The hotel lies not in the center of Madrid and is the Retiro Park on foot approximately 10 minutes on foot. A metro station is located in direct proximity. Unfortunately there is no supermarket, a nice coffee or restaurant in direktrer proximity, something done on the city center. Apart from that the hotel was very pleasant, the rooms were modern and clean. Wi-Fi there was free of charge in the hotel and the staff members were friendly. read more

The window on the first floor, on the front desk, garden, was gated and nevertheless do not open, you are on the air conditioning reliant, a little depressing. In the spacious bathroom missing a chair as a counter; it does not have a only Hooks, the hallway looks dingy.
In the breakfast room very friendly staff (thanks Spanischkenntnis we also after months Email contact).
Front desk very helpful. read more

Good budget hotel for a city break. Easy access to the metro. Very nice staff, all fairly new and modern equipped. Overall quite young guests and lots of business travelers. At first glance everything was clean, you should not closer in the corners or look under the bed. ;) read more

The room was definately 3 star, bathroom not that pleasant, tv very small and only facing single kids beds - only french channels. Beds were too short (I am only 1.8 meters tall ) The swimming pool is actually more like a paddling pool. The mini bar actually just had bottles of water. The room price was not cheap for the hotel condition and in the end we checked out the same evening that we arrived, prefering to go back to local rented accommodation, which was more comfortable. This is the first time in many bookings that ive been ... dissapointed by a venue. read more

We had three in a double room. Through the extra bed remained very little elbow room. The bathroom was a reasonable size for 4 stars. Otherwise clean and well located on the Retiro Park (the center of Madrid is located between this Retiro Park in the east and the Royal Castle in the west). Restaurant and bar we didn't use. The visit was a bargain through expedia - EUR 260 per person for flight (from Frankfurt) and even this hotel. Would definitely recommend! read more

The hotel (room) is good from the furnishings and the confort. The staff is rude to deal with and not very friendly. The information about transportation were incorrect and are fluent in English most unfortunately not good. The staff, especially in the angelegenen café is extremely rude and unwelcoming. read more

200 meters to the metro, 100 meters DOWNSTREAM to the bus (next street), quiet rear building, English language skills of some of the staff's friendliness moderate, staff neutral, not friendly and upon check-in we had to wait 15 mins as there was a novice at the front desk by Ramses, these could almost no English. There was no apology. Room was fine, nice bathroom, floor ungesaugt, after complaints go back, at the next two days you do not. Climate blowing directly onto the bed, must be parked at night, airing about Badefenster possible. Thick column in our room right next ... to the bed, disturbing. Breakfast is ok, selection could be bigger. If you want to save on walk down the street to a bar. candid observation, euphemistically referred to Retiropark is a 15 min walk. Atmosphere in the hotel is modern-cool, there is a lovely small inner garden. In spite of all the review a decent appeal for a city break. Just one transfer from the airport with the metro, about 35 minutes, costs 5 ' euro with the 10 journeys on it! Breakfast room in the Vordergebäude is nicer, permission to eat there after Its insistence on quantifiable success was initially refused to be granted rediculous behavior, as everywhere enough offer at the buffet. read more
