchen and service totally disappointed. Constantly no spoons at the table after multiple ask you are served. No fresh juice no good morning. Breakfast there was from 6 o'clock should you around this time already an omelet order is one of the only times loosely 10 minutes no moment please or good morning only annoyed faces! A shame we were always totally fascinated! read more

The Hilton Arcadia Resort & spa is a large wonderful hotel. Our room was very clean and was 2 times cleaned daily. The staff in the whole hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast there was from 06:00 until 11:00 o'clock. Also around half 11:00 A. M. was still efficient refilled. You could even fresh juice squeezed. Delicious!
All 3 pool areas were always clean. There were towels by the pool also. From and then fruit free spread.
In the hotel there was lots of Asians and Australians. German we have at that point in time no ... met, which however not is bad.
The hotel is of great staff managed. All speak English and are really friendly.
Every evening there was in the lounge great live music.
In front of the hotel there are 2 taxi ranks, one comes so easily everywhere back.
The hotel has us positively surprised and we will definitely book here again read more

Good choice, the patong beach commotion not to nearby to be, but patong is by Tuk-Tuk nevertheless reachable in approximately 15 minutes. We felt for the Hilton decided, because we in Thailand for the first time were-a hotel chain with high standards (4 stars) you can actually nothing go wrong.
The Thai belong because of the long experience certainly the 'tourism professionals' in Asien, the organization ( hotel, transport, excursions) is altogether very good.
Negative points
- one hour internet costs 250 Bhat in the Hilton, this is outrageous. A week even over 3000 Bhat.
- the travel expenses on ... Phuket seem to us compared to the price level altogether too high (15 minutes drive 300 Bhat is ridiculous). To negotiate a fare haggle you can as good as not, rather, the cart is possible. read more

A beautiful Resort direct beach area, with great pools and very pleasant staff. Although the complex is somewhat outdated, you feel here in very good hands. The accommodation prices are relatively high, nevertheless worth it extra charge for the sea view room. read more

After 2 weeks in Kamala beach resort, a 4 * resort we drove with a greater expectations the Hilton Kuching in karon. We had booked a deluxe plus room, it was renovated, was in the Andaman wing a. The room was really reasonable, also the room service, the twice a day was present.
The breakfast we stayed at the first 2 days in two restaurants taken, it was surely good, but not the breakfast in the Hilton Hua Hin to keep. Since we were very disappointed.
During our stay in the Hilton there were several large enterprises-including the corporation Amway-logged ... in. Began for us the feeling at, no longer to be staying, but to supernumeraries disrated.
So we were not allowed more the restaurant Buon Appetito used this for Amway reserved, while the Asian guests all other facilities further freely traveled and quite painless-drängelten themselves in the restaurant, were loud, arrived in flip-flops and shorts, fingerten in all food-they were like a swarm of and really every comfort was gone.
For other undertake almost half the lower part of the Andaman wings in the morning, as well as evenings to the buffet reserved, so you could only from a side wing to our room, it was thus also only a elevator available, the furthermore from the staff with used, so that all the dishes from the waiter to the buffet transported could be.

We were already in the winter 2009 in this hotel and found the very positive impression the last time confirmed by.
Unfortunately, the weather at the end of our stay, from 15 April increasingly rainy become, so that we were a few hours only in the hotel complex hang out. Recommendation therefore: travel time November around book.
Unfortunately, there was also on one day at the end of the vacation the beach very dirty, it swam even some waste sea around.
As a restaurant for dinner and the subsequent comfortable Gathering I must definitely Helmut' s taillight recommend. It is ... located in the direction Patong in a side street ( the karon whale resort). As with the last vacation we were from the friendliness of the staff, the people and the great food thrilled. Helmut makes Wednesdays and saturdays very good pizza.
We were less thrilled with then again from the 'bamboo pants' restaurant. The food is the relatively high price not adequate. read more

We are already 4 or 5 times been in this hotel and in future gladly go there again. However the rooms for example in saitong wing needed renovation and are not, as ausgelobt, 5 stars! We believe, that the hotel in the current condition maximum 3 stars. The interior is in very worn out condition, for example with hanging doors (tv furniture), pillowcases/balcony/seating with clear signs of usage. Toilet/shower/sink/toilet should be replaced and are being renovated. The complex with a total of 7 buildings and a total of 700 rooms block for block renovated but it will probably still 2 ... years while until all buildings completely ready. The manager showed us a renovated room, what a very good impression made.
The hotel is huge and never the impression too touristy. Gladly again but only in 2-3 years again. read more

the rooms (standard) are very small, as well as the balcony. There is little lifts, often long wait needed. Several large swimming pools available, however partly right bad service. At the beach, outside of the hotel, is one better supplied. Really catastrophic the breakfast in the main restaurant. Seats are hard to get, long waiting periods, the service is extremely bad, the limited range of food rarely refilled, many unpleasant Russians! There is a breakfast restaurant in a other Block ..., this is a clear better atmosphere offers. read more

I am always thrilled about it. Everything was great. Thought at the beginning, wow, this is a huge large area. It is also, but everything wonderful well maintained. Spacious gardens with distributed complexes directly at the beach, better it hardly goes. On the (not very frequented) road one to the beach led. Great pool area, for nearly each taste an attachment. And, the garden may also be used, at least here it or at the sandy beach everyone finds its spot.
Restoration is very good and offers a variety of places, but nothing special good value for money. There had afterwards the lounge selections, since we didn't really want to the turmoil from patong to take part.
During a power outage got trapped the executive guests for the ... night without own discretion requarter, -can happen always something, but i have never had such a perfect service.
We had good and reasonably priced acceptable half-day trips about the hotel and met as phuket from the pleasant side know. If we again need a rest, is this hotel first choice. read more

It was a nice holiday. The hotel area was really huge. We had a basic room very urgently needed renovation. At the front door was peeling. If you change from ice cold shower all get to boiling hot, in mind! But apart from that, it is good to stay with your family. Our daughter. 8J was in the pool area didn't gotten more. Slide and waterfall with integrated, beautifully designed. The beach, a stone's throw away. Try the Dominican next year to compare to. read more
