Hotel Mercure Olbia Hermaea^{(4 stars)}

We were 3 days in the Mercure and unfortunately was the first and on the final day a party in the hotel with dj or live music. The party was very loud, so that we thought the boxes is possible directly in front of our door the party was so-so until 12 o'clock evenings. Therefor the hotel I can unfortunately not recommend, since we also no disco wanted to book. read more

If you have a Mercure / Ibis Hotel knows, knows all. At least what the furnishings and the service regards: so everything is at least a good standard. Apart from that made the whole hotel in Olbia a bit better impression as his colleagues, the we visited. Pros and cons: Service/ front desk: ( and) communication in English not a problem, a coworker spoke also excellent German ( and ) unfortunately we have not explicitly a non-smoking rooms. Front desk rather mediocre ( and) internal restaurant offered very good food, however really small portions high prices ( and) internal spa and wellness area, to the at the check-in a voucher for 90 minutes there. (-). The I for the pool used, less than 10 meters long was just place for a swimmer offered. Actually more of a large jacuzzi. Use only for early reservation. Location: ( and) large pharmacy and several pizzerias (all very recommendable) quasi right on the doorstep. Also here was English communication not a problem. This hotel convinced through its modern style. The rooms were modern and generously furnished and you had everything you need ( tv RTL and ZDF receptible, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe and so on) the bed was beautifully large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet from 6.30-10 was very extensive and offered something for everyone. The re-filling of the food was quick and the service the waiter was smooth. The staff were always friendly but unfortunately was the communication a bit difficult since only a few employee English spoke and understood. Plus a staff spoke a bit of German. Traffic ... was many a time time before the elevator as it in the whole hotel only this only returns. The hotel has a free underground parking which one to use can. Either we have the -2 not found or there is really only the 1 floor where 10-20 cars space \u2639 A little bit for the quantity of guests with its cars. More often no parking also found is the parking garage very tight to turn and so on the danger with which drive exists of bringing cars since the a/exit the same track parts. Very beautiful hotel. But unfortunately leaves the location of the hotel to be desired. Value for money is very good. Room large and clean. The staff at breakfast were left to be desired. After our arrival in Olbia we stayed for the moment just a night. And this spent we in the Mercure. The design and architecture of the building were very impressive. Large, well-kept room with great facilities. Also the breakfast could convince, merely the moved eggs looked very watery from. The hotel offers a free, although very winding parking garage and there is also a shuttle service to a beach, which we didn't make use of. read more

For a short stay in Olbia, this centrally located hotel very good. Good value for money. For guests, the large value onto a spa pool chairs, is a shuttle service to a nearby nearby beach. Very friendly staff! read more

We only have one night in this hotel spent. The hotel is about 10 minutes away by car from the airport (taxi cost RD. 20 euros each way), so we booked it. The hotel is inside very appealing and clean. The staff are very friendly. The room is very spacious and offers a large flat screen TV, a spacious bathroom, a minibar, a safe, a desk, a huge bed and air conditioning. The air conditioning but was just across the front desk (on/off) adjustable. I don't know if the air conditioning our room was defective or whether the principle is ... applied. The rooms seem to be a bit noisy. If you mind that should take ear plugs. The breakfast buffet was very attractive and varied (sparkling wine, juices, various sorts of bread, cold cuts, marmelade, fruit, muesli). The wellness area we have not at all see, this cost extra(12 euros per person per day). To the port there are on foot approximately 15 minutes. The area around the hotel is not very nice. In the Foyer on the ground floor is a computer, with the means of access codes from the front desk 1 hour free of Internet access. Wi-Fi it seems on the rooms not to give. read more

Mercure hotel in Olbia is a bit different than the normal Mercure hotels.
